    Stefan at meanwood Aldi. Is by far the nicest most helpful person on the tils. Always smiling and happy. His customer service is amazing.

    We use Aldi stores fairly frequently but not exclusively. Many times we have spent more than intended because of the irresistible special buys.
    We have always found that your hardworking and diligent staff are very helpful. Always pleasant, helpful and cheery.
    After a recent purchase of a television I had difficulty setting it up. I called the customer after sales number and was very pleased when, in 2 minutes, I was guided through the procedure and the tv is now working.
    I must say that we have never been disappointed by the quality of your products nor the shopping experience in your stores. This experience extends to several countries in Europe.

    Worst shopping experience ever. Cashier was nasty and refused to check me out unless I removed the items from the belt. Will never shop in Aldi again.

    The staff at the Preston Road branch are very helpful, always!! I however do not understand why Aldi do not make more Kevin & Katie carrots to make more money for the children cancer charity. I have cancer my self and couldn’t get to the store because I was ill. I refuse to buy them off eBay when the charity do not get the monies!!! Why don’t Aldi make more to prevent this happening?

    I went to your Aldi store in South Yarra today 16/12/17 to purchase your Dyson barrel hoover which was advertised as being on sale today and lined up with others who also were after the same item, only to be told once in store that it all went to people who lined up after 6 the day before.Had I known I too would have gone the day before.

    Im so happy that a new local aldi has opened .this shop has got every thing i need and has got really good items for an cheap and affordable price. I bought wireless headphones for my daughter for just £6.00.

    I am annoyed that Aldi no longer do 1kg packs of smoked and unsmoked bacon for £3.69. Instead they have replaced them with 250 gram ones at 99p which equates to £3.96 per kilo. In effect this is a 27p or 7.3% per kilo price hike. Where have the larger packs disappeared too in the last couple of months? All is not lost because Lidil have started doing them for an offer price of £3.29.

    Ive never been to an amazing store like ALDI and I am very impressed and very well building and great and amazing prices too, and also I wish to add that even though the store that I am going to is Grand Rapids Minnesota. It might be under staff but the services is the best that I have ever had in years, and its been 5 years sense I ever had real true kindness and services, and I’m not picky ether its just hard to go shopping when all I deal with is crappy people so thank you for the kindness and respectable staff and a shot out to the cashier name is Elizabeth great smile and also a great attitude too, and beautiful eyes too. I hope she gets a raise down the road cause she made my day. Cause she seems like a very hard and strong worker to have and also to the rest of the higher management that hired her and is doing an amazing job trying her as well too, and keep up the amazing hard work too, and I’m sure the rest of the staff is doing well she just happened to stand out today is all, and I will keep coming back to shop more too cause you have such amazing prices too.

    Aldi needs to do more to address the shopping needs of singles or couples as the way fresh produce is sold is too wastfull. A older couple can’t use the amount of veg or fruit prea packed by Aldi and a lot gets wasted.

    I am very upset that you took away the baskets at the parkes store! I refuse to go there now as it’s to hard to juggle a toddler
    And the couple of Products I need to purchase.
    I know how your minds work, and it’s appalling to think that your come back will be because customers won’t buy as much with baskets as they do trolleys. But you need to realise not everyone needs to do a Big shop every time they go there!

    jason, cashier this Monday morning is CERTAINLY NO asset to your organization I was in Saturday, the customers were 7 baskets deep waiting to be checked out. There were ONLY two cashiers at the front, but three people were in the aisles doing menial work. They could have been at the front PROVIDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. To say the least I left,I needed only two items, and returned today only to be meet with a FLIPPIANT attitude about why CUSTOMER SERVICE was so bad Saturday… Ticket # is *3078 478/028/003/016 — 10/02/17 @ 10:53 am. store # 28 Longview Texas

    Ye won’t keep the hair dye I depend on in as regular stock. It’s like leaving a baby without nappies. Toy feel vulnerable and stupid worth roots showing a different colour after just days. The decision maker clearly does not use hair dye. I’ve mentioned this in several stores to no avail. This did me undoes all the good things about you. Frustrated!

    Good afternoon.
    Today I was in your shop in Washdyke Lane, Immingham. Second time I had problem with prices in Aldi but this time I must tell you about this.
    I bought 2 packs beetroot -I payed 0.99£, radish -0.53£ and tomatoes 0.59. I payed for this 3.10£.
    But!!!!
    From today beetroot is 0.35£, radish 0.35£ and tomatoes 0.35. I gave your amazing specialbuys and from yours offer I have that price.
    So I pay 3.10£ not 1.40£!!!!
    Second time when Aldi don’t keep prices!!!
    I like that shop but I am disappointed. Very disappointed

    my husband and i shop all the time at aldi find prices just right friendly staff especially sar smilley face allways lovely allways tills open get through quite quick would reccomend aldi to anyone keep on going aldi .

    We have eight cat’s that like the select cat food. We noticed that you started to sell them in 48 pouches box. One of our cats is fussy. She leaves her dish clean. On a recent visit to the merthyr Tydfil store we were advised that it was a promotion. We went to the Ebbw Vale store and they had it in stock. This is a major problem with aldi they are so unreliable with their stock. You either buy bulk or see that you can not get the item again

    I just visited your cramlington branch , I put my shopping on the conveyer belt
    And proceeded to push my trolley to end off checkout only for the check out girl so say I want to look under your bags while whipping them out my trolley at the same time ,I was so shocked and felt humiliated they was nothing under my bags but for a split second I was made to feel like a shoplifter , I still have my recipt if any one from aldi wishes to contact me

    parked in aldi car park got ticket for being over white line car park run by UKPC explained other car was too close told it was not his problem if this is how Aldi run their car park i will shop elsewhere

    I recently called Customer Services as I wanted to check if a product was in stock at my local store before trekking over there. I spoke to Lee. He was so helpful, polite and went the extra mile for me to find out exactly what I needed to know. It is the best ever call to a customer helpdesk I have ever had, I don’t give praise lightly ask my husband. Well done Aldi

    I used to shop exclusively at Tesco’s Then you opened a store in Cardigan.
    I tour Europe for about 5 months every year in my motorhome and by shopping in Aldi instead of Tesco I save enough to fund 2 weeks in Europe. Now that’s a result.

    My wife and i were in Aldi store#114 located 4150 western, blvd. Jacksonville, NC today to pick up a few grocery items. One of the store manager’s who was on register# 2 on aug 13, 2017@ 5:37pm observed my wife and i who are senior citizens were standing in this long line for 3 minutes hodling grocery items in a box waiting to check out. The young manager on register# 2 immediately call for another cashier to open register# 1. There were about eight(8) customer’s standing in the line. I would like to thank the young manager who was on register#2 who assisted us and the eight(8) customer’s who were standing in this long line. The manager on register#2 is knowlegeable of her job, display professional attitude, motivated towards her work ethics, pleasing personality always greeting customer’s with the appropiate greeting of the day…good morning, good afternoon, good evening mam, sir. I will always shop at aldi’s due to the quality products and because of the manager on register#2. Your immediate attention is requested to recognize this manager for a job well job. Thank You.

    I was in your store at 7627 S Ashland Ave. The cashier’s name was Enjoli. The young lady is very rude. There was no greet, no thank you, and was not a welcoming visit. There was a elder man in front of me checking out and he couldn’t hear what she was saying. She rudely yelled the total of his order. As I was checking out, she snatched my item out of my hand as I reached it out to give it to her. If this is the way Aldi conducts business, I will never shop there again as this was my first time in there.
