The Lucky brand started in 1935 when founder, Charles Crouch began opening grocery stores in the Bay Area. The stores did so well he renamed them Lucky stores with a goal of being the freshest, cleanest, quickest, most organized and easiest store to shop.

    Once in a while I go to luckys because it’s close to home. My favorite place is the deli. I been buying chicken wings and customer service is good. One day a lady told me to stop buying
    Chicken wings specially if it’s on sale.
    Could not understand her reasoning.
    I did not argue with her. I just turn my back and walk away and told my self not to come back to that location .

    I have been trying to fill out your survey as I have done in the past. Each time I do this the location is different. This last time I could not find it at all. This not the first this has happened. Why do you keep changing the location to find the survey. If too many people are using it and you want to reduce the number of payouts, maybe you should discontinue the program rather than just frustrating your customers. I see from some of the comments that I am not the only one who won’t participate again.

    I have went to my local Lucky’s store to order a cake twice this week and was told the first time to come back tomorrow the cake decorator works from 8am to 5pm. So went in the next day and was told that the cake decorator left for the day. It was only 4:30pm and the cake decorator left early. So I was told to call the next day. I called today and the decorator left for the day and will not be in tomorrow! So therefore I can not order a cake! Wow and to think I always shop here and the people that works their out great but the Bakery Department is terrible! The rating for the Bakery Department is 0 but I cannot post a comment unless I put a rating down. Very upset that I can not order a cake at my local Lucky

    My visit today was pretty good, though I did get told the wrong price for my swordfish steak, it was an honest mistake, and was taken care of quickly. Over all my experience at Lucky,s has been good! Very glad they moved to West Melbourne, Florida.
