    I’m a express loyal customer for over 30 yrs.
    I had a 1st time bad experience from customer rep ( never seen her before) & store manager at Brea store.
    I was not informed correctly, in store & wanted to exchange 2 merchandise. It’s not important that I lost my $ 20 reward but sad thing is that they were not helpful & rude. I’m very disappointed.

    I went to the store in Gurnee Mills the problem was the so called Manager but come to find out she is just a Assistant Manager or whatever! The lady name is Christina, she was rude, short with her answers when I just wanted some help! I am color blind and asking her was just worthless! The other associates that usually help was on the cash register and they are great!!! I am not going to go to that store anymore and she needs to go!! I am a frequent shopper like twice a month but I will be finding another because that employee is horrible, rude, didn’t want to assist at all as if she was too busy but that is all she was doing was folding clothes! Come on business is more valuable than folding clothes!! Get rid of Christina thanks!

    Again one more time I went to express store yesterday on 01/05/2019 in Opry mills mall in Nashville Tennessee and I bought a lot of stuff , I met again the worst manager I have met in my life her name is Nichole and she refused to give me her last name she is really rude, aggressive, racism, mean and not helpful at all I was feeling like leaving everything on the register not buying any thing just because of manager treatment is Nichole, she is hard to talk , smile and refused to give me my offers, discounts what I got in my email, I just wanna talk to corporate or customer service about her because she is not deserving to be manager even associate and she always working night shift .i don’t want to deal with that store any more and I am not going to recommend any one to deal with it.

    I made purchases at express store in Opry mills mall for a few days ago and I bought a lot of stuff from there and I had express credit card , I got a lot of discount like coupons , offers that express company outlet emailed them to me so I showed those offers , discounts I have to take them but the manager here name Nichole she was working night shift at that day 01/01/2019 she was not helpful at all didn’t try help me out to get any discounts I have and she been Really rude, mean to me . Then I came back to store next day on 01/02/2019 to get the discounts and I met really very nice two ladies their names catnce price and Britt lusk they were flexible, nice , attention to customers , have a good attitude , welcoming , greeting the customers very well , both have a big smile and helpful, they helped me a lot and they did their best to give me discounts and they made me happy with their experience in sale , with their service I just wanna give them big thanks and I wish the manager or corporate promote them because of they deserve it.

    I walked in the store in Colorado Springs Colorado, with my Teenage daughter and her friend. They had at lease 4 to 5 workers in the store, only one person talk to me and helped my daughter and her friend out. His name is Jalleen I am not sure if I spell his name right. But any way he was the only male working on Saturday on 8/18/2017. I had this one women walking by me with out saying anything to me while was waiting for my daughter in the dressing room. Not checking to see if I needed help or not. I even said hi to her and she ask me if I need help. The store was not busy at all. They only had 3 customers walking around. only male working with other ladies in the store saying hi to people. It was crazy to see workers just talking to each other and not focusing on costumers coming in the door. I even ask a supervisor over the counter to show me the blouse that was hanging on the model. This supervisor just point towards the rack behind the counter. This guy who works there walked around the counter and showed me and also help me. I never seen that kind of behavior at any Express store. I am not sure if they had a bad day. But this one guy working their he done a great job helping people while everybody was walking around and not saying anything. The store is nice and clean. Some of the workers need to have people skills. I forgot the name of the cashier who helped me. She was great with a smile.

    I went into the Paramus Store to buy a pair of shorts to wear to a concert the following day. The lady forgot to put the item in the bag and I didn’t get to wear my outfit. The most frustrating part was when I called the store back and the manager Marisa didn’t seem to care and said she couldn’t call me if they saw the item in store. I have just underwent a double mastectomy and this was my first night out since. I was so frustrated at the situation. I am an express A lister. I buy all my clothes at express. I can’t believe your store manager won’t call a customer if they find the shorts that they forgot to put in the bag. I can’t believe you treat your loyal customers like this. I will be in to get my money back. I am so disappointed at my favorite company.

    Went to the Express at Patrick Henry Mall in Newport News to purchase my first suit. Victoria was AMAZING. Will definitely be going back to purchase more.

    Anna at the sooner Mall Express was amazing, she made a recommendation on a dress that I never would have tried on and it fit perfectly. Her back-and-forth to the fitting room timing was spot on and she was very pleasant, you guys are lucky to have her.
