    Manager: Alfredo ID # 16910, was not attentive to my request in spite of obvious facts
    presented.Problem : Kaspersky Lab antivirus software had been forbidden by Feds to be distributed and I had requested refund for it ( it was renewed 1 month earlier). Bestbuy is one of the software distributors. Supprisingly I was refunded $44 dolars for $55 paid ( used it only for 1 month – should be 55:12=4.58 -> refund should have been $50.42 )

    I received an excellent service from Carl and Ali at Geeksqad . They were so patient and concerned about my situation. I have no words to express my gratitude to those young men. You guys are just awesome.. Thank you so much…I would give them 10 out of 10.

    Vaughn and Nick set up our home entertainment TV in January and they both returned last week to replace our module that had a defect. Both of these men are true gentlemen and efficient workers. It was a pleasure to work with them. Sam Boyer and Joan Funk Order# 38427650.

    I was really impressed by the technician who installed my security system,although the Arlo system is a new product and new in the market. He was so attentive to all my questions and explain it so well. And very polite and courteous. Thank you for sending to install our new home security system.

    I thought I was assisted thoroughly and competitively in every respect, as well as in a patient and friendly manner. Via support and expertise, of agents’ Jon, Rob, and Mike. No questions were left unanswered, and I was thankful for choosing BestBuy for my laptop selection. In addition everyone provided valuable help, information, and other services to help me get started with my new purchase.

    This past month dealing with geek squad and the people who work have been nothing but disastrous. This is also the same experience I received from one of the supervisors who was rude and made it seem like it was no issue that I had already received four defected phones. All of this is a hassle that I should not have experienced when I only put a claim for a broken phone screen. I will never get the geek squad protection plan again and now do not even want a smart phone. These issues never occurred when I had an iPhone or had sprint as my protection plan provider. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. Even now when I sent my phone in, I did not get a confirmation. For every single thing I had to call every 3-5 days and wait 30 mins to get people who didn’t know what they were doing to fix my issue. I put multiple complaints when I called and I had called about 10-15 times. I would like someone to see the whole file complaint because one woman was the one who helped and did anything to fix the problem.

    I want to complement the Geek Squad Supervisor,Toby Nelson at the Corpus Christi, Texas Best Buy Store. Our original HP PC purchase was on Nov. 18, 2016. it was too slow so we returned it and purchased a faster one. It turned out the Geek Squad technician, Bryan discovered it was the modem that was the problem, so he called our provider, Spectrum and they were not able to correct it from the office so we had to set up appt. to replace modem. I called the 800-433-5778 to schedule appt. after new modem was installed but no one showed up. I called Toby “again” & she was most courteous and helpful. She called to see what was going on & found out they did not have me in the system. She scheduled an appt. for me & sent Bryan out to finish the job. I was so relieved because at that point I was unnerved to say the least. I can not say how much I appreciate all the help that both Toby & Bryan gave me. They both were so courteous & helpful. I will surely use them again & recommend them to my friends.

    I would like to personally take the opportunity to thank the Valley Stream NY store Geek squad management for their true professionalism. Fawwaaz and Mike the two managers are true professionals and are an asset to the store and their department. They made buying my mercahndise so much easier with their knowledge and experience. I will personally tell my contacts to go to the Valley Stream NY store. Great personnel.

    I wanted to complement a Geek Squad Technical Associate! Went to the Conroe, Texas Best Buy/Geek Squad location. 00865-293590197 Service Ticket. Michael was absolutely so much help. Was having a really bad day (2 hostile phone calls) while Michael was assisting me with the computer. He was so helpful and considerate. He also said he wanted me to leave with a smile. I went from mad to glad during my visit and did leave with a positive attitude/smile. He went above and beyond to help me out. Michael really did a fabulous job. His professionalism and positive attitude was very much appreciated and he really does deserve an “atta-boy” for my visit. He was knowledgeable, considerate and it made for a fun visit. Best Geek Squad visit ever! Met his supervisor Rudy to tell him what a great job Michael did and Rudy was awesome as well. The new “air” within the Squad area was very “customer service oriented with a personal flare.” Big change from previous visits. Give Rudy an “atta-boy” as well. Very impressed and very pleased with the service from beginning to end. They are both “keepers”. It has renewed my opinion of “not-so-great transactions in the past” to “way to go and thanks so much”. Please reward Michael on a job well done! I felt like I mattered as a customer and as a person. Thanks to all. I WILL RECOMMEND GEEK SQUAD TO OTHERS! Michael, I hope you get a bonus! If I was not unemployed, I would have left you a great tip. Keep up the great work.
