    I was in tonight and our waitress was not very good we had to ask for biscuits 3 times she never brought them out until our food came the manager walked passed us twice never said anything to us about how we were or the service he didn’t say anything and also I asked a question about the menu and the two things I ordered our waitress never said anything about there being an upcharge so I paid 19 dollars for my plate on top of an extra 6 dollars for the up-charges the food isn’t that good for those prices I wasn’t happy

    Our server Amy just took our order and never came back to the table again. Also told that she was rolling silverware if we needed her to come get her. I had to come get her just to ask for ketchup. Was extremely unsatisfied and will never go back. When I pay $20 a plate I expect better service.

    Was at your Carle Place location on Old Country Road today 03/04/17 gave my name at 3pm told there would be a 20 minute wait but yet people that came in after me were being seated before my party of 6… Was told 3 different times by 3 different people we were next… Not until me and my sister went up to complain did your very rude Manager say ” you are next” and very rudely apologize.. Her apology was fake and she only said it to shut us up.. You should not take smaller parties that come after people first.. That is not acceptable! There wasn’t even toilet paper in the ladies rest room! This manager was surely not doing her job! The only good part of spending 200 was our waitress.. She was very sweet! Apologize do not have her name.. The manager at this time in a busy Saturday should be more hands on!!
