    I recently visited toukley liquorland and i was very impressed with how the store looks open & inviting a lot better than it was. I would also like to say i had great service also rhe persons name was kieth i was offered some more great deals also. Thanks for the great shoppng experience

    On a “purchase” of 2x$50 gift cards (Coles Myer) I was refused the use of my frequent flyer card for the “purchase”
    I have purchased these cards on many occasions and always swiped my frequent flyer cards even with the same gentleman that served me at Osborne Park Liquorland

    Explanation was ..only the person using the Coles Myer card can swipe for frequent flyer points
    I made a purchase from Liquor Land

    I’ve visited my local Liquorland in Lynbrook Victoria and was served by “Kirsty” on the 06/06/2017, as I was paying for my wine that staff made a comment and was so rude throwing the receipt at my face and embarrassing me in front of other customer, pathetic customer service skills and the rudest behaviour I have ever experienced. I Will never buy or purchase from Liqourland again! And Btw you should let this staff go as it’s not so good for your business. I will take my business somewhere else from now on, shame!

    About 2pm I was about to walk into your store at Waterloo Station Hotel yesterday, after I had been in the restaurant for lunch, when I saw a car pull up in the drive thru. The female employee seemed to know the driver, and proceeded to get into the car, which was parked in the drive thru, and sat there and started eating fast food.
    I was shocked at how unpfrofessional it was, and decided against shoppping there – if this is how your employees spend their paid hours you should be shocked and ashamed. If she were on her break, I would assume there is some kind of lunch room, or rules in place as to not be eating in front of customers.

    Liquor Land at Kallangur in QLD is great! Leisa and Jayden in particular are very friendly and always helpful, they offer me some great deals which are always appreciated. Thanks guys.

    Just came back from liquorland store in Frank street. Gold Coast hiway. Labrador 4215
    When I told the staff the door to beer fridge was open they simply said they had been “distracted”
    But bottom line for me was warm beer.

    Will someone please tell me how a product on special until 15.11.2016 has its discounted price removed between 6th November a nd 9th November.
    l was tryng to purchase 3 x bottles of Jack Daniels cream label for $ 90 and on Sunday was assured that special lasted until 25.11.16 yet when l try to purchase same product today it is $35 per bottle.
