    Ordered bread bowl….didn’t receive the bread bowl…had to ask for the drink. Employees are extremely rude when called out on not receiving what I paid for. The packing ticket says to let the manager know if your order isn’t correct. You can’t reach the manager because he/she is busy…

    Stopped at the Panera Ewing location yesterday 3/27 while visiting my son at TCNJ. Had a great experience!! Cafe was very clean. Food was delicious and service was prompt! Manager on duty, Gabriella was very professional and attentive to customer needs. I am so happy my son can go somewhere on campus to have a healthy, hot, delicious meal.

    GREAT service. Front desk is always manned even when the back kitchen is RUSHING to get orders. Atmosphere is safe and clean.

    Staff REALLY cares about the customers. Also Souffles and Pastries are TOP NOTCH! Hot, fresh, and delicious, which is pretty darn rare here in Edwardsville. Best in town, I dare say.

    My Dad and I had gone to a Panera Bread to order and take out food. We went inside and there was a sign stating that no cashiers were available, so we used the self kiosk. We were having a rough time with, so we asked one of the people there to see if we could get help from a cashier, due to kiosk difficulty. He said sure! His name was Thomas. I’ve actually known him since we were kids – we bowled together on a league. Small world!! He gladly assisted us and gave us 2 free drinks to wait for food and threw in a couple free cookies as well. That’s was great!!! Thank you Thomas!!

    I was overcharged for a coffee refill, the employee just charged based on the size of my cup & made up an amount, med coffee $2.39
    The suffle I bought $4.99 was cold, when I came back inside to let them know, I was told, they had just turned on the warmer,
    this store opened at 7am, I purchased at 8:58am, almost 2hrs after opening, flys on the displayed hot food
    no intent was made to correct anything, per your stor “accuracy statement” a reward was due
    I look forward to hearing from you with a restitution

    This morning 7/11/2021 my husband & I went to the Panera on N Main St in High Point, NC at approximately 8 am, because there was no dishwasher at the store, we had to eat our bagel and quiche on napkins. There was only 1 employee doing numerous jobs. This happens often at this location. The girl was very nice, but this should not be at this brand new location.

    I purchased a Strawberry Poppy Chicken salad for $11.49.
    Location: inside the Riverside University Health System, Moreno Valley, CA
    Very clean, staff was great.
    Time: 2:29pm

    The quality of the salad for the price – over priced. Fruit and salad dressing tasted fresh but the salad itself taste like it came out of a bag. Tasted like plastic.

    The Panera Bread on 1015 East Ridge Rd is never opened on time! You have to stand outside and knock on the door! Most of the time you have to ask for milk!and when it’s bought out, the container has milk running down the sides and it looks very disgusting! I called the manager and complained about the situation! But she’s the one who bought the milk out! She did apologize for it! This incident occurred on Sunday morning January 31th. And also, the cashier who’s handling the register and handing out the sugar and napkins should have gloves on but I don’t see how they would fit over 3inch nails! Plus I think they should hair nets because her fake hair is everywhere! If I don’t see an improvement in the situation, I’m never going to go to Panera Bread again! This is 100% correct! Why is it that other Panera Breads are conducted differently? Thank you and have a nice day!

    Appleton Wisconsin service is so really bad, the drive thru staff make you feel rushed when ordering and are not the most friendliest compared to mother drive thru restaurants in the area.i tell all my friends not to go to this location, my hopes the other location will not be the same

    The service at the Panera Bread in Clemmons NC has declined precipitously since the pandemic started. We used to love the food and coffees that we would get there. However the last 2 times we have gotten food there, our orders have been wrong. Today we ordered take out soup in bread bowls, when it arrived to us at home, (via Doordash), we had soup but no bread bowl. I called the restaurant and spoke with someone named Catlyn and told her the problem. At first she couldn’t find the order in her computer and told me that we had not gotten food there since November, today is 12/16/20. I told her I had no reason to lie. She finally found the order and told me they were out of Bread Bowls so they included extra bread with out order. I told her they did not, plus we had ordered one apple on the side and that wasn’t with our order either. She told me she had just spoken with the manager and he said they gave us more soup, they hadn’t. I asked if I could speak with the manager. She told me she was the manager. I asked her why she said she had spoken with the manager, if she was the manager. She said he was the bread bowl manager. At this point I asked for a full refund. She eventually gave it to me. Never again!

    Panera only gives a computer generated response to customer inquiries. I inquired, got that and nothing more. Responded to it twice. So sent another inquiry. Got the generated response and nothing more. So I called. Using option 5 – I was disconnected. Tried again. Using option 7 I was put on hold for 40 minutes until I just hung up. Have gone to Panera since it was St. Louis Bread in the 1980s. Have been a rewards member since they started the program. They no longer give a damn – and I guess we’ll find a new favorite dining establishment. Very sad to see this company go down the drain.

    I ordered Panera assorted sandwich boxes for my Production Team. I made some changes to the order swapping out a few sandwiches and adding some I had never tried before. I and my team were very pleased with the presentation and taste of all the sandwiches! I’m a long time customer but I think I got you some new customers as well. Thank you Shaunte from the Clinton, Maryland store! Keep up the great work!

    Bad experience at the drive thru today. I was asked 3 times to repeat my simple order of soup, a sandwich, and tea…it sounded as if the person taking my order was multitasking and not listening to my order. I finally get my food, drive home, open the bag to find my order was wrong. Extremely disappointed.

    Worst experience ever. Ordered 2 pick2’s received half of one in my to go order. Already home when it was discovered too late to do anything. Had half of dinner. Also the one half sandwich we did receive had a small clump of turkey on it plus brown lettuce.Terrible.This meal for $22 .Never going there again.

    I was charged for unlimited coffee during the Coronavirus restrictions even though the downtown Panera bread was closed, even to carry out. I would like my unlimited coffee membership expended once Panera is opened. Our I would like a partial refund since I only bought coffee a few times before your store closed.

    I am very upset on how my specific situation was handled by manager on duty at the Sebring fl Panera bread location . I placed my order online which was fine. As I was ordering one of the employees cake up to my car and asked me if I was waiting on an order , I told her “no” that I was placing one but I need to add a cup of ice which I did not see in the options so she went ahead and brought that out to me. I finished placing my order for the confirmation that it was ready and to let them know I was there which I did. I was the only car there. I Waited 25 mins until I went inside to ask about my order, the manager said that they did not know I was there! I explained that another lady had saw me ordering and had even brought me my cup of ice. I asked for a refund. Her attitude was what bothered me more then the waiting and not getting my food!!!!

    Panera bread in Vero beach cashier had an attitude for no clear reason. I’m a loyal Panera shopper. Disappointed and the sandwich was soggy and not asked for no onions and they put onions. I have pictures.

    EVERYTIME WE GO TO THE PANERA IN GOODYEAR WE ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE WITH THE PEOPLE. WE WENT TODAY AND OUR ORDER WAS NOT RIGHT DID NOT GET A RECIPT HAD TO GET OUR ORDER OURSELF BECAUSE THEY WERE TO BUSY TALKING AND THERE WERE DIRTY DISHES EVERY WHERE. I CAN GO TO STARBUCKS AND THEY TREAT US LIKE A VALUED CUSTOMER. I’M NOT SURE I WILL BE GOING BACK THERE. THERE ARE TO MANY PLACES THAT ARE BETTER THAN THEY ARE.

    Was waited on your counter in the Appleton Wisconsin location and the young blond girl kept calling me lovey, I felt very uncomfortable. To me a restaurant setting is not the place for that to take place.

    I came into Panera Highway 7 to order food and work. Linda who usually works at knollwood was incredibly patient and kind. She asked me if my food was to my liking during my meal and then later asked if she could take my food away. She is was very sweet and exciting to do her job. She was kind to everyone. She made my Panera experience quite the homely. There should be some incentive to retain excellent staff like this!!

    I came in to the Trussville AL Panera location. Erin took my order and was very kind and warm. She immediately welcomed me when I came in. She also was able to give me suggestions as to what I might like and her suggestions were on point. Thank you for being awesome!!!!!

    I came through the drive through of the Trussville, Alabama, Panera about 2 weeks ago. The young lady that took my order, Erin, was very kind and attentive. She was able to answer all of my questions. She made sure that my order was correct and it was. Thank you so much!!!

    Excellent Service … Always. Robin and Nicole are always pleasant, cutomer driven and always make me say “I will visit a Panera soon,” especially the Franklin MA Panera.
    Robin and Nicole make sure that customers are always satisfied. These comment also go to Charlene.

    Your Rehoboth Beach location is terrible. My daughter and I were there
    On 1/10/2020. The staff is so disrespectful. They run out of decaffeinated
    Coffee and they don’t care. They don’t deliver the food to the tables
    They always did in NJ. I was shocked a parent was there with her
    Toddler and she had to leave him at the table to pick up her food in this
    Day and age. Then a man wasn’t sure where to put his dirt dishes and the guy at
    The drink area pointed to where they go he could have said sir I will do
    it, but he didn’t. There always was a lady that’s sandwich was made
    Wrong and the manager Jonathan give her the third degree. The is awesome but
    the service sucks

    I called in a pick up order today at the Bridgewater location. They said I could pick it up at 12:45. I parked in the rapid pick up parking location. When I went into the store the line to place an order was backed to the door. I went around the line to the front of the counter and spoke with a female manager with dark hair. She told me because I phoned the order in that I had to go to the end of the line to pay for my order. I told the manager to cancel my order that this is ridiculous. It would have been at least a 30 minute wait! Why bother to call an order in?

    13th St panera right after the Metro Center train station is great . Employees were very eager and considerate and consistent as well The food was great as well I ordered a Bacon egg and cheese on croissant and was so impressed it was fresh and delicious Thank you Metro center Panera Bread in Washington D.C. !
