    Awful service, untrained managers and misleading information. Had to make 5 trips into town because the gave me wrong information or the wrong part. They even told me that the gas city O’Reilly was open until 9:00 pm but was closed at 8:00 went there for nothing. The Marion indiana north is an awful experience. Don’t go there!!! I wouldn’t even give them a 1 they deserve a 0

    Only customer when I walked in carrying a core. No one would help and when I carried a 800 cranking amp battery to the counter towards a clerk HE WALKED AWAY TO A DIFFERENT COUNTER. I felt unnoticed and unimportant. Paying $180 for a battery thought they would show me some attention. This occurred in Belding MI store 8/11/20 5:15pm counter #25694. “Paul” was the clerk. But only paid me attention when the battery was dropped on the counter. Cant say I will ever be back. Very disappointed with the service.

    wouldnt return core charge forez chill refrigerant purchased without receipt
    all personal info of purchased convieniently not entered into computer (*i watched employee enter all purchased )but aperantly computer didnt retain info invoice#3652497595 store:503962

    I paid cash and was shorted $1 which I didn’t notice immediately. I had to request my receipt after change was dumped into my hand. Very unusual behavior by service person. I did not return for the dollar .

    Got advise to up grade cars ligth bulbs and receive a 10.$ gift card in mail I sent in aill requested items and got nothing went ito store and was told to wait 2 more weeks and I would be receiving it because it takes 3 mints to get it it is now April and still nothing it is. Bad business not to keep your promise.

    I bought a raidator Janurary 18, 2019 for a 2007 Ford Ranger.Got it put on noticed later it was leaking around the neck. Took it back on FEBURARY 16, 2019 this one is doing the same thing. Have not even drove it. Y husband called they said the only thing that they can do is replace it. I gave.167.00 for it.I would rather have my money refunded by back. I will never shop there again.

    Horrible service at your20869 Eva St. Montgomery,Tx location very unprofessional no one bothered to ask if we needed help. Didn’t great us at all at the counter took payment from what I found on my own. A very rascis store just because your in the country doesn’t mean you can be rude to Hispanics and Black people. I will never go back I will rather use Auto Zone or Advance auto parts over your place. The bad part is that I’m in the dealership parts department business and I have never treated anybody like this. I’m pretty sure this guy was the so called manager Christian P. is his name . I don’t need an apology at all just treat ppl with respect and at least act like you enjoy or like your job. Very nice to all the white ppl coming in except us it’s very obvious. I might be Hispanic but I am a US citizen born and raise in Texas all my life.
    New management is what I recommend

    Trying to get to your link given by the store receipt is bunk.

    I called yesterday to see if your No. Spring Garden Ave, DeLand Florida location had generators. I was told that 5 generators would be delivered and available the next morning. I asked if we could prepay and pick up in the morning. Was told no. I was told that the generator I wanted was $100 above what it is listed on your site.
    We have a catagory 5 hurricane hitting this weekend.
    I arrived at the locationat 6:40 a.m. ( saw employee inside). Waited until opening at 7:30 a.m. a very RUDE employee opened the door…5 people waiting…part of whom had been told there would be gas cans delivered along with the generators. THEY FLAT OUT LIED TO ALL OF US. The employee said ” we were supposed to get them but the corporate offices didn’t know how to fairly distribute them to every location. So, they didn’t send any. He was very rude when saying it. He could have easily opened the door and told us in the previous time ( almost an hour visibly waiting). Total customer service fail.
    If this is your standard for customer service. I will buy a new vehicle before I buy any other part or item from your stores.
    There are plenty of honorable auto parts stores in our area to choose from. His attitude and being lied to about generators, gouging and gas cans has been exposed on social media. Small towns like ours don’t put up with bad business practices.
