    in your rhyl branch some staff are slow and lazybut one LINDA IS excellant polite quick knows what shes doing very helpful goes the extra mile and serves at least2 people in the time others serve 1.somehow she also remembers name of person i am collecting prescripton for.she deserves a wage rise and some others deserve wage decrease

    The service your staff give at your Upwell St shop is very good as they always go that extra mile ,and at this moment with all the staying at home
    They go out of there way to make sure We get the medicine we need, thank you for all you do.

    To whom it may concern. I would like to make a complaint about Boots in Newport Gwent on April 3rd .when I went into Boots to pick up my Mums prescription, I enquired whether they do a prescription delivery service in the Llanmartin area. and as they were not sure I was told that they would make enquiries and let me know, but to date I have not had a call from them which seems the norm these days. I visited the same store on 5th May to pick up prescriptions and was in a queue for some time when your security fella announced they shut at 12 midday and that they were immediately closing until 2pm, I went back to the car to find it was only 11.51 and had to return to Dad & Mums until your store opened again at 2pm and after being in the queue again I got the prescriptions and asked again about the delivery service only to get the same answer that they would find out but I am still waiting for the answer and to this day, its no fun doing a 70 mile round trip from Bristol to collect their prescriptions as they are elderly and are not supposed to leave their home during this pandemic.

    Hi the website is very slow and clunky. This is a general problem. It is not easy to navigate.
    Also I was a first time user because of covid restrictions. It took ages to find out how to register my Advantage Card – the online process is incorrect and I had to scout around trying various approaches until one worked. This was to go into personal details and amend. Even then. I couldn’t use my Advantage card coupons at all. So much room for improvement.

    LOTS OF PROBLEMS TO START WITH AGED 85 SO ISOLATING BUT NOW OK ON LINE AND DELIVERYS BUT PHONE ANSERING BY STAF NOT GOOD 5DAYS DID NOT ANSEWER AT ALL HAD TO GO DOWN TO STORES IN PERSON RISKING VIRUSE MEDS DELIVERD FIRST TIME TOODAY HOPEFULLY NOW OK REG ALLAN CHORLTON PS BOOTS ARNDALE MIDDLETON COULD IMPROUVE

    Your pharmacy in Cheltenham is not fit for purpose. I thought the idea of having prescriptions sent direct from the surgery would mean that the pharmacy staff would make up the prescription ready for collection. Not so; when I go to collect it (having queued between 10-15 minutes)they then find the prescription from my surgery and look to see if they have all the items which they never have as at least one of my husband’s (Iain Erridge) medication has to be ordered in. This week I telephoned the pharmacy on Thursday (when it should have been ready to collect)so they could start processing it. I go in this afternoon Sat 7 March and after waiting between 10-15 minutes I am asked to come back in 10-15 minutes to collect it. This meant queuing again for I don’t know how long as there was at least 5 people in front of me. I gave up after 5 minutes as my bus was due to depart and I’d have had to wait an hour for another.
    Why don’t you have separate queues for receiving and collecting prescriptions like they used to operate instead of expecting people to keep queuing time after time. I look forward to receiving your comments in due course. Barbara Tull

    I have recently finished treatment for breast cancer and was advised of a free makeover from No 7. Siobhan in your Wrexham Plas Coch store was recommended to me.I made an appointment and had a lovely pampering session.Siobhan is very knowledgeable about the products,made me feel more confident and is a lovely friendly young lady. Big thankyou to Siobhan.

    My wife and I were in your Silverburn shop near Glasgow yesterday and were fascinated by your stock of Liz Earle products. We normally shop in your shops in Perth or Inverness but they don’t stock anything like the selection we found in Silverburn.
    We were served by Linsey and Beth who couldn’t have been better versed in the selection of Liz Earle products and were very attentive and polite, exceptional service and thank you.

    Popped into Boots- Bham New Street yesterday – staff are consistently helpful and friendly. Yesterday I had the utmost pleasure of receiving assistance from Raj who, took the time to talk me through the different products and made recommendations on shades that I was welcome to consider, all whilst educating me on the ingredients, ensuring my chosen products were cruelty free.

    I was also fortunate to take advantage of the buy on get one half price offer, which was further reduced by a ‘Save £5 off every £15 spend’

    Raj, is a credit to Boots and their No.7 brand.

    Debbie who is the girl who stocks up the cosmetics at Boots in Foregate Street Chester is a an unbeatable Godsend. Anything you’re looking for she’ll find it; anything you want but don’t know which one she’ll advise on and any specific colours you want or to match up then Debbie does it! She’s saved us ladies a lot of time aggro and anxiety!

    Would just like to say kelly the manager in Cwmbran store was lovely, professional, and helpful. I was wanting the MAM bottle and soother for a while and she took my number and kept me up to date of when it was in store next. She even kept one there for me and I picked it up today. Staff like that and great customer service are hard to come by. Thank you very much Kelly

    Great job done by Kathy at your Livingston store a true assistant ordered my stuff because wasn’t in stock explained the process very polite and in control a real breath of fresh air from the norm of a something teen with a thousand yard stare when asked for an item that’s not on shop floor your lucky to have Kathy as good shop assistants are a dying breed in my opinion.

    Today I had a free facial at the Liz Earle counter Boots Lincoln from Bridget. She was very friendly and professional. She explained the use of the products that she used and I look forward to trying more products when I return in 6weeks time.

    Hi always feel at home while in Boots as the staff are so friendly and polite , Josephine is just one name that comes to mind and the young girl Gillien honestly I just cant think of other staff names ,perhaps next time in I will ask for something for my memory .Kind regards Derek McClean

    Always have to wait a long time to get served in the High St. Lee on the Solent store. There never seems to be enough staff to serve at the counter. When a counter assistant has to go and look for something, nobody arrives as a replacement to take over serving. Very poor service.

    I was served today at your harborne store in Birmingham by a lovely young lady called vicki, she was very professional, very pleasant and very helpful, i couldn’t have asked for a better service and i will continue to use that store.     I visited the Fareham store today to purchase perfume and the staff member Elle was absolutely fabulous. So helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent Customer Service from this young lady

    Great customer service at the Henley on thames boots branch when I wanted to buy a facewash they didn’t stock I was given good advice on other products they had that were similar to the one I wanted as I was keen to have one that day. Also advised I could buy the one I wanted online but was happy to go with her recommendation.

    I visited Boots in Kingston on Thames this afternoon to buy a gift for my son’s birthday.How kind and helpful Tony and Arum were.I was helped by Tony to choose the gift,I have absolute trust in his knowledge and experience in the Fragrance Department.Arum beautifully wrapped my gift in pleated tissue paper and it was put in a box with Chanel ribbon and a lovely Chanel bag.I know my son will love this,it looks amazing! What kind and friendly service, so professional.Grateful thanks.

    My wife and I went to Boots High Street Ayr today we had problems with photos. I went for help
    I met ALASDAIR who a fantastic help to two oap’s, nothing was two much trouble to help us get copies of our grandchildren. Alasdair listened to us checked all details and got us great copies
    this lad is a great asset to boots Ayr and we will use it more in the future

    I was served by parmjit. I have used boots for over 10years and I never seen staff with an excellent customer service. I always look forward to seeing her anytime I visit boots Hounslow East. She is the best customer advisor in boots Hounslow East high street.

    I purchased an Estee Lauder product at Boots in Westfield Stratford and was served by the lovely Harriet. She had a considerable knowledge about the products and was very friendly and helpful. I shall return for the purchase of further products. It was a nice change to be assisted by someone who is au fait with her specialised products. Thank you.

    Why has boots started using plastic to distribute repeat prescriptions. Can I refer you to the fact that the world is now drowning in plastic and refer your management to this in case they haven’t heard.. I find no fault with the rest of boots service and have been happy to receive my prescriptions for the last several years in a paper bag which can be recycled.

    Boots Pharmacy, Vine Health Park, Hindhayes Lane, Street, Somerset.
    Today I have waited 45 minutes both in the queue and for the staff to sort out a repeat prescription, which for the previous 3 years has been going like clockwork. Two months ago their efficiency dropped off the cliff due to a new system being installed, presumably between the surgery and dispensary. It is confusing staff and making critical errors like issuing the wrong medication or someone else’s medication to the wrong people. The lack of staff and adequate pay stations/monitors is holding up the queue until it’s tail is outside the building!
    To sum up, the whole unit is a farce! Boots Farceamy. Why try to improve when the system was working? If it isn’t broke don’t fix it! I feel sorry for the staff. For a national company like yours, can you afford people drifting away to other pharmacies and you end up like the other dinosaurs like Woolworths, House of Fraser and Comet?

    Boots the square Pocklington.
    Yet again Prescription not ready for collection and one item not in stock.
    This is the eleventh time notwithstanding requesting my prescription in good time from my GP that the medicines have not been dispensed. I have tried both branches of Boots in Pocklington and the result has been the same Tardiness and inefficiency

    Lorraine in the Mall Centre Maidstone store particularly helpful. She told me I was entitled to a free item from No 7 which I would have missed. Also advised me I can get my flu injection free at Boots

    Tried all day to complete survey but can’t get on it. Visited Elgin Springfield Boots 14/08/19 at 12.40 was served by a lady called Nancy who was extremely helpful and help me to remember what it was I wanted, first class service better than the bigger Boots up at Elgin centre and more helpful than trying to get on your survey
