    On the due date of my payment on a recent purchase, due to a snowstorm, I paid my account (1st payment) online. Since the date is very visible on the bill but not the time, I did not see the time due. Had I been able to visit the store and make my payment there, I could have paid the bill up to 9:00pm.

    As it was, my online payment was at 8:21 and I was charged a $35.00 late charge.

    I called to explain the situation and have the late charge removed as it was paid on the date due. I had made this purchase of over $1000.00 with this being my first payment on it. I had also made another purchase within a years time of over $1000.00 and paid the amount off early. I did not feel this penalty was appropriate. I was refused with my request on the phone and also when I requested the help of the local store manager.

    I will definately pay for my purchase but I will no longer use this account as I have no faith in their providing reasonable service.

    Hi my fiancé Francisco plaza and I have an account with you as a credit card and made a big purchase on an engagement ring and other pieces. On 12/27/19 I went to you location in the sawgrass mall in concord North Carolina. It’s almost two weeks and we yet ha ent reiceved the order on our ring. Worst part is that I contacted the store#2691 to check on the status of the order. The women who answered the phone answer Not in a good mood and said she would need to place me on hold as find my order. She returns and states there’s no order or repair with our account. I was then placed on hold for 15 mins to tell me the same thing. I told her that I’m very worried because I have a paperwork for the resizing of the ring and also that it was suppose to be shipped to another Zales closer to me in the Carolina mall. She got upset and responded she wasn’t with me at the time of the order and that she can’t find any paper trail or my order of find it in the system and that she has no idea what she is looking for . She mentioned how she was exhausted and can’t handle it at the moment because her other employee called out sick. I asked to speak to a manager because this is not how you speak to a customer especially because this is where we choose to purchase our rings I’m ha I g second thoughts and not wanting to even purchase our wedding bands. At this moment this order is no where to appear but I did have my account charged for the purchase. Please contact me 954 708-6244

    Tech Ridge store in Austin TX store #2812

    Sandy the team lead/asst.mang made my visit very frustrating. the 2 sales reps and Sandy were assisting other customers when got there. I waited patiently for 30-40mins before Sandy became available. As soon as she became available customers walked in the door and she immediately assisted them while I was still waiting for someone to assist me. Sandy got done with her customers before the other 2 reps were done with their customers and Sandy still didnt help me and what makes it so bad she looked right at me and kept straightening up and then went into the office. I waited another 10mins before I was helped. this is my primary store but after this incident I think I will relocate or go to Jareds. I only wanted to return a necklace we didnt really want. we purchased the necklace because the one we really wanted was misplaced(which I bought the next day when it was found). needless to say i was so angry i returned everything that i purchased. i’d rather take a chance at another store than to deal with such rudeness from an asst.mang at that!!she made me feel like she didnt want to help me because i was black because the people she was assisting were hispanic.. never been treated like this at this location!! I gave this a 1 star because thats the lowest i could rate it,,

    Deena Owens and store manager Charlotte both go above and beyond to make sure my ring was properly repaired. They both are awesome. Fayetteville Arkansas store I highly recommend you go see them. Deena is the best.

    My husband and I went to the Zales Store located in the Clybourn Square in Chicago, Il.. We went looking for wedding rings. A woman named Sue helped us and our experience was better than what we expected. Sue was very helpful and patient and explained everything we looked at to us. She made sure we were able to walk out with exactly what we wanted and we were more than satisfied with her professionalism and customer service. We recommend going to the Zales in the Clybourn Square and be sure to ask for Sue you will be happy you did!

A woman named Sue helped us and our experience was better than what we expected. Sue was very helpful and patient and explained everything we looked at to us.     My wonderful hubby choose Zales for my 25th anniversary up grade ring… and I love it! The Zales store on 290 Governors Square Mall 2801 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. Clarksville, Tn 37040 was great.The sales person that helped us was named Sam and she was Patient with me,Knowledgeable about all of the ring choices I wanted to see and made our Experience rememberable.     Nancy sales associate from Zales at The Parkchester location is exceptional. Nancy is amazing. My husband and I wanted to upgrade my wedding set. I initially selected a set at the store, after going on the Zales web site I fell in love with a set on the site. I immediately contacted Nancy to ask if they had the set in the store. The set wasn’t at this particular location , but Nancy reassured me not to worry she would make sure I would have the ring in a few days. Not only did she go out her way to ensure the best products for her customer. Her exceptional customer skills invite you to want to purchase from Zales. She is so pleasant and her attention to detail for customer satisfaction is phenomenal.

    The ZALES store at WIREGRASS COMMONS MALL, Dothan, AL. has a large display of diamond jewelry. I found exactly the white Gold Diamond Bracelet (3 carats) I wanted and purchased. The Ladies at the store were amazing with knowledge and very Friendly and Truly cared about what I wanted/purchased. I LOVE My new bracelet!

    My husband ordered me a ring for Christmas 12-6-18. He called 12-18-18 to check on the status. No one knew anything about it and he had went to the store and ordered it and paid for it. Assoc#13529420 at the Paducah KY store is who helped him that night. They di not complete his order. When he called the 18th he was pissed! They was going to look into it and call him back. They called him 12-24 and told him it got ordered but wouldn’t be in till January then asked if this was a gift fir Christmas and he replied yes and the women was silent no apology! Thanks for ruining my Christmas and not offering any apology or some kind of compensation!!!

    I would not recommend anyone to shop at the Zales on university mall Tampa, FL. The people there are not friendly unless you are buying something, there is a sales agent name Harvey is all about the money he does not explain anything o you other than sign here that’s his favorite word.

    They suck they’re not even willing to work with you.If you buy a piece of jewelry with lifetime warranty you would think it would be taken care of but not this place,they’re fast to take your money for that warranty though

    And my fiance bought my engagement ring there in April we got the lifetime warranty on it and I lost my ring and Zales is telling me that there’s nothing they can do so basically the lifetime warranty is for nothing I just want everyone to know what a shity place that is and if you’re going to propose to your girlfriend buy the ring somewhere else because if it ever got lost or stolen they wouldn’t replace it no matter how much money you spent on that right

    I am very disappointed with my Zales experience. My fiance gave me an engagement ring that he bought at Zales and said I need to have it inspected at the store. I tried but was told they cannot do it without the receipt. The other jewelry stores store the information electronically and do not give me grief if I do not have a receipt. I am writing to explain my dissatisfaction with your policy and to say that my plans to purchase more jewelry from Zales has changed. Please consider changing your policy to better your customer service. Thank you, Ann

    I just had a watch fixed at Zale’s and when I got home I discovered that not only was it not cleaned it also does not work. Very dissatisfied!!!!

    Zales at Southcenter Mall, Tuckwila, Wa has terrible service after they sell you wedding rings. They will give you a lot of attention and caring attitude while you are shopping but after they sell you the rings everything changes. We bought wedding rings which had to be special ordered. They promised they would be there in 6 weeks. We contacted them at this time and the rings were not in. They were also unable to track where they were and wouldn’t give any information about the ordering. And they seemed to care less. We were told to wait and they would be in soon. After numerous calls and 8 weeks since the order they were still unable to find the rings and gave numerous reasons. “My husbands ring had to go to the main store and then shipped to their store and my diamond ring was now on back order.” And of coarse they still didn’t know where my husbands ring was at. They stated it could be weeks before the diamond ring would come in and would not explain what back order meant. In frustration I called Zales help line to get information so I could call or email the Regional Manager. They refused and wanted to connect me to the main store again. We wanted to get a refund but returns are not allowed on customized jewelry as stated on the receipt. They connected me with the manager of the store who now states the rings will be in the store in 8 more days. That will make 10 weeks after the purchase of our rings. And we do not have our rings yet so we will have to wait to see what happens. I hope I can update my comments as this progresses. I know they have a regional manager and I don’t understand why they wouldn’t at least give me their e-mail. Don’t trust them and go elsewhere.

    Store# 177 Mishawaka, IN was AWESOME, the store manager Navar was the best. He made my experience fun and exciting, He help me choose the best diamond that I’m happy with. Mishawaka Zales should be glad to have him.
