    I thought that after reading the other reviews that the survey would be fixed, but it isn’t. So my 2020 CLA 250 isn’t like driving a Mercedes. It drives really hard, it’s not a smooth ride. I traded a 2016 C300, it drove alot smoother and quieter. When you start it up and it’s been cold outside or haven’t been driven for a day the engine is noisy, you always hear it running. Not as quiet as my C300 was, like it has the engine of an American made vechicle. Also the doors don’t open with the key in your hand, you have to physically unlock it with the key.

    Is it so difficult to enter the web address, then enter the passcode and start the survey. This is not working. When entering the address accordingly, you are redirected to a page asking to use another link.
    The S560 is small inside, does not have a lot of legroom in the back (compared to Audi A8), its trunk space is ridiculous small and I could not understand what this “box” does that you lower and place stuff into. The driver and passenger side pockets are too small and go so far back so you have to open the door to get you stuff out from way back. That car is not worth the money. Also too much technology that is unnecessary.

    The survey link didn’t work. However, I rate my Mercedes 300 a five star as it was an excellent buy. Wouldn’t hesitate to purchase another in a few years.

    My Mercedes E450 is very hard to drive with all the dash board and council buttons. Many make no sense and the owners manual is no help. Oh, the car drives like a new car but is too complicated for the average driver. There are no sites where you can get additional information.

    If you are having issues accessing the JD Powers survey it may be because of your browser version. I switched from my iPhone safari browser to my laptop Chrome browser and had no issues getting to the survey.

    I have purchased my 2015 Porsche Macan in 2017. Two years later the radio started to go out, initially for a few moments until after several months it stopped turning on all together. This year i had to pay for a replacement , lose to $3000. I wasn’t’t happy about that.

    Love my GLC. 5 star rating for it not your survey that I could not open. Brings your brand power down to zero. Of course you do not have to dispense with the supposed $50K giveaway if no one can actually take the survey.

    your survey is flawed and can’t be accessed following your instructions. Every link hijacks me to a different vendor. My brand new Mercedes has a mechanical problem with the starter, the garage tells us it’s the third time they’ve seen it. Car is 2 months old with under 1,000 miles and a piece of junk.

    It’s all but impossible to hook up with the correct online survey related to the mail request.
    Every time I receive an invitation to take one of your surveys, I’ve never been able to access it or it says it’s full.

    I really like the car, it is a safe car, when I am close to a car the car starts to beep to tell me that I close, another thing is when I am coming at a fast speed and I don’t brake on time it does it for me. The car impressed me so much, that I a thinking to buy one for my daughter.

    Survey, I can’t open nothing. I am pretty good with stuff like this. very difficult . How don’t see how jdpowers can get a right answer to there questions. I thought it was me having a issue , till scrolled down and saw how many other people were having the same problem.
