    Just had dinner at Mimis on Durango in Las Vegas. Usually, the service and food are good.
    Today, I ordered a mini salad. I had Derrick, the server, take it back. I couldn’t eat it.
    It was wilted and old. Although he asked if I wanted another, I declined. My thing is, no customer service. He didn’t every apologize and further more, he did not take the price off the bill until we told him about it. He didn’t even ask if anything was fine after receiving our food. Sorry, I didn’t take my receipt no number to write in. Regards…..

    Went into houslow restaurant by the bus garage,however the supposed manager in red sounding eastern European was rude and did not want to acknowledge two nhs discount on a purchase . Although, this was explained several time that the orders were separate she kept insisting both have been discounted separately .However, the receipts indicated that we had enjoyed a single discount instead of two separate discount for each purchase. I seriously need a response for this behavior as i found it disrespectful and misleading . thank you . rating 1.5

    12-24-2019 Dinner for four; The Salmon dinner that I had was the tail of the Salmon; so dry I could not eat it; after one a bite had to take a sip of water to swallow; so left it on plate; the rice side dish also was dry; and the spinach had too much oil on it; left the entire dinner. My Husband had the French pot roast dinner and it looked like a plate of dog food; with a lot of grizzle in it; My daughter also had salmon; but had a center cut and with some soy sauce she was able to eat it; but her rice and spinach was the same as mine! Do not think will go back to the establishment again???? Regards, G. M. Jett

    I have tried several times to enter your surveys but they do not work anymore. Numbers on the receipt are 20. You can only enter 9. This does not work! Why advertise free muffins for a survey if you don’t make it easy? my wife and I dine at Mimi’s in Atwater, los Angeles every other week. There is never enough help and customers have to be waiting for the waiter/waitress a long time. There are many times when there is only one waiter/waitress for the whole Main Dining Room, especially on Fridays. We are very disappointed and are considering going to other restaurants in the area! We see less and less customers coming in, and hear a lot of bad comments about the service at Mimi’s,—-luis Galindo

    Very disappointed with the new menu items. I have been a loyal customer every since the day the store opened. Me and my sister enjoyed dining at Mimi’s but we will give it a rest. I feel as though we’re not getting our money’s worth and on top of it my coupons are only for certain items along with being charged for bread baskets now.

    My daughter insists to stop at our favorite spot in Elk Grove when she comes home from college on her breaks, Mimi’s Cafe. We stopped in, nobody to seat us, menu has changed. Why? So many items we would regularly order now gone or not available on weekends. Took us twice as long to pick something. We asked for bread and were disappointed to find out no more carrot bread. Not sure we’ll be back as often. Also, our receipt for survey to get 2 free muffins doesn’t work. It’s set up for 9 digits and I have 20 digits on my receipt. Go back to the old menu…

    Went to Mimi’s for lunch today and it was not up to what we are used to . Had a chicken sandwich and the meat was so tough could hardly bite through it. Asked for no mayonnaise and it came smeared with it. The fries were cold and soggy and the tomato soup had a film over it. Not pleased. The survey code doesn’t work . It will not take all the numbers on the receipt. 030 063 201 080 210 675 90. Rating 1

    We went to Mimi’s Cafe for dinner. It took 10 minutes for the waitress to get our drinks. It took 20 minutes to get the breadbasket. It took 40 minutes to get our dinner. The waitress (Kelsey) kept giving us excuses for everything. The “oven had been turned off” so that is why the breadbasket to so long. There is a “new cook” and that is why the food is taking so long. After we finally got our food she disappeared. When she finally come back to see if we needed anything 15 minutes later she smelled of smoke really bad. She never asked another waitress to cover for her while she was on smoke break. We asked her for boxes and the ticket and again she disappeared. We could see her back in the kitchen talking with the staff. We finally asked another waitress to get her because we wanted to get out of there after an hour and a half of slow crappy service. When I was paying I told her it was the worst service we had ever received. She then started to say she was training everyone and was the only experienced waitress in there. Another excuse. We could see employees back in the kitchen just shooting the bull most of the time we were there. I can understand if the restaurant was busy – BUT it was 85% empty!!!! We will not be back. We used to go here quite often. Not any more!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIMI’S IN SANDY TO ANYONE.

    From the time we walked in we were not greeted with a smile , Even thoughwe smiled and said how are you ,but no response . She asked us where we would like to sit took us to our table no friendliness here. Almost made us want to turn around and leave. Then our server came over who was obviously in the weeds. Somehow she had way too many tables. We are in the restaurant business and know you never take it out on the customer . When ever we had a complaint about something ,instead of saying I’m sorry can I get you something else she had an excuse and walked away in the middle of while I was talking several times. She was not friendly and yet she was pretty efficient although we asked for things many times and had to get up ourselves to get them from other people. She made us feel bad for asking for simple things like honey or butter. The table next to us had the same issue. I think the only time I saw her smile was at the end when she handed us the check. We were very polite . The manager Sa me ask another server if she was the manager and she smiled and said she would be right there but never came. I watched her as she rolled her eyes at customers and talk about other customers with her server. I was going to talk to her about the service and the food not being up to par. The whole experience starts with the manager going down to the server or hostess and so on. I could see why everything was the way it was.When I told our server that our food wasn’t as good as usual she had another excuse for it as well. We sent back the quich because it was on cooked and not hot. it came out just as bad the second time. When I told her she said that’s just how it is and all I was responding she walked away. The dressing on the Asian salad was salty and oily and not the normal dressing. The portion of the chicken was small. Overall our experience was very unpleasant and if we had never been there before we would never go back. Our experiences other times have always been nice.

    It used to be a simple way to enter the survey code but now the system wants converters and whatever!!!
    Don’t know if that is what I have to do with no security offered?!?!?

    The dinner was delicious, but as others have stated, your survey does not work because it only allows 9 digits of my 20-digit code, thus not letting me continue to take the survey!

    My receipt has 20 numbers to enter for survey code, but field will only accept 9 numbers and then not allow for survey to continue. I love Mimis and would like to tell you so. We were there last night, 12-30-18 and spent $150. Please tell me which 9 numbers will get me to the survey…the first 9 or last nine out of the 20 numbers on my receipt. Thank you.

    We had steak and grilled salmon which was perfectly cooked. Our waitress Beatrice was sweet, friendly and gave us excellent service. I love dining here at Mimi’s Cafe.

    There is a site for a survey, the only problem is that you have to put in a 9 digit code. The survey code is 20 digits. When you try calling it is the same problem. They don’t “recognize” that code. I even tried putting in the first 9 digits, didn’t work.

    The worst meal I have ever had at your rest. I am a regular, but not sure I’ll be back.. I guess if Joseph is not there Things go to hell. COLD food, bad prep. and evening sending it back too be corrected, it still came out cold and not properly cooked. relief mgr V needs a lesson in customer relations!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    It was Easter Sunday and the restaurant was very busy. Service was slow but understandable. I was told when making reservation that there would only be one menu but people at table around us were ordering off the regular menu. It would have been nice to know that was an option. Like that you also had a brunch menu available, even though we did not order from it.

    Here for a basketball tourney. Have been pleasantly surprised by such great hospitality. Heather has been a joy to have as a waitress and the other gentlemen the day before were very attentive and polite. I want to commend the staff on their attitudes and I wish them all of the best. Great experience.

    Their Blueberry muffins are the only things I like(very tasty and moist, generous amount of Blueberry, crust is just the right amount of crunch). So far I’ve tried the Meatloaf (dry and crusty), Pot Roast (tasteless and form in a oval shape), Chipolte breakfast burrito( it was dry, bland, and onions were chopped too big the taste overpowered) ,Spinach Quiche(crust too moist)

    My last two visits to the Casa Grande Mimi’s have left me very dissatisfied. On both occasions my waite for food after placing my order was over an hour. My wife also had to get up and find someone in order to get our drinks refilled. On both occasions our waitresses have been polite, I believe they have been overloaded. Our waitress tonight had 7 tables, two of which were parties over 6. We will not be returning any time soon!!!
