    Mail is no longer delivered on time. Sales papers come on Wed which is when sales start. Used to come on Tuesday. I have got mail from the next street over more than once. In the last 2 months I have had 2 packages delivered to the wrong address. One which my neighbor alerted me to. I could not get your survey to work . . . .

    Always a good experience with emplyees Amy and Melinda, but the lines are always too long…You need more employees, 3 at the window and a runner to get packages and letters. PLEASE!…..The A/C does not work well, please fix it……..

    I was calling about my package I spent $85 I did not see if my package I’m wondering can you send me a another package PlayStation 4 Pro 1tb or send my money on the card again that’s not right that a person you could deliver a package without calling and let that person know that the package on the doorstep did not knock on the door nobody in come to the door cuz nobody know they dropped off the package you post a knock or call or do both and make sure that a person get a package I’m a mad Furious Black Woman in the honey if I don’t get my money back or nothing package PlayStation 4 and I spent $85 on the f****** PlayStation 4 that I did not receive yeah put the package on the doorstep and whole legs but where is the package now can you check my package get it back for me or can you send me another packet and make sure that package is in my hand or anybody that lives in the house they make sure the person get her package read the passage delivery popli and our rightful owners hand or anybody that lives in my house that know the person that make sure that she get that package cuz I ain’t playing I spend $85 on a f****** package if that’s it was more than that of b**** with motherfuking came up to your goddamn off it and let your ass with he has it y’all playing with a goddamn black b**** or black goddess Queen who buy her own s*** now the f*** you get her s*** f***** up and Miss placed it or whatever I did not receive my package so I need another package we send the package or send my money back is that simple you got a mad customer that did not see her package now what she going to do about that

    I have a lot of trouble with packages leaving Greenville on the wrong trucks all the time, like now I have a package that left Greenville on the 22nd ,and apparently it was put on the wrong truck ,because it just left Greenville again ,hopefully on the right truck this time,. But this happens with at least 1/3 of the packages sent to me ,and EVERY other USPS office gets it right 98% of the time. Greenville needs New Management ,and more competent employees separating packages.

    We live on a rural route, back in the hills, and are pretty satisfied with our mail delivery. The delivery is usually at about 3:30 p.m., although sometimes it is later and on Saturday it’s often much earlier. Our packages are usually placed in our mailbox along the road, which is a very large mailbox, although once in a while a package is brought up our 1/3 of a mile drive up to our house.

    I have to say that delivery time on packages lately have been very slow. I track my packages when I place an order and sometimes the packages stay at the distribution centers for days. When you try to call these locations no one ever answers the call. My last order was medication and it was very late. So I definitely would like to know what is going on.

    I’m happy with the delivery of packages to my home. Also, pleased with delivery of packages I’ve mailed from the post office. However, daily mail delivery of letters, bills, cards, etc is quite awful. Since our mailman retired, the service has been fair to poor. The new mail carrier is ok, but if it’s her day off, what a mess! Mail is constantly delivered to the wrong house. One day last week, the mail arrived at 8:40am. The next day, 5:30pm. There were days with no mail at all, which is very unusual for our house. The carriers who fill in for her were not dressed in postal service uniforms. They often neglect to take the mail we leave for pick up. Bottom line: it’s gone downhill.

    My regular postman is the poster person for the U.S. Post Office He delivers my mail and picks up letters from my box always in a timely manner All mail I receive from him is always to my address – never a mistake! When I see him he is always polite, informative if I have a question and I know I can count on him to deliver the mail promptly/early!! He is truly wonderful!

    Item I ordered should have been delivered today. It was going from Capitola to Sacramento. You guys routed it originally to San Jose, which makes sense; then for whatever reason sent it down to SoCal only to have it eventually be sent up to Sacramento. No wonder it’s going to be late.

    I have always had excellent experiences with the Post Office. I am on a rural route, and the carriers deliver my mail on a consistent and accurate basis. Whenever I go to an office for stamps or to mail a package, I am always treated courteously and professionally. The Post Office services are a vital part of our government. I have always told my son that if he lives by two important axioms he’ll do fine in life: “The show Must go on!” and “The mail Must get through!” Yes, the Post office must be fully funded so that it may continue its important function! I am Jim stembridge, and I approve this message!

    Postal mail service during winter months 2019-2020 was very poor daily time deliveries were inconsistent running late at night up until 7:00 pm felt sorry for carrier trying to make deliveries in the dead of night including receiving other addresses mail. Beginning early March delivery times have improved and getting close to reaching predictable daily receiving times.

    Have an item from Ebay been kept in a Facility for two days and it’s a day late. I ordered other orders in the two weeks ago and they came in on time. Can’t say it’s the virus fault when I gotten my item on time before. This service is terrible I always have these type of problems with them.

    This is the worst survey page I have ever seen! Starting with ads for downloading who knows what! I had to scroll down the page, past the instructions on how to take the survey, to see the actual link to take the survey. At least I think I did, then I see other comments here and I am not sure. Waste of my time.

    I think my postal service in Huntington,NY is the best its ever been.These guys and girls don’t complain when they deliver all our computer shopping items without missing a beat.They are gracious and kind even when our little Pug barks and tries to get through the fence to eat them.They are nice to my children if they are out playing in the yard.And they never damage anything.I don’t know what more you could ask,especially in view of the current miserable situation the world is in.I hope my Postal workers know that sometimes they are bringing the ray of light to our day,because the fondue pot got delivered,and now we can involve ourselves in a recipe book,or the movie got delivered,so now we wont have to choose from the miserable lineup on cable that night.These people are our heroes.thank them for me Kitty

    The worst postal delivery ever. It’s not the first time USPS has returned the package to sender because of unknown address … which is completely wrong! my order was split in 2: first part was delivered by a different service provider, without any issue, second part of the order … got to USPS and … resent back to sender… why? apparently because the apt number was not included in the address and their recommendation is to be more careful when completing the address. No sh*t? how is it possible that for the same order with 2 packages, one gets the address and USPS never gets it. As I said this happened to me more times that I can count and the only explanation I can find is that you guys never add the second line of the address … which is really your problem. Not to say that you post online at 10am this incomplete address and return to sender … and at 1pm package is already on route. I know when I’m supposed to receive my packages and I track this … but I cannot always call you guys at the exact same moment (wait 1M years on the phone, to then get redirected). It would be nice if you would allow your customers a bit of time to correct the mistakes that you are generating, and minimize frustration when using your magical service.

    I made my decision, if my packages are delivered through USPS there’s a 1% they will get it right and it’s never their fault. I wish I could chose not to get any of my package through USP.

    I could not sign in to the survey. Most of the time we receive our mail, but every once in a while we get mail for an auto body shop. On the inside of the mail box is a note saying this is not Almans Body Shop, put there by a mail carrier, but it still comes sometimes, out regular carrier does fine.

    Over the last 2 years 4 pieces of mail have been lost from the same post office. I had to stop payment on a check costing me $30. This was also certified mail. It was delivered to the wrong address. Not happy at all with this.
