    On April 17, 2019, I went through the drive through at store # 29076 in Newcastle, Ontario. I realized when I got to the window that I had forgotten my wallet at home and had nothing to pay for my order of coffee and small fries. A very friendly and happy young worker there smiled and said not to worry, we will take care of it. Thanks so much! I don’t know her name, but she made my day. Initials on my receipt say KS# 6. Maybe these initials are the cashiers. NOTE:Sorry for the delay of gratitude!

    store No. 2136 this was the worst Macdonalds Restaurnt I have ever entered . The tables that were not occupied were dirty. the place where you get your pop was also filthy with water,juice , paper, extra. I have never seen such a dirty place. maybe you can go in there and hire some one that doesn,t stand around and gossips. Thier is a person who needs a job.

    I went back to the store in Trail BC after a time because of the uncleanleness of the outlet. I asked for a big Mac with fries. . Service at the counter was, for a change,very good and friendly. but when I got back to the office My Big Mac had filling only in the bottom portion of the burger. the top half had nothing. and it was disgusting.

    When I asked or my receipt, the clerk said you have your number for your table, I said I know that but I would like to have my receipt. She begrudgingly reprinted it. A receipt should be offered with every transaction, not be an inconvenience to a clerk

    The food my husband ordered was the ghost chicken burger. There was MAYBE 4 slices of lettuce on it with a tab of sauce. Its disgusting we had to wait an extra 20 minutes in the car waiting for our food an it was the lowest quality I’ve ever seen!!! I have pictures of it all aswell

    i find it very rude that i can get all the unhealthy sugar in my coffee or tea but if i want the healther choice of honey i gotta pay extra.i thought mcdonalds was a more customer satisfaction establishment not like your undesirable competion……

    I find the advertising for a breakfast burrito misleading. The main street McDonald’s egg burrito was a joke. It was so thin that the wrapping went all away around and there was hardly any egg. I love egg burritos and lately the burritos have been totally lacking in the main ingredient, the egg. I was in Fernie, B.C. last year and I was floored. There burrito looked like the advertisement. The egg stood out and the burrito was round and full of egg. So I realized that some McD’s give you what you pay for.

    They don’t use gloves which I don’t get and the girl was cleaning her ear with her finger before she served my food!

    We have been going to the Milton WM store for years once or twice a week. We have now given up.
    It is too cold in the store and the food is cold before we can finish. A fan comes on and blows cold air for some time and then some heat but shuts off. When we complain McDonalds blames Walmart. We often walked around Walmart after we have eaten but that stops now as well.

    I was at the store 4190 I pay for the food and at the end I left with out eating and I throw the food at them bicose i asked for kechup 3 times and they lafe and I went to eat to under McDonald if you want to call me this is my phone 416 7219505

    Always cold food every visit, even when you eat in. I guess I should stick to restaurants that cook it in front of me. At least you know it’s hot off the grill. They should have a timer for the fries when they are taken out of the grease. This way they will understand not to pass cold fries out the window. So frustrating, also when you change the pop machine you should run it for a bit, not give me a cup of coloured water. Management not follow up. Or maybe wrong management all together. I will never go to Upper Wentworth store the service no matter what time of day is horrible. They should maybe put in a mystery shopper. Terrible service

    Did the online app order, came into store and it was ready in like 5 mins. Very fast polite and informative as I didnt realise that my first name is on the printout. Order was right on, quality was very good. Have been there b4 and will be back in the future

    Not impressed at all with the Perth McDonalds. Every time I come in to order food all I can hear is the staff yelling at each other and honestly not nice to hear so close to the holidays. Honestly the management staff needs to get their crew in order because it’s not nice when I come in With my children and the staff yelling and being rude. Another thing that needs improvement is the BALLOON TREE ITS ALWAYS EMPTY!! Like my kids would love to come in and have a balloon but every time we do it’s always emptied

    Robyn (Asian) at kerrisdale McDonald’s in Vancouver is by far one of the best employees I never met with such a positive optimistic attitude in all my exchanges and transactions in metro Vancouver . Makes me smile just thinking about her

    She deserves a raise $ and recognition for her years of excellent service

    We were at the Mc Donalds in the WalMart in Langley BC Store #26027. The service was terrible After waiting nearly 15 minutes for a coffee they finally poured a cup. Very
    lacking in any kind of service . People were lined up past the door and lots of complaining going on. We do frequent Mc Donalds but never again this location.The garbage was overflowing to the point it was falling on the floor. I actually took pictures which I would love to share if you so wish. The ketchup dipenser was very messy, the floor had not been swept in some time. time. We were appalled and will not go back to thislocation . The food was so slow getting to us that the hamburger was cold. I would like to praise the Murrayville BC store however very clean and well run. Rating a 2

    Worst service I have ever had at any McDonald’s. Started in the drive-thru but the line wasn’t moving. I watched about ten cars ahead of me leave. I foolishly decided to place my order inside. I waited 20 minutes after the order of a single breakfast. I was one of roughly a dozen customers waiting in the lobby and everyone was getting very frustrated. I asked for a new coffee because the one they handed me had been sitting on the cart for most of the 20 minutes. This was done by a very exasperated manager. It appeared that there was plenty of staff working but orders from the kitchen were very slow. This was an extremely bad experience in customer service.

    The service is great of Mcdonald’s located in
    Highway 7 and 27. Staff they good urgency
    To take and serve the order with smile … good job to navjeev and baljit keep up the good works.

    Recently I was in Napanee, Ontario visiting family. Every morning I got a morning coffee there and had the most pleasant experience.

    I met Robert who was the customer experience manager. He engaged customers, served food, was constantly moving about interacting with staff and customers. He was never still and was a great example of “managing by walking around”. He created a warm, friendly atmosphere for the store, which by the way, was incredibly clean!!

    Every McDonald’s needs a “Robert”!! Here in Nebraska we need Robert!! He is worth his weight in gold. Cleanliness and friendliness makes for great success!! And, quality food.

    Your stamp card for a free medium coffee is great as well. We need those in Nebraska as well.

    Ii was at the Macdonalds location on Wednesday, August 8th at Portland Street, Darmouth, Nova Scotia, Canada. I was so very pleased with the help I reached from an employee named Brandon. I was getting Happy meals with my order for grandchildren and they do not like the promotion right now. The toys from that Hotel Transylvania are garbage. I told them to leave them out because we didn’t want them. I said thte children loved the Mario toys when they were available. This young man went and found two of those items from a previous promotion and gave me them instead. That made my day, as I knew my grandchildren were going to be thrilled. Thanks so much Brandon for caring. That’s what customer service is all about. Macdonalds became famous because of kids. Nice to know they remember. Thank you.
