    For some reason this morning the App would not access my account. I was unable to pay for coffee there as I walk and just bring my phone. Just spent 2 hours trying to recover my account. What a nightmare. Once my Christmas gift cards are used it is Coffee Culture for me. Wish I could give 0 stars for the app.

    Went go deal (kent)Starbucks today. I always have a strawberries and cream frappe but I like it a specific way and any different I can’t drink it. The staff at deal store made it absolutely perfect first time. Very impressed. I visited around 4.30pm so you can trace the staff members on shift

    I submitted a receipt with close to $60 in Starbucks purchases. I waited 3 days for the star rewards to appear. I contacted customer service and they added 25 stars (really, 25 starts)to my account. Seems like every time I submit a receipt I have to contact customer service to get the star rewards.

    Just been to Starbucks Luton retail park. Notice the change of furniture which looks cold, dull and uninviting. Garden furniture inside a coffee shop?! That just doesn’t work! Bring back the tub chairs, or take a leaf out of Starbucks Chiswell Green.

    Disappointed with the new furniture at Starbucks Luton retail park. The chairs are uncomfortable and look and feel awful. Bring some decent furniture please!

    hi,

    I was at Starbucks in terminal 1 Manchester Airport on Sunday 3rd February and had to wait 20 mins to receive my coffee. Only 2 staff were available, I did however see 2 other people but not sure what they were doing, I have never seen a more disorganized Starbucks

    I had outstanding service today from Ali at Woking Station Starbucks. I accidentally dropped my latte outside the door (ie on the platform): he cleared it up (I tried to help but he wouldn’t let me!) and then he gave me a replacement drink. He was so cheerful and efficient – as always. He deserves recognition!

    Starbucks in killburn highroad barista name Carol is very good in customer service very fast service and perfect coffee presentation. My son happy everytime we order double chocolate Ms.Carol make them perfect

    I’m at the store in 99 Kingsway, London, WC2B 6QX and I ordered a tall latte. When the barista put a coffee on the counter, she said “small latte.“ She didn’t say a name and the drink stayed out there for a while before I figured out that she must mean my drink so I asked her if she meant a tall latte for Douglass. Her response was “at Starbucks a tall is the same as a small.” This may be true in the UK (although it’s not the same in other countries) either way if they’re the same why would you use the lesser term for the same product? If I am paying £2.60 for a drink I’m more likely to be happy about spending it for a tall drink then a small one; basic marketing. All in all I received uncharacteristically impersonal and confusing service that was not up to Starbucks usual standards

    New starbucks on Rockville Rd in Avon has terrible customer service. Woman at counter let two people go before me even though she clearly saw me come up to the counter first. Also presumed to tell me my card wasnt accepted because i took it out too early, which clearly wasnt the case as i didnt even put a single finger on it when i first slid it in. Terrible.

    visited Starbucks on 5th ave Grandview 43221. 8/21/18.
    I am an old lady, my first time at a Starbucks. no menu with prices on display.
    young lady that helped me was very nice. I had a medium vanilla coffee, ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant. received a medium coffee, & a breakfast sandwich on a BUN.
    this small order was over 7.00. I was disappointed, paid & left never did I think Starbucks would be 50% higher than similar food from similar restaurants. quality was o.k. but not worth the price. learned my lesson but too bad as I drive by there several times a week.

    Chelsea at 2881barnet was amazing! I was flustered and changed my order three times. She didn’t get upset or mad at me. She just smiled and said it was ok!!!! Awesome customer service!

    Starbucks is a great place for breakfast lunch and dinner but favrot is briefest. Their food is delouses i love it and the employees are the most polite people i hade seen in my life. I wished i could eat their ever day. And i just want to say thank you to every body that works in Starbucks

    Visited the Starbucks located at family farm services on the A34 North, on 6th January 2018. The service was exceptional and the staff namely Dawn, Val and Manny couldn’t have been more helpful and hospitable especially as I am disabled. I will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend to others. The staff as listed are a credit to themselves and the Company.

    Having regularly visited other Starbucks, I feel that the service and Coffee received stood out amongst the rest.

    Thank you for a heart warming experience.

    I typically drink a skinny vanilla latte. I find the drinks very inconsistent. Some have too much syrup, some taste like something other than fat free milk, some taste like the milk is spoiled. The order as written incorrectly so it’s not always the barista’s fault. My advise-never leave without tasting your beverage. BTW I visit at least 5 or 6 different stores, there is only 1 barista consistently making good beverages!

    I am seriously disappointed with your store at John Wayne airport orange county California terminal B. The service was terrible and indifferent. Your ads say that you will make the drink the way the customer wants it. Not here, the representatives are rude and unwilling to take any extra effort for the customer. Starbucks should be embarrassed to be represented by the people working at this location.

    Michealwood. Very weak Americano. Staff ok productivity 20%CF Milano. My wife had cappuccino with no froth rectified, the man in front had only half a cup. Place very tired needs a return NOW☹

    sevice has always been good , recently so slow ,while the the person wonders around in a daze , while the music blares over the sound of anything else , people talking loud so they can hear each other , not a pleasent

    I get my coffee from starbucks tanjung tokong, penang, malaysia. I just wanted to express my congrats for having a wonderful barista named sangeetha. I wish that she is there every morning to fulfill my daily caffeine needs. Sadly she is on rotation and thus my mornings are never the same when she is not there. I appreciate her coffee making skills, her warm loving way when she greets my friends and i first thing in the morning. She deserves a reward from starbucks and pls train her to be a trainer to other baristas. U guys are getting a 5 for having a barista like sangeetha. Thanks…
