    Would not accept the information on my receipt. Also was NOT impressed with the food handlers at the McDonald’s #10306 (Windsor, Ontario) as man in cooking area put frozen breakfast sausages on the grill to cook, wiped his hands on his pants (was not wearing rubber gloves) and then proceeded to work on other breakfast sandwiches. I will no longer order ANY breakfast sandwiches at McDonald’s at that location.

    .oshawa location – harmony and taunton … front counter service rep needs to be trained on how to actually greet a customer. it isnot appropriate, in my view, to stare blankly at the customer like it is a game of chicken waiting to see who talks first. i expect the interaction to begin with the service rep saying something like: “Good morning. how may I help you?” Then, once the order is delivered to say ” thank you” or “please come again”. other locatipns in the region seemed to have mastered this minimum bit of social interaction.

    My husband brought home angus burgers from the Selkirk Manitoba store . He had eaten half of his before he noticed it was raw . Both burgers were very raw . Disgusting . I drove 15 mins to return it and first the manager asked if I had the problems with chicken burgers , then when I said no , she wandered off the find the other complaintant. After I showed her the burgers she asked
    Me what she could do for
    Me . Why would it be up to
    Me ? She should have offered to refund me immediately . I should have to spell it out . I was very angry with having to ask for
    My money back . 15 dollars for two burgers , and not even good ones . Watch out McDonalds. I won’t eat there again , my granddaughter loves your happy meals but I don’t

    One person on the till. He was very good, but the line up was to the door. Manger kept yelling from the back. Never attempted to help. 4 numbers removed from the screen. The people then had to go ask about their order. Food was good but it took 15 minutes to get 2 egg McMuffins and coffee.

    My family visits the Trenton McDonald at 18 Monogram Place in Trenton once a month for coffee.
    These visits are very upsetting! There are 10 – 15 of us that meet there monthly. We do arrive at different times as we travel from different places. The service there is so very slow, I ordered 3 med coffees and waited approx 10 min. and went back to the checkout and commented about still waiting for the 3 coffee. This happens each month, maybe not waiting quite as long as on this visit. Why can’t they have someone making coffee. There were 2 standing behind the cash talking to another standing on the customer side when I went back to the checkout and commented. I did receive my coffee shortly after that. I’m thinking that we need to find another place that is more interested in providing efficient service!

    Quality of food and size of hamburgers as an example are now too small. As well prices are way too high. For what you charge for a meal. I would rather go to a different restaurant , for the same price and get served by someone at a table. McDonald’s is fast medioric food at best and way over priced.I only go there when forced!!!

    July 26/2019! Time 10:30. I’m at the Albion Mall McDonald Restaurant. Dru, the manager approached me for my order. I ordered English breakfast Combo with no meat, but she couldn’t take my order. She told me to wait and she went to the back while I was waiting, then another waitress came to serve me. She came back right away as soon as the other waitress engaged in taking my order. I asked her then, why u didn’t take my order? She said that she was taking a call but to my knowledge that was a lie, bcz she went in to get the other waitress to tend to me. I left the order bcz she refused to honour my request for a deduction on the meat. I don’t eat ham nor beef early morning especially on Thursday and Friday. I ate at this location almost every day except Sunday. Dru speaks with others politely with a smile, and entertain them with whatever they asked for. I’m a Dsable individual and I hve the right to be treated as everyone else. I’m treated elsewhere in McDonald’s Restaurants with dignity and respect. All disable should be taken care of as we approach the customer counter with out standing in line bcz we are unable to join the line and get crushed. This restaurant has no respect for Dsable pple. They asked us to join the line and I find that to be rude to us.

    This store had really gone downhill since we moved to this area 10 years ago BUT with young
    staff like Andrew and Trent and Mike and stalwarts like Debbie I think you are gradually
    regaining your status BUT YOU DEFINITELY NEED TO REPAIR THE TORN BENCH SEATING IT LOOKS
    APPALLING. tOO BAD THE OWNER DOES NOT HAVE A LITTLE MORE PRIDE OF OWNERSHIP!!!!

    Wow have never done a survey but not very happy with the service order 4 thing two thing were wrong and had to wait 15min for them to fix it when it’s just a bagel and cream cheese and a mcmfn can’t believe that had 6 people get the food after ordering and the drive throw people to should be 1 of the 1st thing done would be a 0 star if I could store #40579

    Enjoyed New Asian Salad with Grilled Chicken & Sweet Balsamic Dressing…delicious & filling…price fair. Also Cinnamon Bagel w/ Cream Cheese…..re. Coffee & Iced Coffee Frappe..we both enjoyed this meal! Good service too.

    PRINCE CHARLES BRANCH I WAITED 15 MIN ON THE DRIVE THROUGH LINE TO ONLY BE DISAPPOINTED WHEN MY FOOD WAS COLD MY FRIES DRIED AND HARD,COULD NOT EAT IT, AND A VERY RUDE CASHIER. I ASKED WHAT WAS THE HOLD UP? SHE REPLIED—WE ARE VERY SHORT STAFF WHAT DO YOU EXPECT!! WELL I EXPECT BETTER SERVICE AND SOMEONE WHO IS NOT BLAMING ME FOR WHAT’S GOING ON AT THE WORK PLACE…I. FEEL FOR HER AND UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE SHORT ON MAN POWER BUT HOW AM I TO KNOW.

    Last 2 trips to the same McDonalds not happy
    I asked for no cheese on my 1/4 pounder and got 2 slices of cheese and the drink was not diet coke it was watered down Fruitopia
    .
    the next trip the fries were left out to long, I eat them on the drive home and cold fries is a turn off.

    After over 40 years I have just experienced my first inedible meal at McDonalds. After seeing your ad I went to my local drive thru and ordered the fish and chips. Meal was barely warm, chips were limp and soggy like the coating on the fish. Fish was hard and totally overcooked.
    Think someone was trying to make fish jerky. Ate a couple of fries and bits of fish and threw it away. Very disappointing. Service was fine and store was #20919

    On April 17, 2019, I went through the drive through at store # 29076 in Newcastle, Ontario. I realized when I got to the window that I had forgotten my wallet at home and had nothing to pay for my order of coffee and small fries. A very friendly and happy young worker there smiled and said not to worry, we will take care of it. Thanks so much! I don’t know her name, but she made my day. Initials on my receipt say KS# 6. Maybe these initials are the cashiers. NOTE:Sorry for the delay of gratitude!

    store No. 2136 this was the worst Macdonalds Restaurnt I have ever entered . The tables that were not occupied were dirty. the place where you get your pop was also filthy with water,juice , paper, extra. I have never seen such a dirty place. maybe you can go in there and hire some one that doesn,t stand around and gossips. Thier is a person who needs a job.

    I went back to the store in Trail BC after a time because of the uncleanleness of the outlet. I asked for a big Mac with fries. . Service at the counter was, for a change,very good and friendly. but when I got back to the office My Big Mac had filling only in the bottom portion of the burger. the top half had nothing. and it was disgusting.

    When I asked or my receipt, the clerk said you have your number for your table, I said I know that but I would like to have my receipt. She begrudgingly reprinted it. A receipt should be offered with every transaction, not be an inconvenience to a clerk

    The food my husband ordered was the ghost chicken burger. There was MAYBE 4 slices of lettuce on it with a tab of sauce. Its disgusting we had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the car waiting for our food an it was the lowest quality I’ve ever seen!!! I have pictures of it all aswell

    i find it very rude that i can get all the unhealthy sugar in my coffee or tea but if i want the healther choice of honey i gotta pay extra.i thought mcdonalds was a more customer satisfaction establishment not like your undesirable competion……

    I find the advertising for a breakfast burrito misleading. The main street McDonald’s egg burrito was a joke. It was so thin that the wrapping went all away around and there was hardly any egg. I love egg burritos and lately the burritos have been totally lacking in the main ingredient, the egg. I was in Fernie, B.C. last year and I was floored. There burrito looked like the advertisement. The egg stood out and the burrito was round and full of egg. So I realized that some McD’s give you what you pay for.

    They don’t use gloves which I don’t get and the girl was cleaning her ear with her finger before she served my food!
    So god damn dirty
