    Ruby Tuesday in Largo Maryland is unprofessional with management and employees. The heavy set Spanish manager is rude and always looks dirty and smelly. On his shift the waiters and waitress always cursing and don’t take care of their customers. Need new management team immediately. I rate them 1 the lowest rating possible.

    My husband and I live in a Branson and had the most magnificent server and dining experience at Ruby Tuesday tonight.
    Teresa that works as a server and also in the bar was so pleasant and made our night out OVER the top! Thank you TERESA!

    Just when I think Ruby Tuesday’s was getting better hearing nice personable servers and staff I meet a manager today by the name of Sabrina oh my God Ruby Tuesday’s you got it wrong with her rude to guests loud speaking two employees and then talking across to someone else saying how all employees at Ruby Tuesdays are meth addicts wow Ruby Tuesday’s what happened

    we have been coming to Ruby Tuesday’s for quite a while always getting ever service but above-average food we have been coming back for the past three or four months due to the fact we made an excellent server name Frank he just pulls everything together at Ruby Tuesdays and makes our experience rememberable and absolutely perfect he is a great asset to your team guys thanks to Frank will continue to come back to see you

    Came into Ruby Tuesday’s 6 State Park Road in Greenville. There was nine of us and we had a older server his name was Frank we were very satisfied with him he took time to explain things in really looked out for us as being guest the children loved him Ruby Tuesday’s Frank is a great addition to your team we will return to see him very soon thanks Frank we really had an awesome time with you taking care of us

    Visited a Tues. at 1pm. Ordered a raspberry margarita and crispy chicken ranch salad. The bartender took a little long making the drink, but my server (Ellis R.) apologized for the time it took. The salad was excellent in both presentation and taste. Ellis checked back after serving my salad. He was personable and attentive.Cleared my plates when I finished and asked if I wanted dessert. Since I did not my check was brought immediately and I was invited back. I have had Ellis as a server before and received exceptional service that time as well.

    Visited on a Tues at 1pm. The restaurant was busy. My server was Ellis R. I ordered a raspberry margarita and crispy chicken ranch salad. The salad was great both in presentation and taste. The bartender was a little slow making the drink, but Ellis apologized for the time it took. He Checked back after serving my salad. My dishes were cleared when I finished. I was asked it I wanted dessert. Since I did not my check was brought immediately and I was invited back. I have had Ellis as a server before and he is always very attentive. He should be commended.

    It was after 7 PM…hardly anyone in the place tonight. The service was slow..no plates at the salad bar..no lettuce. Hubby’s food was great..mine was like warm/ cold. She finally came back..apologized and got me new ribs. Still not hot..I took home half. She apologized again asked if I wanted something else in its place..uh no..hubby’s all done eating..I don’t want to be difficult..or eat alone. Isn’t the idea of eating out to eat together? We come here often ….very disappointed today….we will be trying other places..For our go to place.

    we ate at the Ruby Tuesday in Hinesville Ga which we eat at about once a week at least however you need to add bread to your menu. A meal needs bread be it yeast rolls or cheese biscuits or some other kind of bread but you need bread. You are the only place in town where I can get a steak without bread. If some one doesn’t want bread then let them not ask for it or refuse the bread but you are punishing us that do want bread with our meals. The service we received tonight was great service by Victoria but the flatbread is hard and cold and can not compare to hot yeast rolls. We will be back because of the service we received from Victoria tonight but the meal will be lacking with no bread.

    First I want to say this has nothing to do with the food or the service. I think that both are excellent. But what I want to say is this I would like to see a restaurant that has good food and service should have long spoons for ice tea so we don’t have to stir with a straw. After we had eaten and ordered dessert we got long spoons. What do we have to do ask for the spoons? The last time I did I was told that it was a corporate thing not to have them available. Now how can that be if you have them for dessert? I think that as a corporation that STINKS. Also I would like to see the apple salad returned to the salad bar. I think charging extra for a salad bar is wrong with a meal as well if you use it as a substitute for a side. This is just my opinion.

    Worked at the location on south parkway in Huntsville, AL. It was AWFUL. The way the kitchen handles food, I’ve seen a bartender pour watered down Jack Daniels back into the bottle, watched a bartender spill a bottle Bud Light, the manager told me to fill it with club soda and serve to a guest, and was told I would never make it as a bartender because I am a male and Ruby Tuesday does not prefer male bartender… I was told this by a current assistant manager and a former shift leader. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!

    Hej på er!Det är inte ok att byta ut en måltid mot en till frukost. Vi måste få i oss även de näringsämnen som är i fisk/kyckling/kött. Kaloriintaget och själva kostsammansättningen med fettykolh/drater/protein blir helt fel. Frukost är frukost och lunch är lunch och då ska vi äta mat Ni får njuta lite extra på morgonen /Louise

    Well first off it too an hour and a half for us to get our food, then my fish was Tokopia and not Salmon, the potatoes lood like they had sat all night when I sent them back twentieth minutes later u got Damon not the way I ordered it and not done. The Potato came later. By this time it was two hours and my family was able to eat, although the fries were cold and problem a few hrs old.
    The Store 7234- The Waitress had no clue. She lost our Ticket never turned it in, she and another waiter came running out of the kitchen looking for a ticket, found it and ran it back to turn it in, then came over today the food was on the way. 20 minutes later.
    Don’t care if you had a lousy night or are short handed. It’s part of the job. I wanted to eat and never got to. Thank goodness for the salad bar.

    Your staff need more math skills. Routinely, we acquire your coupons which offer $8.00 off enire bill or 50% offone entree with the pyurchase of two. On two occasions we frequented youe nearby establishment with coupons in hand. Generally, I allow the attendant to choose the apprpriate coupon to maximize OUR benefit. Usually, the $8,00 coupon maximized our billing since we normally order the more inexpensive choices. On Saturday, we decided to frquent your service: survey Code: 9976-6122-5146-4688. On his outing we splurged: Ribeye and hickory salmon at 19.59 & 17.59. Again I asked them to maximize my savings by offering the choice of the two coupons. I even hinted that our lower priced entree was over $16,00. Lo, I was afforded the $8.00 off. Simple math prowess should be part of your interview process for hiring.
