    Worst customer service ever!! In Boise, Idaho. I ordered on the drive thru, They got my order wrong, went back in line. The person at the window said to pull over to front door and she would take my new order. Waited half hour, nothing.. had to get off and go inside. Manager said ” i thought you wanted a refund” this id a crapy place.. never going back to Carl’s Jr there. I just left hangry lol

    The worst yet. By Hardees in Columbia SC off Parklane omg the onion rings was so greasy and under cook the chicken tenders were cold and hard. But the big chicken was cooked in last year grease this is the worst food l have ever received we spend $15.43 on old food l want all my miney back.

    I went to Louisville MS Hardees about 715 and ordered a sausage biscuit, a pork chop biscuit combo and orange juice. We waited 20 and still didn’t get anything. Very rude .

    We were gonna have breakfast at Hardee’s in Fort Mill this morning, but, the 3 employees were too busy to take our order. After standing there at the counter alone, a good 5 to 7 minutes without anyone acknowledging that we were there, someone finally said they were making a phone call in the back. The one guy that was working the front and the drive through took a call on his phone while we stood there. We finally said we would go to Burger King and left without no one even offering to help us. We had our money out and ready to order and pay. No one bothered. So, we went to Burger King and had breakfast.

    I visited the new Hardies on Baseline Road in Little Rock today at about 10:48 am Sunday June 18,2017. I ordered 2 sausage biscuits and a small hash rounds drive thru. When I returned home my hash rounds were not in the bag. I paid 1.79 f o r them and it was too far for me to go back and argue the order. I realize people make mistakes but this has happened to me before here and other restaurants. It makes me wonder if these employees are upset at not g etting their 15.00 bucks an hour and are taking it out on the customers.I realize I probably also will never hear from you just like KFC PIZZA HUTand the others.So it will be an eternity before I go back and I hope others who have been short changed will also send a bad review. I’m 70 years old and to me every penny counts.

    Not sure this is the format I should be using, however I must get this off my chest.
    Hardee’s excels in two areas! (1) Best biscuits any where ever, anywhere. (2) Emptiest coffee pot ever..
    Happens at more than one store, but most often at 25th St, Cleveland.
    This morning selfservice urn was empty the entire 30 min we were in the restaurant, and was served only half a cup from behind the counter..
    WHAT TO DO ???

    the last time we ordered, they went to the wrong address and so fries were not all crispy when they arrived and burger was not hot anymore. I ordered again today, and here’s what happend:
    1.) order place at 1:15pm, delivered at 2:19pm
    2.) delivery guy forgot to bring the vanilla milkshake. I agreed that he can go and take it. I called customer service right after and was told that it’ll be delivered in 20mins. It’s past 3pm but milkshake hasn’t arrived yet.And when it did, it’s all melted and soo not good.

    VERY DISAPPOINTING SERVICE.We were not even compensated for all the inconvenience caused.

    Went for lunch at 4116 W. Hillsborough Ave. Tampa,Florida location…upon entering went to bathroom..door had combination lock….went to LINE…to get code..decided that I wouldn’t wait in line …we left…ate at McD’s up the street……Who are they locking out? Customer’s unable to wash hands before or after eating..customer’s needing to use restroom…Your loss..

    I have enjoyed Hardee’ s for years. Visited locations all over US. The one on Dave Ward Drive in Conway,Arkansas doesn’t resemble any other.
    Filthy, slow and should be closed by health department. Trash all over kitchen floor,tables dirty, no napkins on table, cashier not friendly, ignored when I told them there was no coffee and in general pathetic.
    Not up to Hardee’s standards. An embarrassment to your other locations.

    We went to the location on Summer Ave for lunch. The cashier took the order but we had to wait 45 minutes of our hour for lunch on food. It was so awful until five peoples got a refund back on their order. It is sad that a company this big would not manger there employee during a busy time like lunch. Never would go back again.

    my service was not pleasant at your location in whitwell tn the cashier was rude and i had to go back because my order was wrong this is not the first time thishas happened im very diapointed in the service

    The hardest on West Constance Rd the workers are rude disrespectful and so is one manger that work in thier she yells at customers talk down to them swatches things from customer they will never give you corporate office number or head store I’ve made nemorious complaints and nothing has been done they need to keep a check on what thier employees be doing and saying to customers

    Hardee’s in Grant all. Has got to be the worst. Workers are rude. Morning manager yelling at employees in front of customers. Use foul language. I personally do not bring my children for breakfast , just because of the foul mouthed morning manager . Food is under cooked, so! Will not be back at all, that goes for my friends and family. I have been spending upwards of $20 daily , just me , wife , daughter.. not ever again….. Night shift is some people. Even food is done.. But sorry I don’t like getting sick after I spend my hard earned money for sorry uncooked over priced burgers from very disrespectful adults,……
