    Old Navy online takes two payments. Once when the order is place for preauth and second when the order ships. The first payment is released 3-10 business days after it was take .

    Store # 06141 Dotha Al. On 02/20/20 I go in at 9:20 to purchase Jean’s for my daughter upcoming birthday. I was immediately stopped by a group of woman telling me I could shoot in a specific area bc they were unpacking boxes!! No good morning, No how are you, No sorry for the inconvenience! Just you cant come back here, on the store floor where you are suppose to shop. Elizabeth said this what we do on Tuesday and Thursday! I ask her what did that have to do with me she said you cant come back here, so I ask why are yall open if I cant shop! I ask if someone was going to get what I need since I cant shop, Geovana them chimes in and said I guess so… I told her what I needed she had another associate to get the Jean’s then she pushed them into my arms. Trying to remain calm I set them down on yet another make shift table. Elizabeth then ask Giovana didn’t she have a Boxcutter in her back pocket!! She said yeah.Why- Elizabeth said Od I just saw you struggling with boxers earlier and I just wanted to remind you of the boxcutter in your back pocket!! This was a direct threat and I took it as such. I finished looking through the Jean’s pick the ones I wanted and started to walk off, saying nothing to either associate. Giovanna them says loudly I liked to had Lost my job twice at this point I was over the pettiness and me and Giovanna exchanged words. The store mgr corrected her when she realized what was going on. This was such a waste if my day and my money. These two women made old navy look bad. This was not family friendly. Not custom service at its finest to say the least. So it’s okay for old navy employees to make their customers feel threatened and unwelcomed.

    Clean store. Restroom needs a lot of cleaning every time I’m there. No one acknowledges you when you walk in the store. My favorite part was in the fitting rm with nekiya and DeeDee they had conversations with everyone that came in the fitting. Which is good no one wants to be ignored. Especially if they plan on trying on the clothes they plan on buying. What I didn’t understand is why are there so many ppl on the floor who couldn’t help me find an item on the for. DeeDee found it on that iPhone contraption. And nekeya went and got it for me. Then a cashier called 4 a mgr and no one came. Brooke was near the cashier and didn’t help. Instead another cashier helped and didn’t know how to do it. DeeDee was at the cash area and helped. Just one question? Why does a majority of your employees look unhappy? This experience was at store 0682 the veranda store in concord California

    Regarding my shopping experience of 10-23-2019 at Old Navy store #03987. My wife and I were served by Shameul Vann, Her assigned store is 04169 but that day she was stationed to store 03987. She conducted herself in a friendly but professional manner. She escorted us to the area of the store we could find what we were looking for and she helped us locate exactly what we were there for. I don’t see much of that service any longer but it was refreshing to know it is still available.

    I started buying at Old Navy back in 2001 and I was happy back then with the quality on garments specially t-shirts and coats. However throughout the years I have noticed the decline greatly on the quality of fabric. T-shirts are so poor in quality that after third wash they are much shorter and smaller than my size. It is pointless to paid over 20 dollars after tax for such poor quality and sooooo thin, see through t-shirt . I have come to the conclusion to never buy white at old navy because if I do I will be showing up my bra or body even with something else underneath. It is same story with undergarments, which is unfortunate. Back in the years t-shirts lasted me a year wash after wash. Now they turn into small balls of fabric under the arms and all over with the rubbing of other clothes or washing. I remember I had to buy a T-shirt once in Walt mart because I needed to and guess what that 4 dollar t-shit is still going, has not lost it’s shape, have not gotten the ugly lumps of fabric under the sleeves or all over with friction with other fabrics and I have had it for over a year. I never used to buy clothes at Walt mart but when it comes to quality I choose quality over brand. I have had the same experience with pea coats after third or fourth time wearing them I see the ugly lumps of worn fabric underneath the sleeves or over the entire coat. Ridiculous price of 50 or 60 dollars for cheap quality. Got to change this Old Navy! And also training on staff wouldn’t hurt. Basics at least in customer service.

    Florence, Sc store 03118. Black young girl with a gold texturized natural looking short hair at register never greeted me by “ hello or did you find everything ok “,at the register once she check me out , Instead she was having a full conversation with the lady ahead of me at another register talking about makeup and how her makeup look. She never told me my total, nothing. Had me my receipt and said goodbye. If I was a secret shopping I would give her a two. Bad bad customer experience

    Time after time I go to this store the systems are never updated with the sale items. It always ring up the regular price then i’d Say that item is on sale. Then I gotta stand in line or to the side just for them to check prices. Thing is sometimes people only have enough time to do what they come to do if they were more organized I wouldn’t have to wait the extra time while they check a item price that should be updated in the system before they put sale tags out.

    Staff are not easily accessible,leaders are arrogant and disrespectful especially Kevin at Nashua branch,sales strategies are misleading,and lots of delays in paying for items bought.Lots of lies and lots of discrimination

    I came to old navy and received such amazing customer service from Joe. He went above and beyond to fulfil my shopping needs. He didn’t only tell me where I can find what I was looking for , he himself went deep into the shelves to find my size . He made my shopping experience a breeze.Not only did he find everything that I was looking for , he also made me more willing to come back . His warm atmosphere and amazing service is what will pull me back to Old Navy. Thank you Joe

    I came to the veranda store to do a return. 2 different people had to help me with the return. An employee who I don’t want to name asked another cashier deedee for help. She came over there took my paper, typed in some numbers and was done. I was at that register for about 10 minutes before they had deedee help me. You need to have more training sessions for your cashiers. I find it so sad that it took 1 person (deedee) to do what 2 people couldn’t do..

    I went to old Navy mahek was a great help when I didn’t know the price on the merchandise. I also ask her was the item on sale it sure was, very very nice to me. I will be recommending everyone here.

    Sarah from Old Navy in Chico was super friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond yesterday. My daughter and I were shopping, and she made 1-12-19 shopping experience even better.

    This is the worse example of customer service I have experienced in a long time. At the retail outlet store at 4628 Factory Stores Blvd in Myrtle Beach SC we went in to make a purchase. While at the store there was only 1 cashier working and they had a person who was making an exchange without a receipt. I stood there while many other store employees walked by me without stepping in to assist with my purchase. After standing for approx. 7-8 minutes I was ready to throw the items I wanted to purchase on the floor and leave. Why someone could not have seen they were having a problem I don’t understand. 6 cash registers and only 1 was open. This is inexcusable.

    10-26-18 Todd is one of the best employees that work in the old Navy in Edison mall, when I didn’t have a price for something he sure was helpful, I also ask for a name of a song that was playing in the store gave me all details, very friendly sales associate. I believe he definitely deserve to be a manager on duty, he really knows his items and the floor.
