    My Package with Tracking ID 1Z4E93510496105623 is with UPS since 07-May-20 and it has not been delivered to me yet. The person who has this package, I am calling him since last three days. Sometimes he is saying he is coming in 2-hours, sometimes in 5-minutes and I did not receive the package yet. In the last three days, I have called him at-least seven-eight times. This is my first time I am dealing with UPS and it is very frustrating and annoying experience for me. The person who has the package he does not know English at all. So, coordination itself became difficult with him. Since three days, I am taking help of my colleague who can speak in Arabic to inquire about my package delivery but to date I am still struggling. UPS is requested to please deliver it to me at soonest possible time as already package with them since last 7 days.
    I called UPS Customer Service several times but I was never responded. I also called Eastern Province Operations Center several times but my call was never ever answered. UPS Saudi is a useless, non-responsive and extremely irresponsible courier company and I am suffering a lot with my package with them. I have decided not to place any order with Extra from now onwards.

    In any line of work that deals with customer service doesn’t matter what it is if the employee does not do their job and it causes damage and it causes problems day are held accountable the company is held accountable because the company is providing service for the customer it doesn’t matter if it’s delivering clothing makeup Medical medical supplies to customer their job is to make sure that it gets to them when they say it does and make sure that the customer has satisfactory in their service because you don’t know who your customer is or what that package holds for that customer what it may cause to the customer if that package is not delivered like they said it would and they do not do their job like they said they would a company like that should not be a company at all and for a company driver a chance to fix their mistake bye say hey you know what this customer needs this package it’s very important to this customer we screwed up. So we should make sure that it gets to the customer when the customer needs it even if that means doing it off the clock or doing it overtime or own your own personal dime it doesn’t matter somebody should have done something

    I’m not going to let this go or drop it I will be hurt and the CEO the high up management somebody is going to get in touch with me and make this right if not then legal action has to be taken this is not acceptable

    My experience with UPS up until recently has been satisfactory but now I am going to tell everyone that I know post it on Facebook all the companies out there that use UPS that they should switch to FedEx stop using UPS I have a 6 year old daughter who since birth has been mentally disabled she was born with cataracts in both of her eyes found out at 2 months old by 10 months old it grew to where she was blind at 11 months old she had surgery to remove her lenses and the package was supposed to be here by now but isn’t and still is not here yet they say I’ll be here tomorrow but it was for my daughter it was her Halloween costume we were supposed to throw her Halloween party last Saturday but because of negligence to do their job right UPS did not had my daughter’s costume delivered they said that there was two attempts to deliver but the address was incorrect which was wrong the address was correct the driver just never showed up so last Friday I finally got in touch with him and day said that they couldn’t get my daughter’s costume to me in time that there was nothing they could do and acted like they just didn’t care had no heart no feelings about the situation and didn’t even try to attempt to make their mistake right for my daughter so for their lack of customer service Integrity decency for the customer and trying to make it right and could have prevented the damages that was done and caused to my daughter and her mental breakdown and for everything that their mistake cost so I won’t stop until my daughter has just for this because as a mother I will not accept what happened to my daughter because it could have been prevented and for negligence and not doing their job right and not even trying to make an effort or an attempt to make their own mistake right for my daughter this isn’t about a package not being delivered on time this is about The Suffering The Pain the breakdown the damage it cost because they did not do their job and it could have been prevented somebody just took the time the effort to do their damn job that’s that’s all UPS has to do is deliver the package and make sure that it get stuck and not say well the delivery was unsuccessful due to the address being wrong which the driver had the correct address

    I use to like ups! Wow have they fallen like Humpty Dumpty! Not the drivers but the protocols and the tracking sucks. Call and you are lucky to get a voice after jumping through hoops and they are so poorly trained that they can’t answer basic problem questions. For example , ” why can’t I track my package?” When I got no answer and asked to speak to someone else I was put on hold til I finally hung up! I’m on a first name basis with USPS and they are awesome!!! If anyone at ups gives a crap, take notes from them. Or would like to know more call me!

    Driver delivered to the incorrect address. Simple job. Deliver to the correct street and to the correct house number. Well that’s not what happened. Wrong street with the same house number.

    Unacceptable customer service. Not only did I have to make FIVE phone calls yesterday to track down my package, I was sent to do THEIR job; THREE employees were unable to add my apartment number to my address (even though it was listed on the original order), so I was finally sent to the distribution center to pick up my package. After driving there during my lunch hour, I find that that location is closed between 12 and 2pm. I called UPS again to make a complaint, and I was told that their HQ doesn’t have local phone numbers or hours, so there’s no way someone could have told me that detail. Absolutely unacceptable.

    I don’t like UPS they don’t help I spoke with 67 different people and one day nobody resolve my issue they kept just trying to transfer me over and over and over to a different representatives I am very upset with them they have me on hold forever

    They are liars they said they tried to deliver the package I was home all day They said delivery tempted And never delivered my package They said no one was home And there was no note on my door Saying that they have been There Call their office face said that they would get back to me please leave the line open they never call back they are liars UPS sucks

    Ups drivers sucks, they leave the packages on the floor without knocking, or they dont show up at all and send your package to a ups store for you to pick it up when you needed that packages to be delivered

    Ok, sorry this is going to be long, so I had a package overnighted on Sept 4, 2018 to be delivered on Sept 5. The recipient missed the delivery so a info notice was left on the door. The box checked on the note says the package will be delivered to a UPS Access Point. But did not state which UPS Access point or location. When I looked up the information via tracking number on the UPS website the information stated:

    A delivery change for this package is in progress. / The package will be delivered to the original receiver’s address.

    So I called the UPS customer service number on Sept 7 and spoke with a representative that basically read everything that the website said but they told me the package would be delivered on Sept 10. I waited for the package but the package was not delivered. I called again and the same thing occurred, the representative told me the package would be delivered on Sept 11. Again I waited but sill no delivery on Sept 11, so I called again. The represent again assured me it would delivered on Sept 12. This time I did not except that answer and asked where is the package. After several attempts I was finally given the UPS Access point location and phone number. I contacted that location and sure enough the package is there but it was on the verge of being sent back to the original location because after seven days its there policy to return the item. Luckily I was able to talk to the manager to hold for the package for one more day and I will have it picked up tomorrow. My concerns and recommendations: First think about it if you want to spend the money to have something overnighted. Second I would research the carriers overnight policies and what is meant by Access points. Recommendations, use a different carrier!

    I was told package would be delivered on 11/11/17 and I‎t was delivered 11/13/17 and no one was here. Next time frame was 11/14/17 10:15-4:15 and I‎t is still not here at 6:30. I also finally was able to talk with someone who had no information and didn’t speak good English. I said I wanted to be connected to survey and she said she would connect me at end of call however she just hung up and didn’t connect me. UPS gets a 0 but I had to post one star and Fed Ex is the way to ship NOT UPS. They have number posted for local answers and local drop off places if you can’t meet their scheduled drop off and I‎t is no extra cost. I took off today to be here for package because I have to sign for I‎t and now my evening plans are ruined and all they can tell me is that I‎t is on the way. Poor service!!!!

    My package was supposed to be here on 4-4-17 kept waiting it never showed was told later it would definitely be here 4-5-17 didn’t show and the lady on the phone had poor English and wasn’t any help at all I will never recommend ups for anything your customer service stinks period!! This is BS you order something and you guys can’t do your job and get it where it’s supposed to be my package has been in Lagrange Ga for 2 damn days and I still haven’t gotten it!!! I’m only giving a 1 because it won’t let me give you a 0!!

    I have never been giving so much poor customer service by UPS… I usually love UPS but after this I will NEVER use them again. I’m a flight attendant and travel in and out a lot. They attempted to delivery my package to my house ONLY once. They was closed for the holiday and I figured they was closed on the weekend being that they never answered the phone but was told today at the UPS store that its because they busy. I go to pick up my package witch is my work uniforms only to be told that they’re being shipped back to my company and it’s nothing at all they can do about it and I know thats not true because I been dealing with UPS for years but never again!
