If you would like to give your feedback about your shopping experience to West Marine, just participate in the customer feedback survey. Upon completion of the survey, you will be directed to the page with a barcode. You may obtain $15 off for the purchase of $100 or more on your next visit to West Marine with the barcode page printed.

    I was not able to fill out the survey because it would not take my answers. I visited the ocean city store last week. Everyone there were courteous and knowledgeable. I did make a few purchases but do not have the receipt. Fred helped my husband and I with our purchases.

    Michael Price is a treasure in your store. Incredibly kind, knowledgeable and fantastic in explaining varnishing on a boat. Michael was so wonderful and took his time to explain the best way to do it now. Have done it a lot but he was so kind and told me how to do it so I don’t have to do it every year. Great man. Thank you for having him in the store in Marin City, Sausalito CA.
    Vanessa was kind also. Thank you. will not let me rate any one. Your website needs improvement not your staff.

    Shopped in Hyannis, MA store and no associates provided help. Check out person never said a greeting or even spoke to me at all. Very unprofessional and unfriendly at checkout.

    I received the best customer service by a gentleman named Tom. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I have 15 years of sales experience, and he did everything right. West Marine is lucky to have such a conscientious employee.

    You did not have a page to be redirected to after I did the survey in order to get barcode for $15 on next $100 purchase.

    You should not falsely advertise discounts that cannot be accessed.

    In fact I did do the survey and DID NOT get redirected to discount page.

    You should not falsely advertise discounts that do not exist.

    If I need to add yet another download to my personal computer just to do your survey then it is not worth it. All I was interested in doing was answering some questions because your sales clerk asked me to but this is far too involved.

    I shopped at Store #1244 today and received excellent customer service from the Store Manager Jill Albro. She assisted me with my purchases for my boat and even solved a gift problem I encountered. Her patience and willingness to satisfy all of my concerns and requirements was beyond my expectations. This extra attention to detail and customer service was much appreciated, especially during this busy holiday season.
