I ORDERED IN CHEYENNE WY THE LINCOLNWAY STORE AT 11:15 AM. AFTER 53 MINUTES ORDER STILL WASNT HERE. THEY TYPED IN WRONG ADDRESS AND # FOR A COMPANY. TALKED TO THE MANAGER AND WANTED TO ARGUE WITH ME THAT THE # WAS DISCONNECTED. ITS A BUSINESS LINE. HE HAD NO REMORSE OR NOTHING AND ACTED LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT. HE WAS VERY RUDE…. MY COMPANY WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN. THATS TOO BAD THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS OR THE SERVICE….
Shucks. I love to order from Jimmy Johns on Fridays. I placed my order exactly one hour ago. No food yet. I am four minutes away from the store. I called twice. My order ‘was lost.’ The manager said they would ‘make new food for me’ and said, ‘Sorry.’ This isn’t Freaky Fast. I will be passing next Friday and many future Fridays. (Sandwich was ordered at 12:11, current time, 1:12, NO sandwich.)

I ordered a sandwich at 12:25 pm at 1:05 I was notified that my sandwich is out for delivery. Still at 1:40 I still have not gotten my sandwich. I called the store where I was informed it is out for delivery. According to your new TV commercial you advertise that you only deliver only 5 minutes from the store. It has been 35 minutes and I’m still waiting. False advertising!!!!

I love this sub shop, but it needs to make the bottom of the bread a bit softer. Some of my family members would love to eat here more often, but then can’t, because the bottom of the bread is way to hard for them to bite with false teeth. I would also like to add that when you ask for extra toppings, you should get extra toppings, not the same amount the always comes on the products with maybe to tiny more pieces, you need to put it on there so it is visible. Thank You

Jimmy Johns Is AWESOME!!! As an Illini, I can’t help but love them! Sandwiches are great and their bread is totally delicious! Delivery Fast as the Flying Illini!
*Main Suggestion would be to ADD a Few More Sandwiches, especially Corned Beef, Hot Pastrami, and Seafood/Crabmeat!
Jimmy Johns is fast and delicious. I swear everytime I have it delivered, it arrives in 10 to 15mins. Wish every other company was this fast.
Jimmy John’s is a very talented and delicious place to be and sit down to eat, but the delivery isnt that good.
