Saludos , mi familia y yo solíamos asistir con frecuencia al Chillis ubicado en el centro comercial de Plaza Carolina , tristemente las últimas ocacione q fuimos fue tremendo fiasco , horror la host menus sucios su actitud , la comida fuera de lo acostumbrado en fin . Fui y le comenté al supervisor de turno el cual se disculpó con migo por lo sucedido y muy cordial mente nos escucho . Para mi gran sorpresa regresamos !!!! La host EXCELENTE SÚPER ORGANIZADA CORDIAL UNA ACTITUD ESPECTACULAR , ahí no acaba , me sentaron en el ares de la barra en donde una joven de nombre Génesis Camacho fue lo mejor que nos pudo pasar , SÚPER ATENTA , Rápida , EL MEJOR MOJITO Q ME EH TOMADO AHÍ LO PREPARO ELLA !!!! LOVE IT !!! El supervisor , el mismo caballero al cual le había dado el feedback . Sr. Juan Padilla le felicito por dar el resto por su compañía , por tener por fin empleados q saben lo q es el servicio al cliente ! Cabe descartar q volvemos

Saludos, quiero comentar mi experiencia el sábado 08/08/2020 en Montehiedra Town Center 5:18pm ,número de código 0015, pedí Chiken tacos, para mi sorpresa llegaron sobre papel y sin plantillas, hablo con la mesera Nicol que quedó igual de impresionada se los llevó y al rato cuando ya mi esposo había terminado su comida, me trajo un unos tacos fríos los cuales no pude comer.

I went to Chili’s in Somerset Kentucky with my wife we had the worst experience of our life Andrea was our server he was not pleasant whatsoever she had an attitude on her shoulders I informed her that I needed a receipt she acted like it was a crime for me to ask I had to wait for tortilla shells when I ordered my fajita my wife order chili and it was so salty you could not eat it the waitress said I will let them know not sorry not nothing I would love to work for you as a secret shopper and attend your location because you need a lot of work what’s your food and your waitress staff my number is 606 2 3 5 1270 and if someone will give us a call Mary Seat number is well it don’t stay on here if you’ll give me a call I’ll explain more thank you and have a blessed day

Best customer experience and food
Wow! With this virus stuff you’ld think you wouldn’t be too busy to put out a HOT FRESH WELL COOKED MEAL! But NO! Why! It’s not hard to make good food. I just spent $32 of my husbands hard earned money for what? Crappy food! The steak was cold and tough! My corn was not hot but in the foil. The onion petals were cold and soggy. Very little cold slaw! The salad was cold but ok! Chili was good! But that wasn’t mine to eat! We don’t live far from you so it’s not from it being a long drive or it being below zero outside it was 50 degrees and we have a heater in the truck! I am a rewards member and never got any chips or salsa! I really like your restaurant but I’m so depressed cause this was supposed to be my Mother’s Day meal yay!! I ate the salad and my Coke actually tasted like pop this time! I’m really unhappy! I truly would like my meal refunded! But That won’t happen cause I ate the salad and drank some of the Coke. This entire weekend, 5/1-3, I had Chilis for dinner.
The food was served hot by attentive servers.
By Sunday, the server recognized me by sight and brought my food to van as soon as I drove up.
I definitely will return. The 3 for $10 dinners are fabulous!!! I especially like the flavored mango & blackberry teas!!!

Server was great but the chips and salsa was very greasy in fact to greasy to eat should have been replaced with fresh ones but not offered, overall our salads was great.

Deer John. I visited the store in Taleguah OK today. It was 2 pm and the place was empty and I can tell you why. I had a breaded steak and my wife Salmon. The mashed potatoes were grey to light brown. They were clearly yesterday or the day before not sold (I hope) baked potatoes mashed up. The corn was very over cooked, probable from setting several hours or days. The gravy was so thick that I could scoup it on a fork and turn the fork upside down and it stayed. At least we got a good laugh for our $30. After we left we were hungry so we went to the taco truck. Next time we think Chili’s we are headed for the truck. Please don’t contact me…….no point.
Adult entree looks like a kids portion. Chicken cascade looks like chicken paste between a two crackers. No cheese, no ranch, no moisture , no taste. not worth $3 let alone $11.59.I’ll go to Mose’s where I can get a loaded cascade for a lot less.
