    I was very satisfied with my visit and would recommend it to others. But I have tried and tried to do the survey with no luck.

    I can’t select less than 1 rating, that’s why I am giving 1 otherwise its less than zero rating service they are providing for the customer. Worst management and the arrogant superior who will not reply properly to their customers.

    In had my oil change once again, the service was done with great care and very polite people. Always nice to come back and have my vehicles done here.

    The service I received at 2191 Dundas Street E in Mississauga was far beyond what I had expected. The Gentleman who dealt with me did an exceptional job in explaining everything to me. I will always recommend this Mr. Lube to anyone looking for oil and filter change and also tire rotation. There is where I will be going whenever I need an oil change.

    ohh I forgot the tire rotation was supposed to be done after the installation of 4 tires on my vehicle None of that was done I drove and few days later on my vehicle screen comes tire rotation service needed warning. They are all crooks and i encourage you never to get any service from that location 232 St Anne’s Rd Winnipeg MB.

    I ll tell you what happened to me and so when you are buying tires Just be very careful. I went to Mr lube 232 ST ANNE’S ROAD location Winnipeg MB I wanted to get an oil change and coolant flush We suddenly started talking about tires He with the accent started suggestive selling So I went for 2 tires for the back of my vehicle The suggestive selling continued he said if you buy 4 tires we will have your services all free as well as 1 tire Do that means 4 tiree for the price of 3 and all services free except I will pay for the 2 belts replacement Tires are installed and I go home suddenly I get a call from my insurance saying your 4.tire financing for 4 years have been approved which is what i discussed with them and your total comes to $2000 plus. I said how is that possible $2000 when I was supposed to get 4 tires for the price of 3 totalling maybe at most $1400. Next day I called the shop to raise my concern this time it was a Canadian guy no accent He said after lengthy discussion ok I will send you a voucher for $330 you can use it towards any services you want and so I agreed A week went by nothing came in my mail so I called back again The guy with the accent who sold me the tires answered when I mentioned to him the problem he agreed but he said that I should talk to the area manager. So comes on i explain to him the situation that I got over charged for the tires He says well we gave you free service and that I will have to check with the person who sold.you the tires and call you back the next day I explained to him the ONLY REASON I BOUGHT THOSE 4 TIRES WAS BECAUSE OF THE GOOD DEAL THEY GAVE ME.OTHER WISE I WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT THOSE TIRES HE SAID I TOTALLY UNDERSTAND AND WE CONSIDER OUR CUSTOMERS TO BE RIGHT BUT I HAVE TO TALK TO THE person who sold you the tires and call you back tomorrow I waited next day no CALL CAME I called again a day later the guy with the accent came on saying I ll let the area manager know that you called so he can call you back To this day 4 days went by no calls of any sort came thru These people are crooked Just becareful when you are doing complex arrangements especially when u get a deal.that looks.to good to be true I am extremely pissed off and I will never ever get any car service done at 232 St Anne’s Road Mr Lube location Winnipeg MB

    Excellent service thank you! All staff extremely polite, helpful and efficient. Great manager – very involved with customers and staff. Definitely recommend this Mr.Lube on Appleby Line, Burlington.

    Your store no 250 are frigging crooks and cons . Would never recommend this store to anyone. I hope your readers read this and boycott this store.
    You tell me how you justify a car with only 28k be recommended for a high mileage oil change ? Rake my wife of 74.99 and then on top of that rske her for another 24.99 for engine flush and 19.99 oil shield. Crooks i say ….no prefessionalism , no sincerety and no integrity . All she needed was an oil change none of the other bullshit product that you conned her into getting.
    Good job guys , all you technicians should be re evaluated

    Terrible customer service, and I actually feel like have been conned. The technician asked me if I wanted a new air filter. I said to him, well does it need to be replaced. He asked me again if I wanted the air filter changed. I said why are you asking, he said, because if I did than he needs to remove the plastic??? I said, well I need to look at it. He seemed disgruntled, went and searched for a screw driver. As he was approaching the car, I told him don’t worry about it, I believe it was checked not long ago. I just wanted to leave. He could hardly speak English, was difficult to understand and I had to keep asking him to repeat himself. I asked him if he changed the oil filter, as this has to be done with every oil change, as I drive a Lexus and he said yes. But, I never saw him change it. I don’t believe he changed it. I feel like I was duped. He gave me a service review slip and not a proper receipt, which I didn’t notice till I left the bay. Than I saw I received an email, with my invoice of what they did attached. They say on the receipt that they changed the oil filter, yet I need to confirm if it is under the hood, which I believe it is, and than it was definitely not changed. Every time the technician shows me the dip stick for the oil. I had to ask this guy to show it to me. When he did, he turned it upside down for a few seconds than showed me. I felt the oil wasn’t totally topped up. I drove for a few blocks, literally pulled over, and checked myself which I am unclear it is where it should be. I have been going to Mr. Lube for years, and I have always been happy, and this is the first time, that I was not happy, and I feel like I was taken advantage of. I tried to do an online survey, but the link is broken. Not sure what has happened to Mr. Lube, but wont be returning. Going elsewhere. This was the location at 258 Centennial Parkway Hamilton ON l8E2x4 phone number of 905-664-4343…I wouldn’t recommend going here at all…..

    Not happy! I got my oil changed and the person changing my oil filter fumbled the filter when taking it out of the housing. They then told me this bypass inside the filter broke and i have to pay 60 plus dollars to replace it. Why do i need to replace something they broke? I recommend anyone looking for an oil change to go somewhere else. Muffler man takes better care of they customers.

    I had an awesome experience today with mr lube and my technician john went above and beyond to make sure my day was so much brighter. He fought with my most difficult windshield wiper and won!! YAY John.. Thank you so much

    Will not be ever returning. Had a sizeable oil leak after our last visit. Phoned with complaint and was told to bring vehicle in. After an inspection wherein a washer was changed…we were told that we have an old vehicle and we are probably leaking oil from the engine somewhere. The ONLY time our vehicle leaks is after we visit Mr. Lube. This was not the first occurrence. Meanwhile oil on a concrete driveway is pretty ugly and not really fixable. Manager not particularly concerned. I would not recommend this company…especially if you have an older car. Also we would not allow them to lubricate our doors this time because of the mess they have made in the past.

    Upon arrival I was greeted right away by the technician and offered a drink. I ask for hot chocolate. Went to the next available stall. As they progress on their maintenance routine , the technician explain to me what they are doing. They also replaced my windshield wiper at no cost. They top up fluid levels
    , check tires, lights and others.
    Upon completion of their lube work ,I was given a printed copy on the status of my car. Rear brakes need attention soon. I’m satisfied with their service and will be back on my next lube maintenance schedule.
