If you would like to share your opinions and suggestions with Shaws about its food and service, just join in it.     today I was aggravated upon cashing out . For the third time, I did not know when to put in my phone number for the MYMIXX coupons and when I asked the cashier, she said it was too late. Shouldn’t that be the first thing they ask as I am cashing out?
    I am not trying to get anyone in trouble, but after spending at least 10 minutes going on line and “clipping” coupons, it results in me not getting the credit for them. this has happened numerous times. So what’s the point?

    I always have a great experience…..i always try to go to the cashier named millie…very friendly and always has a great attitude no matter how early or late it is….

    I shopped today 8/28/18 in the Marshfield store and the fish display window is a piece of art, just remarkable and well worth mentioning, I don’t know the name of the gentleman I spoke to but I have never seen such a beautiful display of all sorts of fish, it makes you want to try them all, that’s how good it looked. The meat has never been at its best like it is now, WHAT A CHANGE, it’s the best in Marshfield and the fruits and vegetables are also so fresh. GOOD WORK EVERYONE and the prices lower than any place else. GREAT SERVICE ALSO WITH A SMILE, WE NEED THAT TODAY OF ALL TIMES. I GIVE IT A 10 (SORRY I DON’T HAVE JAVASCRIPT)

    Best thing about this store is cashier manager, Jane. Happy to see everyone. No matter how crazy at the checkouts she seems to never be harried, never seems to rush, though things do move quickly when she is working. Wish there were more retail associates like Jane. She deserves kudos, hope employers take note of what an exemplary employee!

    Rockland, ME Shaws:
    My favorite employee at this store is Assistant Manager Chad Allen. He always greets me with a smile and asks how he can be of assistance. Once I needed a rain check for coffee, and he took the time to go out back and find exactly what I needed. Another time I was trying to reach a product that was too high on the shelf, and he was happy to get it for me. It’s a pleasure to shop at a grocery store with so many good sales and so many helpful employees, especially Chad.

    Auburn, Maine Shaws:
    Good sales, don’t go to the deli if you need to be out of there within an hour. I go to deli my spouse has time to go though rest of store usually done at same time. Believe me the deli is in no hurry.

    Best reason to go to this shaws is Jane, front end person. No matter how busy she always greets shoppers with a smile. She is always helpful, happy to assist shoppers. This is someone who deserves a raise.

    I wanted to take the survey but my computer is disabled so I want you to know that Andrew B who is a bagger at Shaw’s in Chapel Hill, Cranston deserves to be nominated for employee of the week. He was so helpful and polite that I hope you can put him on a survey that I wanted to take today. He deserves commendation for being responsible, helpful and courteous to me, a handicapped customer.     Once again, the customer service at Shaw’s on S Main in Sharon was abysmal for the usual reasons. Your deli employees don’t even acknowledge people who have been waiting for several minutes – refusing to even turn their backs or alert other workers to someone waiting, and then downright surly when I asked if someone could help me and the others waiting. No fresh mozzarella at all (at the start of a summer holiday weekend). And I had to pack my own groceries again – more than $200 worth. You need to train these people better. I’m done, off to Big Y.

    I would like to express how happy I was with Heidi’s customer service in the Shaw’s in Waterbury, VT she works in the Deli dept. and every time I see her she is trying to make the store a great experience. We had a blizzard here in VT and I knew things would be out of stock as I was coming in right before the storm hit. I knew we may lose power and wanted my husband to have lunch ready for the next day so I go to the pre-made sandwiches the FOOT long ones, they were all gone. I went to the deli counter where everyone was working hard to restock well I REALLY wanted this to take home so I thought I would ask someone, she was so accommodating and whipped one right up! She is GREAT AT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

    The Star Market in Marshfield is the best store around. The store is always bright, clean and well stocked. The manager Steve is very helpful and friendly.
