    be sure to take a large card as you enter the store, I came into the store to buy a pair of shoes, I ended up a card full of food and other things. all good stuff!

    My mother-in-law purchased shoes at the kmart in Buffalo and sent them to me in Newfoundland, Canada. She didn’t realize they were 2 left shoes. They were purchased in August, 2018 but we couldn’t return them until we came back to Florida. When I tried to take them back to the Kmart store on 66 st. in St Petersburg, Fl today I was told I couldn’t get a refund because it was past the 30 day refund policy. When they put in the number on my driver’s license I was told that I supposedly tried to return something past the return date before; therefore no refund. I don’t think I did this but what difference does it make? I think I should have gotten a refund or a store credit. I am a dissatisfied former Kmart shopper.

    Why do I have to download a website when I am already at your home site to enter a survey????? This is very frustrating.
    Not everyone lives in an area where the internet is accessible. When a friend offers to submit to the survey on behalf of a friend or family member then you are asking that person who has a computer to download a software or a site onto their computer. Is this your way of “weeding out” or ‘thinning the heard” so you limit the ones who qualify to enter your sweepstakes???? To compound the frustration you do not offer phone number in which a customer might have another option to enter.
    NOT user friendly.

    I love shopping at this Kmart Burbank and I thank that this store still open, but somehow I get disappointed how this customer service ladies was so rude and not so nice to the customers. I went shopping early last Tuesday and I saw this sweat for kids boys / girls in a big display and it has a big sign for 60% off. So I bought 2 sweat top & 1 sweat pants. The 2 sweat top is the same original price the sweat pants is more lower. When I’m ready to check out the other sweat top scan right but the other 1 sweat top scan original price. I told to this ladies at the customer service that it has a big sign 60% off and all the items were all in there. She( Melissa) and the other lady(I did not get her name) insisted that it was not this item I took. I told them everything are all in that display not only 1 a lot of this one. They also spoke in their language in Spanish that they taught i don’t understand. I was so upset and told to this ladies not to treat any customer like that way. If you have any problem at your home don’t brought at work and pass to your customer. She said that they are going to gave me the discount. When I’m done, I checked my receipt and I’ve calculated it and she discounted me on her own percentages. That she over charge me with a $1.80. It is not the money I’m up to but the way they treated me or any other customers. So, i just returned the item and leave. I do shop a lot and give feedback to any good services to any store. Even I saw them how they treat other customers I gave them compliment. Hope this 2 ladies realize that they are the last point of connection of customers and they came make the store great with a nice customer service. Sorry but they dont belong in this kind of business. Hope this matter be solve. Love Kmart Store.

    I shop in Joondalup store in WA it’s a big store, I was in a few weeks ago on Saturday the queue to pay was huge but has I queued up to pay it went fast has I got to the front there was a young lady there who…. said hi hope you haven’t waited too long and was directing the people to pay I was impressed with her engagement. I got to pay and the young girl was nice and friendly I said that I was impressed on how fast it was to be served that the young lady at the front was great.. she told me that it was the store manager.. Wow for a store manager to take time out and talk to the customers and give direction to the customers that is awesome well done Kmart what great leadership from your managers keep up the great work

    DIGUSTING SERVICE AT CAMPBELLTOWN MALL KMART! I am absolutely disgusted, this service was that low that it ended with my 2 year old screaming through kmart. I am a regular customer and this has to be the worst customer service I had from kmart or any leading store! It left a bitter taste in my mouth and because of this I am avoiding Campbelltown mall kmart for GOOD! I was at self service checkout.. I was purchasing a $1 toy for my son.. he refused to part with the toy so I ripped off the tag to avoid conflict or tears, as you would as mother! Automatically the system on the counter asks you to put item in the bagging area! I waited patiently for assistance. Usually when this happens I ask a staff and explain my child wont part with the toy it’s been scanned and they usually use their staff card so I can continue scanning my items. The lady said no the item needs to be placed in the bagging area. I said really? To make my 2 year old cry and make a pointless drama in kmart when u can honestly scan ur card? To avoid this all together. She stood by what she said.. and what I predicted happened! I had to play tug a war with my child, leaving a 2 year old in distress crying kmart down!!! When it could of been easily avoided, I’m a regular customer and after witnessing this service I will NOT go to kmart in campbelltown mall.. I I dont even know who the staff member was but I am not going to that kmart ever again DISGUSTING customer service NO.sense of EMPATHY to customers! I

    Love the store, selection and prices. However I want to be served at the pay desk by a real person not an automated machine. There were no available staff members on registers. Bring back customer service please.

    Was just in Store 9415 and it is an absolute DUMP. Wasted 20 minutes trying to find a pair of jeans. They have every brand of every size just stacked up in the bins and shelves no rhyme or reason. There was no help in the store; the 3 kids you have working are all clueless. Additionally there are NO mens socks in the store at all and I was going to purchase a bathing suit that was supposed to be on sale for $8.97 and at the register the kid tells me it’s $ 17.00. I told him what the sign and rack said and he wasn’t having it; while either am I. The store is dirty understaffed and in complete disarray but I will waste my gas and drive to Yorktown or Cortland before returning to that store.

    i was at the kmart in scotts avlley and what is usually a frustrating experience there i was delightfully surprised to meet your new checker Kristin….every time i’ve shopped there in the past the checkers would roll my new clothes into a wrinkled ball and put them in the bag like garbage…when i would take them out to properly fold them i would get a response like “what do you expect…it’s kmart”…but today was different…kristin folded my purchases like they were her own and when i commented she said “it comes from years in customer service!”…i just want you to know what a precious commodity you have in your new employee here…please do all you can to keep her here…she is definitely a recognizable asset the others could learn A LOT from!

    Hello, I was recently in the Marion store. What a clumsy layout it now has. How can the check out be in the middle of the store. How does that make sense? And having to get all the purchases checked at the exit. How can this be effective and efficient? Hate it. Will be avoiding Kmart in the future.

    I live 10 minutes away from kmart .kmart always satisfieds my need also wife too especially my children love their toys easy to find things kmart is 100% on point with their staff also when you need help they call it in right away i think the customer service their is fantastic i truley enjoys going to kmart .2150 s.     I was at your store 7471 in Placerville Calif on Saturday April 21st. I stopped in on just a whim to pick up a set of twin sized sheets for my day bed, and went looking through your garden department and saw a set of beautiful wrought iron chairs on sale. I loved them but I could not find the table to go with it. I asked if the table was in the back, so the girl went and looked, and couldn’t find one to match. Sophie went and asked her manager Laura to help.I waited about 20 mins and went to look for them, as I was ready to go and was going to just try and but it online later. They were climbing down from the top shelves as they had finally found the whole set still in the boxes, so I didn’t have to take the display ones!Then they helped me take it out to my car and load it for me as I am disabled. These 2 ladies were most kind and extremely helpful in every way possible.So a huge pat on the back for Sophie and Laura your store personal! Thanks so much for having such caring employees, Jeani.

    I used to love the experience shopping with Kmart that when stores around me closed, I decided to give their online shop a try. Never again! The items I received were not what I had ordered. And the return process was such a huge headache, I ended up keeping my items to regift, instead of dealing with the hassle of Kmart.

    The products are great but upon checkouts the cashier was not familiar with my coupon and the supervisor seems unfriendly. To maintain customers it needed a lot of good employee so that the customer will go back to shop again. Please train more the cashier to be aware of using coupon.

    Customer Service at the register (cashier) was not friendly, did not take time for me to get my customer rewards card phone #. Seems as if she did not want to be bothered with customers because she was all into her cellphone at the register. Otherwise when it came to the merchandise and finding things it was everthing I needed and easy to find

    I must say that the ladies room at KMart Store 4399 is disgusting and nasty. No toilet seat liners, no hand soap and no paper towels. And would it hurt to clean the dirty floors? Do the employees periodically (or ever) check the rest rooms? Also, as long as the customer has a receipt and the items have not been worn or used, why can’t we get a refund or at least a store credit? Your 30-day limit on refunds/exchanges is not in the customer’s best interest nor does it benefit the customer in any way.

    After not receiving my medication for two days waiting for that druggist to call the doctor to re-order my prescription I go to pick them up and there is a girl waiting on me chewing bubblegum blowing bubbles she had nails about 3 inches long and was talking on the phone all at the same time while she was checking me out it was very very unprofessional and disturbing I’m taking all my medications and I’m going to Sam’s Club with them

    Don’t buy heavy item online. i bought a table tennis table online and asked for delivery. they use TNT. i have contacted TNT for a late delivery they told me i need to be there for helping them to move the item because it is a heavy item. i believe not many people willing to take a dayoff at home on the weekdays to help THEM for their job. So i asked for a refund.
