    On Wednesday, August 5, 2020 at 09:00 I went to store # 40416 at 10177 186 Street, Edmonton to get something to eat for my breakfast. I drove into the lane where you place the order and I requested 2 Sausage and Egg McMuffin. The employee responded that I need to use the APP and get a code and give her the code before I could drive ahead and pay and receive my order. I said to the employee that I don’t have the APP on my phone. I drove past all the other vehicles waiting in line and found a spot in the parking lot to access the APP. It took forever to download the APP. Finally I went back in line at the Drive-through and told the employee that I had placed my order through the APP but for payment I had a gift card and the APP would not accept that as payment. It accepts only Mastercard, Visa Or American Express. THe employee said to come inside the store and someone would assist me. It has been now almost 30 minutes, I went inside and showed the person at the till my iPhone and she said she would take my order. I asked for 2 Sausage and Egg McMuffins to go. Also I asked for some salt and Ketchup with my order. She punched something at the till and said that my total was $8.80 and to wait at the specific spot. I gave her the gift card. She said that I had to tap it into the register. I said that it was a gift card and had to slide it, she let me do that and she offered my receipt and number 277 and was told to wait. I waited my turn and when they called my number I showed my slip of paper, picked up my bag and left the store. As I am driving along, I opened the bag and took out one of my Sausage and Egg McMuffins wrappedin the yellow paper. No salt or Ketchup was in the bag. I took one bite of my sandwich and realized that I had one sandwich with the McMuffin, egg and a piece of Kolbassa instead of my sausage. By now I am quite a distance from the store and could not turn off the highway. So I ate the first sandwich and opened the second sandwich and found it was a duplicate of the first. I was about 20 kms away or I would have returned to the store. I was angry and upset. I had spoken clear English when I placed my order and to have this fiasco from start to end. I do not complain when an honest error was made and do not seek to make a fuss. My rating for the store if I could give it would be -1. I have made a mental note not to return to that franchise store again. I still have the receipts for your perusal if needed.

    Bowness Bowridge Cres Calgary Assistance Manager Mike did not have his Mask on properly not covering his nose. Brought to his attention was informed it keeps on slipping down his nose. He did not wash his hands after making an adjustment. Informed Mike will be addressing this matter with AHS

    I was at store# 10875 @ 11:30am and wanted 2Egg McMuffins combo and was told that they don’t make hash browns after 11:00 am. Just wondering do you or don’t you sell breakfast all day? To me that’s everything in a breakfast combo. I was every disappointed.

    My wife and I ordered coffee and two burgers. When we opened our bag, there was no napkins to be found, and the burgers had very little condiments. A dry burger.

    We have been enjoying our daily coffee during Covid and the staff has and is always very pleasant. I don’t usually get a receipt for the coffee, but today I looked at it and it shows that the promo for the iced frappe were not used (the special is started on Jun 15th) and as seniors, we like our discounts!!     Yesterday I took my grandchildren to your restaurant for lunch. What a disappointment. Two of us decided to try the new Big Mac with bacon what a huge disappointment. It looked like it was thrown together the thin beef patties were only half on the buns and there was so much sauce it dropped off the side when you took a bite and it had to be held with two hands or would have slid apart. No taste except for sauce. Fries were loaded with salt and almost in eatable. This had been the third place we had gone to because of everything closed due to covid. Won’t be in a hurry to return if this is the norm.

    i was in to get lunch on May 17/2020 i ordered a big mac with NO PICKLES fry and medium coffee and angus burger when every i go to this mac donald’s and order a big mac with NO PICKLES i always get PICKLES it was not the first time and i would have return it but could not because of the place being drive thur only at this time i was not happy about the PICKLES being on my burger and may not return to this mac donald’s again and will tell my friends the employee’s do not care if the order is right my order number was 649 at the 621 Fairville blvd. in saint john N.B. canada.My name is Catherine De Merchant and e-mail address is catdemerchant@g-mail.com

    It was one of the WORST experiences in my Lifetime. Our milkshakes were not strawberry. And we were missing two full BIG MAC meals.

    Re: store 40587 in Sherway Gardens. I bought a Quarter Pounder with tomato and lettuce. They charged 40 cents for 1 thin slice of tomato and 35 cents for 1 small piece of lettuce. No other fast food business charges for condiments. That’s the last time I visit McDonalds.

    I went through the drive thru at store ##26061. The staff that looked after me were
    very polite and friendly. Love the coffee so glad that they got McCafe at their restaurants.

    Went to McDonalds restaurant in the evening of Jan. 24th 2020 and ordered a medium hot chocolate for my wife and a medium Earl Grey tea for myself. The tea is usually too warm for me to drink right away so we left the restaurant on our way home. We proceeded several miles down the road and I tasted my tea. Lo and behold… It was NOT Earl Grey tea at all but GREEN Tea! I HATE Green tea! How could the person who took my order and typed Earl Grey clearly on my receipt have possibly turned around and selected a GREEN tea T-bag from the display having just taken my order with no interruption in between? I believe I am entitled to a replacement cup of actual Earl Grey tea as ordered! If I remember correctly, the tag on an Earl Grey tea-bag is grey in colour while the tag for Green tea is, strangely enough, GREEN! Even if your employees can’t read, they should, at the very least, be trained to recognize colours!!

    I went to the drivethu and did not get my straw and went back to get one brought out but there was no answer. When I went in there weren’t any by the machine and I had to wait to get one. So by the time I got back out everything was cold as it is -10 out. I use the drive thru because it is supposed to be time saving but I have found McDonalds has been dropping the ball lately.

    Recently, I was served by Banjo in the Whitehorse, 4Th Ave McDonalds
    This young man was so courteous, efficient and demonstrated a great deal
    of energy to his job and respect for his colleagues. He personally delivered my order to
    my table. He will be a valued member of the Mcdonald Managerial Team in
    the very near future. He has demonstative leadership skills.

    Worst location. They will make you wait everytime. They will get your order wrong. They will even forget to add sauce for your kids nugget meal every time. But they are friendly and smiling when the ask you to pull up an wait 15 min. Just relax and watch all the Mc happy customers behind you drive by with their orders. It’s worth it to drive to Any other location.

    VERY PLEASED WITH STORE # 40759 AND IN PARTICULAR WITH EMPLOYEES DEBBIE GIROUT & CANDY SCOTT. THEY ARE HARD WORKERS & GREET CUSTOMERS WITH A WELCOMING SMILE. THEY GO OVER & ABOVE TO ENSURE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE & ARE EFFICIENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF THE WORK REQUIRED. MANY OF THE CUSTOMERS , MYSELF INCLUDED, LOOK FORWARD TO STARTING THE DAY WITH THEIR WARM & WELCOMING GREETINGS. THEY ARE NON STOP WORKERS & I HOPE THEY ARE PROPERLY APPRECIATED. THERE IS A FEMALE SUPERVISOR HOWEVER WHO SEEMS TO GIVE THEM A HARD TIME. THIS PERSON IS NOT ESPECIALLY FRIENDLY WITH PEOPLE…NOT THE BEST TYPE OF PERSON TO BRING/KEEP BUSINESS FOR YOUR RESTAURANT. I HOPE THESE TWO GIRLS GET THE HOURS THEY DESERVE & THEY ARE NOT PUSHED OUT THE DOOR BUT TREATED WITH RESPECT FOR THE CONCERN THEY HAVE FOR YOUR BUSINESS.

    I am disgusted with your store 40433 as I sat there watching all your employees handling food WITHOUT gloves(touching bunch and pancakes,etc) when I asked about it I was informed it was your policy. That’s disgusting I will be posting this on social media and inquiring with the health and safety board.
