I had a very negative experience at the Shoe Warehouse on Kenaston, Wpg, Mb. I went to return boots that I bought online and the store manager, Dawn and her employees inspected the shoes as if they were in crime scene and proceeded to tell me that the boots had been worn. I told them I tried them on at home, but did not like they way they fitted. Dawn and her staff were EXTREMELY rude, pretty much told me to shut up and go to another store to return them.
I did NOT wear the boots out, I kept them in the box and tried them on at home….but I was told I was lying…. I WILL NOT be going back there, and thinking about it, that store has few customers at all times of the day… probably because of the rude service…
I went to another store and the ladies there were AMAZING!!!
I was happy to see that not everyone treats their customers like cheaters and liars…
I am a mom of 3, full time job and I only had a few minutes in my lunchtime to do the return and these people ruin my entire afternoon. I had to drive an extra 20 minutes during rush hour to return these boots…
I was at the Shawnessy in Calgary location with my son.The staff there were so helpfull , the girls went above and beyond. Liliana provide us excellent customer service. I will absolutely be back to shoe shopping in only this location! Thank you for such an amazing experience.
I had the greatest experience at the McAllister Mall location in Saint John. I wasn’t even there to buy boots but it was a great deal and the girls went above and beyond. Emily and Madison were super sweet! I’ll be back! Thanks again ladies.

Leah at the Merivale location was so awesome and super helpful! She cleaned my son’s shoes and they almost look brand new again. They have a huge selection of children’s shoes and we will definitely be shopping there again!

I explained what I was looking for and she had it for me in moments, She was very pleasant, knew her products very well and found what I was looking for very quickly. I had the best service at your Station Square location. First of all I was greeted with a hi as soon as I walked in the store. This doesn’t happen too often nowadays.
Jaclynne came over promptly to help me. She told me which boots looked the best on me. She was very friendly and helpful. I loved her bubbly personality and devotion to helping me.
Desire (assistant manager) was also very friendly.
I was very impressed by their amazing service. I would recommend this store to anyone.

I always shop at shoe warehouse at 1395 Ellice Ave in Winnipeg and usually getting the best customer service every time. this time me and my wife had a chance to meet the gentleman name “Glen”. he was very pleasant, funny and helpful. he made our shopping experience the most joyful and fun. Was shopping at The Shoe Company in Fredericton, NB and was assisted by Emily Boudreaux. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me in the selection of boots. She was so helpful and made the experience so positive that I left with two pairs of boots vice one. Well done to Emily for making it such a positive experience and being so professional. I hope that the company is as appreciative of her as I was.

On September 12, 2018 I had the good fortune to be served by your sales associate, Jaclynne! Her customer service along with her outgoing personality were like a breath of fresh air!

I had two terrible experience associated with an employee #34878 at Morghan Crossing, Surrey BC location regarding return.
I purchased two pairs of shoes last weekend and wanted to try them on at home to see which pair match my work outfit better. Today I went back to the store to return one pair of the shoes, the employee #34787 gave me a hard time for returning them. All I did was tried them on in the house to match my outfit. She complained about the heels were not in brand new condition. They were like that when I bought them. People try shoes on at the store, especially those are in the clearance section so they were not in PERFECT condition to begin with. And the shoe company emphasizes on “if you are not 100% SATISFIED for ANY reason, you may return the item for a full item refund or exchange. So what’s her problem??? She ended up gave me the store credit. However, I still think I have the total right to get the full refund for the item I just purchased a week ago with the original package and receipt. If you don’t try on the items, how would you know you are satisfied with them???
The result of this terrible experience is that I will not shop at that location ever again.
Generally the staff are helpful and always acknowledge you but Selena at the Sherwood PK AB store get an A+ for her customer service, she went above and beyond to ensure I was properly taken care of….even spent a few extra moments to spruce up my old runners

the sales industry for 54 years and have never come across such a helpful, caring and compassionate employee (assistant manager.) Thank you so much Manpreet for your kindness and service.
Today I was at store #259 and Shannon provided tremendous customer service for my mom. My mom’s health is extremely poor and Shannon went above and beyond to help my mom find some beautiful flats that would fit her swollen feet. Shannon was compassionate, caring, entertaining, and kind-hearted! She not only made my mom’s day but put a huge smile on my face and actually relieved my stress level. Have always loved shopping from your company and today because of Shannon, the bar of customer service has been raised! Why shop anywhere else

I was shopping for the shoes at shoe company West Vancouver. After having ankle surgery it is very hard for me to find a shoes that fit.
