    Great experience! I first called Sears with questions about a potential appliance purchase. I spoke to a lovely person,Naria, who was very pleasant,helpful and did not rush me along…she just patiently answered my questions…..which is a rarity these days in a store chain to have someone actually answersthe phone in person and be courteous and helpful; trifecta!
    Based on this positive experience with your employee,I decided to come to the store and see your selection of refriderators. Ironically, the sales associate that was so helpful on the phone ,was also present to help me with my purchase.Naria was wonderful! A true professional and represents your store exceedingly well ,especially in regard to customer service and relations. You would do well to give this woman a raise or have her train other employees in the art of customer service. I usually do all my purchasing online and rarely go to a traditional store. But because this was a large purchase, I wanted to see the item and its quality before purchasing it. Thanks for such a positive experience and I am a very satisfied customer due to the wonderful experience in dealing with Naria.Naria is an asset to your organization!

    Melissa (Sales Associate #1131 RE: transaction code: 0703) at Sears on Palm Coast Parkway, Palm Coast, provided excellent customer service on 03/04/17 when she helped us select the right refrigerator for us. We had an emergency situation and she did everything she could to order the right refrigerator and expedite its delivery and hookup scheduled for today. We will definitely go back to her if we need to purchase another product.

    I want to post a comment in response to Kimberly Gaumer….the cabinets you are talking about are regularly priced at 499.99 a piece , you had to know when you ordered it was miss marked at 34.99…the price was supposed to be 349.99 and sears policy states very clearly that if item is mismarked its only honered to 5% off what it should be marked or the marked price if equal to the 5% difference so you want to bash Sears hometown store for being a very dishonest person who was obviously trying to take advatage of a mistake….bad person bad customer bad business my dear!! Good you don’t shop there any more because you are bad! You are just mad because you got caught being a bad person! You want to call others liars well it takes one to know !!!

    I ordered 3 6 Premium HeavyDuty Floor Cabinets that you had priced online for 34.99, My account was charged and I received a confirmation# as well, I then received a phone call from a person that was very hard to understand that stated they were not going to honor the price of the cabinet and will be refunding me. I had then called and spoke to a Tiffany that had lied to me and told me they were out of stock and this is why it was cancelled, I then told her that was not true and to uncancel my order I would just wait for it to be restocked if that was the case, I had then told her that the reason it was cancelled is because Sears advertised it at a low price and now they did not want to honor it, I asked her why did they not want to honor it, she said that it was an error. This was handled in a very unprofessional way. Shame on SEARS!!!! YOU ARE NOT A GOOD STORE. I am pretty sure there will be a lot more unsatisfied customers. How can you charge a customers account and then say we made an error in the price, but you are going to have to wait 5 to 7 days for us to give you your refund back, all because of your error. How WRONG is that. Sears is a bad bad bad store – NO ONE SHOULD EVER SHOP THERE!!!!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER

    I was very unsatisfied I ordered a set of tools 270 piece set with box for my husband on December 20th 2016 we have waited almost a month it was never delivered I finally had to go and get a refund the problem I’m having is I ordered these items at a sale price and now I have to go pay full price because I couldn’t get what I wanted at the time I ordered it very displeased customer
