    Our mail is in a cluster box.
    I live in the twin-home (duplex) section, units designated as Apt A or Apt B. My mail last week was in another Apt A unit also 2 packages a couple of days later.
    We, my neighbor and I and perhaps others, quite often have mail for someone else to the point of complaining. These issues get corrected then after awhile start again.
    It is scary to think that my new driver’s license could have been in some else’s box.
    When the mail is done right I would give a 5 star. When it has issues I would hardly give a 1 star.

    I am very happy with my mail delivery. the mail man is always courteous and helpful when needed. Always brings large mail to the door.

    Clerk #8 in the Terre Haute, Indiana main branch on Margaret Avenue, is an asset to the United State Postal service. He is kind, polite and very professional. Wish more businesses had these type of employees.

    Joshua at the Evans City, PA Post Office is so nice. Always addresses me by name with a nice hello. I enjoy going to the post office even if I have to stand in line. ;o)

    Virgel was the agent in the Mountain View office that assisted me with an issue regarding my mail hold, while I was overseas. He was knowledgeable, professional and able to resolve the issue. Additionally, he made me feel a great sense of relief and valued as a customer. Thank you

    I tried the phone survey 3 times and each time I was told I had an incorrect password!
    This is total crud and lousy service, especially to send someone a questionnaire and have their password be incorrect!

    I had to mail a package to my daughter’s boyfriend for his birthday. The clerk was very friendly and helpful and got me out of there quickly! I always get good service at the Dodge City Post Office.

    I simply do not appreciate their severe negligence after my package was unexpectedly lost this month. I would not recommend USPS to any people or friends for that matter cause of their sloppiness going on at their offices. Especially in California.

    I like the postal service. I just want to be reassured that I recieve all my mail, and not somebody elses. Because I have recieved other peoples mail before, and I hope that my mail was not recieved by others.
    Also I want to comment about my local post office. They are very good, and I relly like their services. Avery proffessional place.

    Waited all day for package, said I wasn’t home so they sent it back. I had re delivery for the next day, here all day once again, never came. My package still says in transit from when it was supposed to be here 3 days ago. I called customer service was on hold for over an hour & still nobody answered! So I sent an email and I got an email back saying the email US site is temporarily unavailable & gives me the same number to call that I had already waited over an hour for. This place is impossible to get any answers from!

    Do not bother purchasing USPS insurance, it is a waste of money. I shipped an insured item last November and it was destroyed in transit (close to $700 in value). Filed a claim and USPS requested the item be taken to post office for examination. My recipient took the item to her local post office as directed. About 2 weeks later I received my first rejection letter saying the item was not delivered to the post office for examination. I filed an appeal stating that it was delivered (my recipient even stopped there again and at first they could find it but later did).

    So I just received my rejection for my appeal today, only 4 months later……..stating they still didn’t get the item to examine along with a laundry list of other requested information. Most if not all of this additional information was included in my first insurance claim request. So, I see where this is going by now and have accepted the $700 loss. A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME, AND MONEY TO PURCHASE USPS INSURANCE!!!

    While at the Berlin P O this morning there were 11
    customers in line . One window was open . A 45 min wait for a stamped envelope. Other customers came in looked at the line and left . A second window could have been opened . Some of the

    customers let it be known how in happy the we’re.

    I am doing this survey to comend your employ #6 named Leighanna who works at the Fort Walton Beach Post Office. She has a management position there & is absolutely a one of a kind employee. She always has a smile in her face & goes beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone she deals with gets first class service. She never makes you feel like she is rushed but makes you feel like you are important & matter to her. I have never seen anyone at any post office who has that quality. The area of Ft Walton Beach is blessed to have her working there. Sincerely, Georgia Franz

    I sent a letter three day priority on a Wednesday it was supposed to be delivered in Colorado on Saturday it is now the following Wednesday and the letter is in Chicago Illinois it’s now for days late and on the east side of the us hows that for poor service

    I tried to send important documents and paperwork via first class mail. They have lost it. I could punch myself in the face for trusting USPS and not purchasing the tracking code, so I guess I’ve gotten what I deserved. USPS has lost my packages and mail MULTIPLE times so I won’t be using them whenever I can avoid to

    I mailed a parcel from puerto rico to Albuquererque NM from PR excellent service but when it got to Albuquerque it was delivered and left at a front door which was not the address I mailed it to and now my grand kids did not received their christmas gifts.it was a priority very large box.

    Well the reason why I picked one star it’s because you have two people in the Quinlan post office who are rude not only that but I bought an envelope 6 by 10 bubble envelope in December then came back and bought one in January having the same thing in it and got charged $0.30 more in January than I did in December not only did I buy an envelope from this post office the envelope would not seal but they made me pay for it anyways and would not put a little piece of tape on it for me so my package would get to where it was going safely without falling out I have not been back into this post office and if I have to go back to a post office I will not go back to this post office I will make the trip to Greenville Terrell Rockwall but I will not go back to the Quinlan post office. I also signed a paper when I got a mailbox at my house saying that I do not want any packages put into my mailbox that would not fit that includes envelopes it does it mean been the s*** out of my envelope and put it in my mailbox because obviously that envelopes too big to fit into my mailbox so you should leave it at the post office because you don’t know what’s in it you don’t know if you’re going to damage it or not and you stuck it in my mailbox also the melody doesn’t know how to close mailboxes she just said she doesn’t know how to drive she like almost ran me over twice. Y’all need to work on yours customer service that’s all I’m saying and this is coming from somebody who used to be a manager and a supervisor 4 over 10 years so obviously your workers reflect your management.

    Sent a package 2 day priority mail on 12-19–18 to my daughter in Portland. Still hasn’t been delivered. After numerous hours on hold,no answer when you call the local office,not so friendly people at consumer affairs and a non existent email I am out $16.45 in postage and in order to possibly get reimbursed for the insurance they want pictures and receipts . Who the hell takes pictures and holds on to every receipt of every item shipped ? They’ll string it along long enough so your time runs out for any compensation because no one that I have dealt with can do their job right !

    I shipped an item 9461209699937089482593 which is lost. The item was worth $75. It was sent parcel select. Is that money now lost? It was not insured. I also paid $10.78 for shipping that was never delivered. Do I have any recourse here? Not happy about this.

    La cartera responsable de que mis cartas lleguen a mi hogar es muy responsable en cuanto a la entrega de cartas o paquetes, es muy amable con mi familia y los vecinos y nos ha ayudado mucho cuando tenemos dudas en cuanto a algun articulo que nos llega y/o que no se extravie.Ya la conocemos de varios años y siempre es la misma persona amable.Hay otro cartero que esta ayudando cuando ella esta libre y o de vacaciones y Tambien nos entrega las cartas a tiempo.
