    Very clean place breakfast was good in hot prices was exceptional me in my family enjoy visting ihop on the regular.

    Today we visited the IHOP in Sebring Florida. What a turn off! My wife ordered eggs over easy, bacon, with Swedish Crepes and toast. A couple of things went wrong:
    When the server brought the order out the egg white was not cooked and it had to go back.
    They included hash browns and I did not ask for them as I had asked for toast in place.
    Then when they brought out the Crepes they were all messed up on the plate overall horrible presentation we will not be returning to IHOP. We have been loyal IHOP customers for years but not anymore.

    Yes I went to eat at IHOP in Mississippi store #1821 and Sara my server was really nice very friendly and kind she will bring the other fast we got everything we need it and she was always checking on us. We definitely be back because of her great service.

    The new server name Sara was very friendly and polite, the food was great but Sara was always checking on me and my girls.. she is nicer than the other servers … even though she told us she was new… excellent

    Food was brought out fast, perfect temp. And very good. Server was nice, she listened to exactlly what we wanted and helped us out with all our questions. Manager came out and greeted a few tables. All the servers seem to work together well & help eachother out. Id say this is one of the better ihops we have in upper delaware, and being on kirkwood highway is a plus!

    This is our first time at IHOP. For us the food was on point! The restaurant could of been a little bigger. The waiter was polite and everything was nice thank you IHOP for making our day!

    I decided to eat breakfast at IHOP this morning despite it bring out of my way, because I really like the stuffed French toast and IHOP is the only place I’ve seen it offered… or USED to be offered. Upon arrival I discovered that it was no longer on the menu. What genius made THAT decision, to remove a menu item that set IHOP apart from other breakfast joints? Luckily I live in an area with a lot of small cafes so I won’t miss IHOP, but I will miss the stuffed French toast.

    The Newport Pavillion IHOP is the worst IHOP I’ve ever been too. My family came from Oregon to visit. I’m from KY. We stayed in Cincinnati after visiting the Ark. what a HUGE disappointment. We waited for over an hour to be seated. We had a party of ten there was no one waiting when we came in. they continued to seat parties of six. There was no communication between the people who were seating guests. We heard them arguing about who seated who after we politely asked for the second time when we would be seated. We finally left after they continued to seat others who just walked in the door. Mac needs to step out in th floor to see what is going on because obviously the hour we were there there he wasn’t managing. So very frustrating when you have children excited to eat there. WE LEFT WITHOUT BEING SEATED. I really can’t express how disappointed and frustrated this experience was.

    the server and manager failed to explain the kids eat free fine print and I feel that we got robbed… They saw us coming and totally screwed us.. We will not be returning……bartlesville ok

    Worst experience ever! Server was unprofessional. Complaining about another server. No one brought our food out. We were there for forty minutes until we finally got irritated and left!

    ate at the Ihop in Foley, AL 4-30-17 at around 8:30 am. the restaurant was not full. the table next to us complained to manager the had to wait 40 min. for order to arrive. (and then it was cold). we had to wait 30 min. for our food . the manager said he had 3 new cooks. we both ordered the strawberry cream filled crepes. on both our orders the crepes were over done- burned edges. and only one bite of each crepe had any filling at all. I expected filling in the entire crepe. and only 2 strawberries to each plate, also. this was not what I expected from an Ihop.

    Eggs tasted ok bu t.v. ad ome of the white were still watery I know it’s over easy but still that part bothered me this customer service is poor another vi Dr it my good as burnt other times foods cooled off once they had food pilled up in the back and got it and it had cooled off already hard time get served in timely manner some them act like f2f not want to be there they talk rude tweed each other makes me not want to eat there but they open late when i get off work

    When the food finally arrived it was cold. Everything was bad. But to be fair one waitress was trying to take care of 40 to 50 people for breakfast. I will not be back to this location.

    I had the worst service provided at Lexington KY IHOP!! The waiter COCO was horrible, she served everyone else around us first after the was seated after us, my food was cold when I did get it, when asked to remake she had attitude!! When I watched from window them getting my food she took from counter to another area then gave to someone else to serve me?? Seems as if she done something to my food?? No thanks I don’t want it and I won’t be back!! My suggestion is go to BOB EVANS for breakfast or Cracker Barrel is so much with everything!!’

    I have been a regular i hop customer for over 30 years. My experience at the i hop in the palisades mall was once again disappointing. We had to wait ten min to be greeted. At which point i had to look for a hostess. While being seated we were placed next to a large party of 13 who was very loud. At which point we asked to be seated on the other side, and was told no because they were closing down one side of restaurant even though there were people currently eating on the other side. The manager than came over and stated (this is a family restaurant and we should expect noise) at which point he moved us appropriately 7ft from where the large crowd was. Further i informed the manager that the bathroom was soaked with water on the floor and nothing was done.

    I am very disappointed in IHOP, I came with a group of 18 people and I had to wait 30 minutes to an hour just to receive my food. I wouldn’t recommend the ihop at 4936 Centre Pointe Drive North Charleston

    Elizabeth was a server for my mother and I for take-out. She delivered very poor customer service. She acted as though she just didn’t want to be at work that day and had a nasty attitude. This is the second time Elizabeth has served my mother and I and we have experienced the same problem with her before.
    She makes it feel as though we are a burden to her by simply placing an order.
    Our food was served to us mixed up, in small container compartments, and my stack of pancakes was covered with aluminum foil. After receiving our food we asked if we could get butter and syrup for the meals and she told us “Give me a moment.” and walked off with her hand on her head and didn’t return.
    Another server who was polite returned to bring our syrup and butter. He thanked us for coming and told us to have a nice day and we did the same and left to go home. On our way home is when I began sorting the food to notice how chaotic and messed over it was.
    I have dined in/order take-out several times especially to celebrate my birthday at IHOP on Little Mack for years and I never experienced poor service before until Ms. Elizabeth had served us.
    I may just find a different IHOP to visit or another restaurant completely. I don’t know what her problem is.
