    We are frequent patrons at the Colerain location. We always sit at the bar because the bartenders are usually very friendly & their service is phenomenal. Unfortunately today was by far the worst service we have ever received. Ashley our bartender wasn’t friendly, anytime we needed anything we always had to call out her name, she only checked on us once, we had to ask for boxes, our check then we had to ask her to check us out. She was more concerned with socializing with her co-workers than taking care of her customers! Extremely Rude & Disrespectful! ASHLEY NEEDS TO HAVE TRAINING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We are extremely disappointed in the service we received today!

    I ordered a full rack of rib’s. They arrived Luke warm at best , portion was small , and I have had beef jerky that was more tender. Nice touch with the beens and rice , ( rice with a couple beens on top ) . Very poor , I will let my friends and acquaintances know. I would ask of you to have management order the same. Chef Ramsey would have tossed the mess in the driveway.

    Horrible experience first off no Hostess stood there waiting 10 minutes to be seated then the restaurants cold as hell food took forever wait staff was good food was good Hostess needs to stay in the front several people came in I watch them wait and wait for service in at their other restaurants in this town to go to but we chose to stay in line and wait to be seated will probably never go back again this is not the first time I’ve heard about bad experience with Staffing

    Worst ever I will never spend another dime in that place I spent 60 dollars on food i didn’t eat with tip, 55 was the total bill for two stale beers a Crappy ass salad and a pickle everything has changed and it sucks I would like my money back but that’s not going to happen my anniversary dinnner was Gababe thanks to the T.A and there corporate America outlook fuck the customer and pocket as much money as they can. We’ll never again with my money. Very unhappy and very dissatisfied

    I was just at the triadelphia WV Quaker steak and lube and had the lunch buffet it was outstanding and the server was awesome she was very friendly and waited on all of my need I didn’t have to ask for a single thing I would definitely be back and recommend her again thanks

    Tried the Mahi Street Tacos. The fillings were good, a good combination of flavors and textures, but the tortillas were nasty. Doughy, rubbery, reminded me of powdered egg pancakes (yes, they were that bad). I will not order street tacos again.
