    Zack in Airdrie, Walmart was not the friendliest person to deal with, poor attitude, walked like he’d needed a good boost of inspiration. Sloppy service, no windshield top up for the second time in a row. Nit sure if I’ll be back, might try on other Walmart service.

    Saturday march 2,2019 I brought my ford escape to mr lube at 16919 stony plain road as I have brought all my vehicle there and have had good service until my last visit on saturday. terrace the servicetyech was unfriendly n acted unprofessional. the whole experience left me rather upset n stared changing my mind to come back ever. 2 main things that really did it was when he checked my air filter and came to cinclusion it was still good. he went to put it back n had a hard time putting it back in place n then came to me and said it was wrong filter which I replied well that’s a problem then cause you guys installed it on a previous oil change and his reply was to roll his eyes and say that I had it replaced somewhere else. I said check your records it will show you that you guys did it. he shrugged his shoulders and put in back in my suv with no problem. if it was the wrong one why would u put it back.i asked to use washroom n he said yes go ahead . I was in washroom a matters of minutes n I got back in my suv n he toalled up the bill. I asked if he had checked tire pressure and he said yes he had while I was in washroom and isaid really. he said yes he had n that I was in washroom quite awhile and he had checked tires and cleaned windshield. I wasn’t in washroom that long. I asked him how the pressures were and he said they were all at 32 n I asked why 32 when previous techs had always put them 35 which is recommended. I asked him again if tiress were all good when he first checked them and he replied again yes. which is a lie. my suv has tire pressure sensors on tires and sensors said I had a low tire. another reason why I brought my suv to mr lube cause I thought tech would find which tire was low and I could get it fixed as well. since I keep getting told that mr lube does tire service as well. so now I am forced to take it somewhere else to get air filter checked again to see if it is right filter n also to get tires checked. I am totally not happy.

    Your technician Matt was absolutely the best – he let me know of things to come on my maintenance schedule…made suggestions for a service (fuel line cleaning and told me that I would notice the difference right away – I did- he also replaced a front headlight bulb which is notoriously hard to do on my Jeep he also gave me a quote for the differential servicing, trans and transfer case. This is the first time that I have used Mr. Lube and I will be back because Matt’s service was the best I have received from an oil change outlet. Thank-you Matt.

    To Whom It May Concern,

    This is a thanking latter, to acknowledge an excellent job done by brakes technician Preet, and the store manager Puneet.
    Puneet has shown not only excellent technical skills, in brakes replacement, he also demonstrate the ability of a very good co-ordination the entire store activity, while he was working on my car. Along with all these professional qualities, I’d like emphasize also, his excellent customer skills and work attitude. Even if he was suppose to leave work, as his working time was over, he decided to keep working on my car, staying longer, until the job was totally completed.
    Having said that, I’d like to thank, as well, to the other guys working on my car, for oil changing, wheels balancing, tire rotation, TPMS job, transmission fluid changing etc. All of them, have done a very good work, taking their job very seriously, working hard, and trying to do the best, in order to keep their customers happy.
    At the end of this letter, I’d like to congratulate everyone involved in creating and developing such wonderful team. Going to this store, for may car service, I feel like I go home, meeting my family members.

    I use this company service for several years and until now was pretty happy. However, I was very disappointed today with my visit to Mr. Lube. I waited 1 hour with only one car ahead, then that guy stopped twice to talk to his co-worker on the matter not related to my service and didn’t even check my lights (high beam, turn signals and breaks) in the end, he generally moved like sleeping and wasn’t interested in me as a client as I didn’t ask for expensive service. When I pointed out about lights, he said “it’s ok, next time”. I guess, now I have to watch who is working on that day.

    Have been to 3 Mr.lubes in Regina, being positve and giving them a chance. So when had bad service at 1 I went a different one. BAD IDEA, everything is a scam to make more money. They don’t actually do the jobs they are charging you for. They took a tire off to check for a leak, had me agree to a repair. Tore the tire apart, then informed me I need a new tire because there was absolutely no way they could put the tire back on the rim or the car. When I wouldn’t agree to a new tire, .they charged me the same to at least put the spare on so I could leave. Went to a tire shop when I left, here I wait while they put the original tire back on my car. Wont waste any more money there for sure!

    Went to MrLube for tire rotation-fellow checked & said not adviseable as couple tires worn so gave me quotes for new tires-Plus my oil was over safety line-so he looked after it,as last oil change was at MrLube and a rookie had done. Checked air pressure in tires as well & made sure all the same. Fellows went out of their way to be polite/and gave the best service . Awesome job.

    Excellent Service! Thank you Mousa! I explained the problems I was experiencing with the car and Mousa looked into each one and solved them all. He also found that my coolant was very old. He actively involved me by showing me the problem and explaining why the coolant needed to be changed and the problem I could have if it wasn’t done. I was very pleased that he took the time to explain and show me the problem. Terrific customer service! Thank you again Mousa!

    I did not appreciate getting told to get off my phone while i wa in the shop.I have to recieve calls from my clients so not answering was not an option. I was told it was because they had to check my lights, to which i replied i could have done that while i was on the phone. i will not be treated like that at a lube shop. thee are options and some other shop will now get my business on all my vehicles

    I asked my wife to go and get the oil changed because I was in the hospital, I had a stroke. She went to Mr. Lube at 30 Park Rd in Oshawa. The bill was $137.79 for an oil change. This place is a rip off, I have never paid $137.79 for an oil change in my life. Oh by the way they put new wiper blades on my truck at no charge. Am I happy with Mr. Lube? Not at all, I will never recommend Mr. Lube nor will I ever go to another Mr. Lube.

    I went to MR. Lube on 7562 Yonge Street today and less than 10 minutes, the technician called me for changing my car’s oil and filter. it was fast and efficient service with a reasonable price. Brilliant customer service by Sam. I think, he is the store’s manager. Highly Recommended it.

    I had my 4 winter tires mounted at the 16630 Yonge St. location in Newmarket. Service by Derek and others was friendly , quick and thorough. I was pleased with the outcome of my visit.
