We had recently visited store 2572 in Mall of Georgia. Amara and Anarrie was very sweet and really took care of what we needed. My daughter recently lost the screws to her earrings. Just the back part not the earrings itself. At the sugarloaf location they told my wife she had to pay additional $20 for the screws in the back. Our earrings were under warranty mind you! They told her if she can bring the receipt she will get a refund.
Inconvenience as we should already be in the system. So my wife paid and left. We decided to stop at the MAll of GA because we were in the area the following week. Doing what the sugarloaf employees told us, we brought the receipt to receive our $20 back and explained the situation for the refund. Amara told us they the sugarloaf location should have never sold you the back pieces to the earrings because we have warranty. She apologized on their behalf and took great care of our needs and our wants. Also explain to us that the employees at sugarloaf should have known this and should not have charge us.
I recently visited the piercing pagoda in Gulf View square store (1161) associate 13509875. Was treated with the utmost respect. He was very knowledgable, and was having a blast of conversation with me and my wife. Felt very comfortable and friendly. Would strongly suggest for anyone to visit this location.
I recently visited the piercing pagoda in the Indian river mall in Vero Beach Fl and was lucky to have Victoria help me with my purchase. She was kind, knowledgeable, and patient. Things you don’t find that often in retail anymore. I would definitely stop in again if I saw Victoria behind the counter!!

Worst customer service experience ever, I was making a purchase, in the midst of this other customers walked up the associate left me standing prior to completing my transaction, not to mention she acted as if she had no interest in providing the customer service expected. Never will I go back to the Mall store in Panama City.

I’ve been shopping at this Pagoda for 4 years and I stopped coming because the employees were rude and only helped customers buying expensive things, teresa Shea took her time with me and helped me find my wants and needs for Christmas shopping. She also got me to get the Pagoda card wich I had no idea about until she offered it to me. I will be back but I will only do my shopping with her from now on.

It’s an interesting way of brining attention to her new album. I sure her intent was good but I’m not convinced the timing isn’t too seielsfrv-ng. What do you think? I’m having a tough time with this one.
