    I was at the store 4190 I pay for the food and at the end I left with out eating and I throw the food at them bicose i asked for kechup 3 times and they lafe and I went to eat to under McDonald if you want to call me this is my phone 416 7219505

    Always cold food every visit, even when you eat in. I guess I should stick to restaurants that cook it in front of me. At least you know it’s hot off the grill. They should have a timer for the fries when they are taken out of the grease. This way they will understand not to pass cold fries out the window. So frustrating, also when you change the pop machine you should run it for a bit, not give me a cup of coloured water. Management not follow up. Or maybe wrong management all together. I will never go to Upper Wentworth store the service no matter what time of day is horrible. They should maybe put in a mystery shopper. Terrible service

    Did the online app order, came into store and it was ready in like 5 mins. Very fast polite and informative as I didnt realise that my first name is on the printout. Order was right on, quality was very good. Have been there b4 and will be back in the future

    Not impressed at all with the Perth McDonalds. Every time I come in to order food all I can hear is the staff yelling at each other and honestly not nice to hear so close to the holidays. Honestly the management staff needs to get their crew in order because it’s not nice when I come in With my children and the staff yelling and being rude. Another thing that needs improvement is the BALLOON TREE ITS ALWAYS EMPTY!! Like my kids would love to come in and have a balloon but every time we do it’s always emptied

    Robyn (Asian) at kerrisdale McDonald’s in Vancouver is by far one of the best employees I never met with such a positive optimistic attitude in all my exchanges and transactions in metro Vancouver . Makes me smile just thinking about her

    She deserves a raise $ and recognition for her years of excellent service

    We were at the Mc Donalds in the WalMart in Langley BC Store #26027. The service was terrible After waiting nearly 15 minutes for a coffee they finally poured a cup. Very
    lacking in any kind of service . People were lined up past the door and lots of complaining going on. We do frequent Mc Donalds but never again this location.The garbage was overflowing to the point it was falling on the floor. I actually took pictures which I would love to share if you so wish. The ketchup dipenser was very messy, the floor had not been swept in some time. time. We were appalled and will not go back to thislocation . The food was so slow getting to us that the hamburger was cold. I would like to praise the Murrayville BC store however very clean and well run. Rating a 2

    Worst service I have ever had at any McDonald’s. Started in the drive-thru but the line wasn’t moving. I watched about ten cars ahead of me leave. I foolishly decided to place my order inside. I waited 20 minutes after the order of a single breakfast. I was one of roughly a dozen customers waiting in the lobby and everyone was getting very frustrated. I asked for a new coffee because the one they handed me had been sitting on the cart for most of the 20 minutes. This was done by a very exasperated manager. It appeared that there was plenty of staff working but orders from the kitchen were very slow. This was an extremely bad experience in customer service.

    Recently I was in Napanee, Ontario visiting family. Every morning I got a morning coffee there and had the most pleasant experience.

    I met Robert who was the customer experience manager. He engaged customers, served food, was constantly moving about interacting with staff and customers. He was never still and was a great example of “managing by walking around”. He created a warm, friendly atmosphere for the store, which by the way, was incredibly clean!!

    Every McDonald’s needs a “Robert”!! Here in Nebraska we need Robert!! He is worth his weight in gold. Cleanliness and friendliness makes for great success!! And, quality food.

    Your stamp card for a free medium coffee is great as well. We need those in Nebraska as well.

    Ii was at the Macdonalds location on Wednesday, August 8th at Portland Street, Darmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. I was so very pleased with the help I reached from an employee named Brandon. I was getting Happy meals with my order for grandchildren and they do not like the promotion right now. The toys from that Hotel Transylvania are garbage. I told them to leave them out because we didn’t want them. I said thte children loved the Mario toys when they were available. This young man went and found two of those items from a previous promotion and gave me them instead. That made my day, as I knew my grandchildren were going to be thrilled. Thanks so much Brandon for caring. That’s what customer service is all about. Macdonalds became famous because of kids. Nice to know they remember. Thank you.

    Your Store # 40328 at 2170 Montreal Road Ottawa,Ontario K1J 1G4 Should be looked at very Carefully for the type of Service They give. The Service is Very,Very Poor and also the Staff are so Confused and Mixed Up Badly. Even the Manager in Charge at the time that I was There with My Wife for a meal was not much help to Staff and seamed to more confused then the Staff themselves. A lot of the customers your very upset at the type of Service that was being given. The Date of this Service was on 08/02/2018 at 03:26:33 PM. My own Order was all mixed up. My Customer # was 161. I had asked for a Quarter pound cheese burger with cheese and received a double Quarter pound cheese burger. Return it and told the customer rep.at the cash that She had made a mistake and then She got the Manager on duty to refund Me the difference of $2.00 . My Recommendation is to Properly Trained Staff to work the front and more Staff at the Ordering Cash when large line ups are there so One Person doesn’t have to go crazy and trying to do everything at the Front.

    I went twice today at 7am 10 people watching my in line to get their orden. At 8.28 probably we were 20 people waiting for their food, after almost 16’ waiting for my coffee in my coffee break this store used to be better but then the new manager fire all the good once and put young new people clueless store number 5376 on 8street Saskatoon. I have pictures to prove they’re bad services

    I went to the store on Memorial Ave in Orillia, ON.The young man got my order mixed up twice I asked for #6 with only mayo and lettuce on it and the crispy chicken. He totally ruined that order and started over again. I told him my order again, only mayo and lettuce on it. He said got it. When my order came it was the sandwich from the picture on the screen. It had onions and tomatoes and that sauce on it, all things I didn’t want!!!!! I also ordered a children’s meal and it was fine. I really don’t think my order was THAT confusing.

    upon visiting McDonalds at 375 Osborne St S. I needed to use the washroom facilites.
    I found them to be deplorable at best. Toilet area was dirty, with NO tissue at all. The rest was just not clean. For this I don’t give it any stars and the only thing I purchased was coffee, food was out of the question

    I was the fort erie store td May 3/ 2018. I work at Sobeys and was sent over to buy a carafe of coffee for management. I was snapped at by one ofthe workers Liz Was her name. She yelled that a phone call would have been nice!! I work customer service and that was not acceptable service at all. I apologized, I could see they were busy but it took them all of 3 min to put it together. We will be going to Tim Hortons for our carafe of coffee and daily coffee going forward.

    I was so impressed on Friday the 13th 2018 at McDonalds on 25 Nantucket Ave. Dartmouth, NS My sister and I arrived at the restaurant and was approach by the happiest server we ever had. His name was Herman Hyatt he made our day he was so cheerful and when I did the order I asked for a little milk for my sisters coffee and he said half and I said she’d like a1/4. he told me he would do it his self smiling the whole time. He was so polite and happy so amazed with his attitude he just made our day so much better. We had a better day than expected. A big ‘THUMBS UP” great job well done Herman.

    I was at the Ladner Trunk Rd drive through around 1:30 this afternoon when the young woman who takes the orders demanded that I repeat my order hollering that she couldn’t hear me, as though that was my fault. When I did repeat she did the same thing in an equally angry voice, so I suggested that I would drive up to the window. There she brushed me off, indifferent to what I wanted to explain about my order and arguing that I should have been able to see it on the board. I have been a customer of McDonald’s for many years and have always loved the service at my usual one on Scott Rd in North Delta, the servers acknowledge me after all this time and that’s the attention I’m more used to. With all the choices there are in the area I am more inclined to try elsewhere in the future. That kind of service spoils your day and speaks poorly for the institution that McDonalds has become!

    I was at the Glendale store this morning and I was short changed a muffin. I am very frustrated because I could not contact the store. When I called a voice told me they werent taking calls and suggested I send a text. When I sent a text I was charged by my cell company for texting to a land line and it couldnt be delivered. I frequent your store(#16639) 210 Glendale ave. St. Catharines every.morning your regular employees at the drive through window know I order the same thing every morning.

    Store # 40233 – April 3, 2018 – 4:15 pm, 240th and Dewdney Trunk Road, Maple Ridge
    I took a client to this location today. As I walked in, I noticed the floor was filthy with garbage and food, also there was not one clean table available. When I pointed this out to the Manager, she simply looked up at me and smiled. When the Asst Manager brought my client’s pastry to her, his hand was all over the food (no gloves; he also handles the money and til input.) Totally unacceptable. Will be contacting head office.
