    Survey, I can’t open nothing. I am pretty good with stuff like this. very difficult . How don’t see how jdpowers can get a right answer to there questions. I thought it was me having a issue , till scrolled down and saw how many other people were having the same problem.

    I’ve attempted to complete your survey twice, but your link doesn’t go anywhere and the provided passcode is meaningless. Your website is a disaster!
    For what it may be worth, my 2014 Porsche Cayman S has been a pure, trouble free pleasure for 40000 miles, requiring only routine maintenance. It continues to feel and perform like new, and I continue to be absolutely delighted with it.

    thanks for the buck…unable to complete survey…twice! My Lincoln MKC is great in all areas except w/minor rough bumps it feels like driving a small truck. Smooth roads excellent.

    I have thoroughly enjoyed the performance of my 2017 Nissan Sentra. it is everything that I expect in a high quality and good performance car. The satisfaction of driving the Sentra is indeed a happy experience.

    Your web site is a joke. It wouldn’t even let me put my name in the NAME line. It won’t take our pass code. We had a 2014 Cruze that really saved gas and we traded to this 2014, thinking it would do the same. Wrong! I wish we had the 2014 back. The front hits everything and it’s so low to the ground we can’t even use the
    ATM at our bank. It is not an improvement, for sure. My wife and I don’t like it.

    How can you enter when the survey link is not valid. Others have been telling you for weeks your survey link is invalid and you have not corrected it???????? Nice way to keep your $100,000.

    I received a letter for a survey of the service I received on my 2016 Lincoln MKX. I cannot access the survey. Lincoln MKX is great. J D Power survey. Not so much.

    I received a letter from JD Power to complete a survey on my 2018 Chevy traverse. I am not able to get to the survey. When I hit Reference link 1, it says the link doesnt exist. I have not had any problems with my 2018 Traverse. I did have problems with my 2010 Traverse. The AC kept going out and the steering was making a funny noise when I would turn the wheel. After a few times in the shop, it seemed to have been corrected.

    When you click on the sight for the 20vrss survey it does not exist ????? I Love my 2018 Chevy, TRAX, you should know that, but you need to do a better job J.D. Powers of having your web sight there for us to respond……

    The hotlink provided does not work.
    You must manually enter the link.
    But even then the survey times out.
    2018 Buick LaCrosse is awesome, sorry to see GM’s folly.
    Not sure which sedan we will be buying next,
    Cadillac just doesn’t do it for us.
