Very pleasant experience. Our waiter Nick was attentive and friendly. My only disappointment was that I lost my earmuffs in the restaurant. I wore them when I came in but couldn’t find them when I was leaving. I’ll call the Naperville restaurant today to see if anyone found them. Otherwise, it was a wonderful experience.
Taylor was a fantastic waitress. Food was unusually good today plus love the take home option.
We are fans of Maggiano’s. Saturday Noon was a bad one for our family gathering. My Son’s order came in error and he had to wait for a new one and we were more than half finished before it came. I ordered the Denver Steak and I have to say even the sharp knife didn’t cut if very well. I didn’t complain at the time because it was crowded and it was a Christmas Gathering. I didn’t eat half of it but I took it home. The next day I was going to slice the meat and make a sandwich but much to my chagrin the meat was full what I call grizzle and not very edible. All tolled it was a very disappointing eating experience. Brenda our Waitress seemed a little overwhelmed but I still left her a nice tip for the Holidays.ITTL

Visited Columbia, MD restaurant, made appointment after checking for rock fish on the menu; was confirmed only to find this was not true. We had pasta instead. Code is YFV QZZE YL3A
I ordered online through DoorDash. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs however when I received my order it was incorrect. What was delivered was some type of rigatoni type pasta with a little sauce and 2 large loaves of bread.
The delivery was very timely and the person that delivered was professional which was most appreciated.
My waiter was so good Jacob came over to sephora to let us know that our table is ready because we left for a few to go shopping lol Jacob at the Jacksonville St. John’s town center rocks

Everything was delicious abd service was excellent…
We had a slow waiter, Never asked what the kid’s wanted to drink with their meals, Really took a half hour for him to bring 2 ice cream’s, then the manager had to take our payment because we were sitting there for another half hour for him to pick it up. On a brighter side the food was great once we got it. We will probably eat there again.

He was fucking AMAZING. Hands down the best server in life. Ive been in food service since i was in 9th grade and i have never seen a guy like him he is on another level. Great service and 2 spot on recommendations. Me, my wife and our daughter were first timers so he covered the awesome menu. As a Chef i was jelous of that menu but every thing was great. Trevie needs a promotion.
I have purchased food to go many times as well as dine in. This particular day the hostesses and staff out front were exceptionally courteous & professional. Destiny ensured my meal was placed quickly and prepared as I asked, and remembered to ask if I needed condiments or wanted to order anything else. The ladies made me feel special! I love Maggianos as the food is usually delicious.
horrible experience, waitress never followed up on table, when leaving the manager on duty, evan cuono, said, you need to find a better way to make a living. Never met this person before. food was good, staff was indifferent. yes it was busy, but i had a reservation for 6pm got seated at 6;60, just an overall bad experience
my suggestion would be never go out on saturday night for dinner at this location
Came to Maggianos for dinner with my fiancé and in laws. We come here every year. This year we came today to catch up and for my birthday. When approaching the table there was a birthday card with everyone’s signature. It’s those little things! Lorenzo did an amazing job and made us feel like friends! Had a great time and the food was amazing as always!

David listened and respondented kindly. He was attentive yet not overbearing. The food is always delicious. However, excellent service makes the experience even better.
