    My husband and I often visit the Grand Lux. This particular visit was not at all satisfactory. From the bathrooms being filty to the unpleasant surrounding guest to the food being burnt and salty and waiter not being attentive. We loved coming here but this last visit sadly will definitely remained sketched in my mind for me not to return to this establishment. Customer service definitely needs touching up with staff. He was friendly but not attentive to our needs. Rarely came to check on us to see how the food was and if we needed something else to drink. At that point we were just ready to go and pay our bill.
