Loose baking potatoes black and rotten inside. Organic vine tomatoes black underneath. Red grapes in punnet soggy. Misleading price of raspberry punnets in the wrong shelf . Beef joint meant to be £4.99 and it says £5.99 on receipt. Dog water toy – meant to be buoyant sank and I got soaked getting it from under the stream. I am not returning to lidl as it costs more to shop here when you have to re purchase elsewhere. Not impressed . I spent £95.84.

This survey link does not work..

First thing i am a regular shopper at lidl Waltham Cross. This lidl used to be good now it has gone from worse to worst these past month. I used to buy brioche now for the past 6 weeks this is not available. Most of the time items are not available or they have no stock. Items that are not sold are always available and have expired on the shop floor. Items that are in need have either run out or not ordered. They are changing packaging like milk..not sure if this is cutting cost but customers are not happy. This store is very poorly managed..however the staffs are good potential and try to help customers as best as they can.

If lidl dont get on top of this they will end up losing more and more customers.

You’ve just lost a family of loyal (till now) shoppers over your cynical, pathetic misfired Prosecco “special offer”. To be met by a huge pile of Prosecco boxes at the very entrance to the store, 20 mins after opening time, and to discover that they were full-price, while the spectacularly inadequate stock of offer bottles were all gone, showed exactly how coldly calculating was the move to deceive customers. ALDI is nearby and their turnover is about to increase, at your expense. Disgraceful behaviour showing Marketing manipulation at its worst.

A couple of gripes recently. Potatoes; “Oakland New Potatoes” V. cheap, looks OK, all had brown zones inside. Had to peel away half the potato before they could be eaten.
Avocadoes; The kind which don’t look like a pear. Oval, thick knobbly skin. It is impossible to know if and when they are ripe. Recently a lot of them were decomposing, and black inside.
Also at Carrington there are not enough small trollies, and way to many giant trollies.
