    I can’t take the survey because it has been 3 months since I went to a Regal Cinema and for good reason. The last time I went, when I discovered somebody made the decision to have reserved seating I turned around and went home. I haven’t been back since. Dumb, dumb, dumb idea to do that. I get it if you want to perpetrate the unAmerican ideal of classism and sell more comfortable for more money. But to have to choose your seat in advance?? What the h*%3^ were you thinking? Seriously. What is to keep me from reserving my “perfect seat only to find a rowful of noisy kids behind me. Or someone too tall in front of me. This policy has to quit. I can’t believe that the public has asked for it. TAKE A POLL! Or simply do an internet search for “Reserved seating in movie theaters sucks.” If you don’t find literally thousands of responses, I’ll shut up. In the meantime, I’ll spend my money and movie theaters that give the public what they want.
    (I’ll love to talk to the so-called genius who came up with this. I have little doubt that this will backfire and Regal stock will suffer accordingly. All I know for sure is they will not be getting any more business from me and likely millions like me.

    Today we went to your location in Magnolia plaza in Coral Springs, FL. We viewed Dunkirk.
    The previews included a propaganda piece by Al Gore on global warming. I did not pay to watch this political crap. What were you thinking?
    I will NEVER go to your theatre again !!!

    My experience at the movies today was the best. The manager there was very very helpful and very sweet. His name was Craig. He is a very handsome guy. I will definitely go back and will look for him again. Thank you.

    I took my family to see Moana on tuesday in Branford. We were disappointed with the seating as it hasn’t been upgraded and planned not to go back. However at the end of the movie an employee named Daniel came out and let us know there was an extra clip after the credits. He also told us some trivia and even got the children singing and clapping to the your welcome song! In 30 years I’ve never experienced an interactive theater experience like that! You may not know it but this employee has got something special! My children enjoyed it so much as did the majority of the parents. It is only because of this employee doing this interactive time after the movie that we WILL attend your theater again! I hope all the children’s movies now have this. I was waiting for a disco ball to drop down for the kids to dance too lol! Great job Daniel!
