    Never any receipt paper always have to go in store because they are too lazy to replace paper!! Also suppose to be 2 attendees in store and their out back smoking not paying attention to gas pumps.

    I paid for $20.00 worth of gas inside the tore but only got $10.37 worth of gas. Was told the amount would be returned to my debit card. The purchase was made on 5/19/2020. Tiger Mart #59 in Greenville, Texas. Would like to know when you will return my refund to my debit card?

    Purchase 5/18/2020 3:43 PM Exxon branded station at intersection of IH10 and Vance Jackson San Antonio TX. Fueled my vehicle and after transaction requested receipt at pump. No receipt printed. Had to don mask. go inside and request receipt from cashier. Not a good thing under social distancing orders. This is my second complaint about this location in two months.

    In addition, while proceeding inside to obtain receipt I had to explain to the panhandler working the parking lot that I had no quarter to give him. I realize this is a bad intersection for homeless and beggars and it is a regular sight to see homeless lounging on the property. If there can be no sense of safety at your establishment perhaps you should address the problem before it affects your business further.

    Well when ya walk in you get suffocated by cigarette smoke stink BAD cashier kinda snappy rude “bad day…im guessing !” But won’t be going back usually not this bad but the other store down the road is WORST rude than this one. Why i went to the one @

    I just left the store cashier Jared was very Dis-respectful I ask for bag for my item he just through the bag at me… While rapper curse words out loud in front all the customers…. And Hispanic guy in front of me can back in to the store to buy 3 more beers… He yell out loud to the customers say..” Damn you buying more stuff you just left here ” I couldn’t believe he said that….

    I have gotten propane from Myersville Exxon MD on 3/26/2020 wearing a face mask. I believe it is a safety precaution since I live in tight quarters with a health care provider who exposes himself to the coronavirus every day. There were two people at the cash register: a woman and a man. The woman was busy watching her cell phone, the man was helping another customer. I wished she would help since I was trying to keep 6 feet between myself and the other customer in a very tight space. She could not care less. After I came back and paid for my fill, as I was leaving this young woman started to pretend cough and laugh derisively. I could not stop and ask her if she thinks her stupidity is enough of a protection against the coronavirus. At any rate, this Exxon site is totally unsafe as far as the coronavirus; it’s a small building overcrowded with shelves of merchandise, the personnel wears no protection, and apparently thinks should not care at all.

    Had to sign in again. Takes more time. Then received error message saying Try again later. Tried again and it finally worked. Can’t tell if it’s the GM Marketplace app or the Speedpass+ app but have problems abut 50% of the time.

    I frequently stop at the Mobil at Rawsonville Rd and 94. Always chat and its all good. About 2 months ago I ran into a rude,arrogant fellow working there and we ended up arguing. I stopped here to fuel and give you my business and meet this guy with an obvious attitude. His name is Knceo. With him running the shop Im sure other people feel the same way and will take their business elsewhere same as what I did. I hope this matter is rectified!!!!

    Please be advised that I went to the Mobil Station # 34771 which is located at 20385 State Road 7, Boca Raton, FL 33498 on 12/29/19 for a Car Was. I paid with my Credit Card for a FULL SERVICE WASH which was $12.00 plus Tax. I was not given a receipt. The Wash did not Clean my vehicle completely leaving the total rear dirty along with both rear quarter panels. I brought this to the attention of the Cashier who gave me a very hard time but finally gave me a ticket for a second wash. This second wash did exactly the same leaving the same areas filthy and untouched.The slip for the second wash contained the following: Trans # 3240 Op ID: 1111. After speaking to the cashier for a second time he once again gave me a very difficult time. At that point I demanded a refund and he gave me $12.00 back minus the tax I paid. The Car Wash Machine needs to be repaired or adjusted and the actions of your cashier was very disturbing and unprofessional. Please get back to me regarding this issue.     My duplicate receipt says this is site #0000000004773537. I can’t take the customer service survey because my receipt is a reprint receipt and thus has no authorization number. The reason I wanted to take the survey is to complain about the lack of a receipt at the pump. In the past year, at the same station, I cannot ever remember getting a receipt at the pump. I am estimating that this is between 24 and 36 purchases. I have complained multiple times but am told that the owner doesn’t care — that they have complained multiple times.

    We have three station here in Mountain Home AR. On 12/13/19 one station out of fuel. This morning I went to another station {site #4566451} it took me five min.to pump 13 gallons. Person told me low on fuel, I feel filters need changed. I think corp. should check these stations out.

    You have a survey for the station IF it GIves you a receipt——-but what those that don’t refill the receipt paper from the pump and you can NEVER get a receipt??

    stopped by the Big D exon Mobil #3 on Dell Range Blvd in Cheyenne, WY to get fuel. First of all I to walk into the store to pay for my fuel instead of using the pay at the pump, because the pump card reader looked and felt like it had a something in it. the store associate said oh its just cold. Second The attendant was more interested in watching her phone than assisting a customer. Third I was not able to wash my windshield because the fluid was frozen(with what little was in the reservoir, not even half way up the sponge.)

    7-Eleven 36361, 4590 Frankford Dallas, Texas 75248! As of yesterday your car wash and Exxon will not get any more of my business they will not refund me my money for the car wash that I paid for but they gave me the express one which is 8 dollars. I feel like they have been taking money off this Raggedy machine so you all need to do something ASAP cuz it might not be me next time, and it could get worse!

    I just visited the food mart #112 2603 N MAIN ST NORTH LITTLE ROCK, AR 72114. 11/10/19 6:27:12.
    I bought a pack of Newports the price stated for the cigarettes was $7.06 and the cashier charged me $7.26. I asked the cashier about the price and she told me that they hadn’t changed it, I then told her that it was false advertising and I asked for her managers phone number.The cashier then proceeded to sigh in my face and roll her eyes at me.

    My visit to this Exxon Gas Station # 192 at 26158 Katy Freeway Katy, TX 77494 on Sunday 8/25/19 around 1.35 p.m. was very unpleasant. I had very bad experience the Cashier by the name of Ms. Grica (Black female)was very rude I asked for her name and that was going to complain about her attitude. She stated that she could care less what I did. So that why I’m e-mailing this complain.

    I had stop there to full up with gas and to buy a Texas Lotto. I stop there at lease once a week because I am a Exxon customer for the past 20 years and I like the service. But this time it was on of my worse day there. I fill up at the pump and then went inside to by something to drink and a Texas Lotto. I waited next in line I paid for my drink and walked up to the Lotto check reader. I ask the cashier for a Lotto ticket but had to wait because a new customer had walk in so she help him first. When she asked me again what I wanted I told she a Texas Lotto. I pull out a dollar bill and put it on the counter. When she returned with the Lotto ticket she threw it at me. I asked her why she did that. She stated that I threw the dollar at her and that was her way to respond back. She appeared that she had a rough nigh or that she did not want to be there the way she was treating customers the way she was. I told her that was not the way to tread a customer. She just didn’t care.

    I hope that the Manager of that Exxon #192 talks to her and give her some training in how to tread customers.

    I get gas and coffee every morning at this station. I’d get my cigarettes there but I can save $1.50 a pack by driving down the street 1 mile. Also the manager at this store needs an attitude adjustment. She is not Friday al. All. Store number 1554.

    Good morning my name is Alex I have been going to the new bucky’s Addison Illinois at location on lake Street since they have opened I do love buc-ee’s last Saturday I went there I wanted to use my rewards and Ken Mike Asher said it was used but on the receipt I showed him it was not I went there again this morning entered my phone number for the rewards account and I asked him will it show me my rewards he said yes once I print a receipt without a smile he remembered me from last week and I said okay but do you see it does not show My rewards on the receipt he abruptly said I don’t know what to tell you who’s next when there was only one person behind me I feel very uncomfortable going into bucky’s I wanted to let you know have a wonderful morning, my phone number is 630 3 3 3 854 8th my transaction number for today was 4895 id-11 casher Ken I am giving you guys a to start because of Ken

    I am more disappointed every time I fill my car now that the speed pass has been discontinued. I always felt so safe using this feature. The SpeedPass+ is not user friendly and doesn’t provide the safety feature. In my opinion, it was a step backward in customer service. Mary Boland

    We’ve been with EXXON/mobil for almost 50 YEARS and it aggravates us when we go back up to our old neighborhood that EXXON gas is $.16 more a gallon than down here in Manahawkin, N.J. WE THINK WE DESERVE A GOLD CARD FOR BEING A CUSTOMER FOR ALMOST 50 YEARS. IS THERE ANYWAY OF TRACKING HOW MUCH GASOLINE WE’VE BOUGHT IN 50 YEARS??????????

    I cancelled my speedpass app because it only worked half the time. I’ve had a speedpass for many years, never a problem. I’ll be using cash from now on. I’m bummed!!

    Stopped to fill up, us the restroom and get a car wash. Nice clean place. Paid for the wash with underbody flush. Underbody did not get flushed. The giant ice globs in the wheel wells were the first clue to that. And the back of my outback is still filthy. I’m not satisfied with the car wash.

    I visited your store at 1127 W.Rankin rd. houston,tx 77067 on 11/04/2018. your clerk Kalum was the rudest person ever. I purchased gas and two items from the store when he gave me my change I ask for a receipt he told the guy standing in line behind me to give him his items he then check his item and told me I would have to wait. His attitude went from bad to worst he did give a receipt I went outside to pump my gas he would not turn the pump on so I went back inside ask if he would turn the pump on he then started shouting telling me that I must didn’t know how to pump gas.So after asking for my money back because at that point I just wanted to get my money and go to another station. He claimed he could not do that so after the pump kept saying see cashier he finally decided to turn the pump on. I will never go back to your location again and seeing that it is in my neighborhood I will let my neighbors know just how bad the service is at this location
