Good service at dfc branch by Loreen, really friendly and helpful. Tasty food, big enough portions sizes except cajun pasta. Great experience.
Nice serving, very approachable and good food
Bedford Park, IL Fridays. Ate here twice this week. Ganii and Andrea waited on me. Both were great, friendly and helped me find foods to meet the diet I’m on.
Tonight we went to 8041 Concord mills blvd at 8:15, waited 15 minutes before our waitress came out to us. Ordered our food by 8:45 we still had not gotten our drinks or even seen the waitress. With only 5 other tables you would think service would be better. So we decided to leave as well as another table who was being ignored. Terrible we won’t be going back there.
Dede is the best. Our waitress is so busy almost forgot us but Dede when we ask Dede to help us .she so quick to help us .store#0578
Edlyn was incredible, kind, and fast with orders at Tyson Corner. Go to this location. You will love it and Edlyn.
I love my food. Kim was very awesome I would love to have her again
Store number 2590 Northlake Mall Dr., Charlotte shut there for over 20 minutes waiting for somebody to wait on me bartender seat at me at the table the Booth they put me it was very very dirty The food was better than the takeout that I had a few days before delivered by DoorDash staff there were not friendly and couldn’t be bothered did not even leave a tip you need to have an inspection on this place for sure
Very disappointed I was very shocked at how expensive my visit was. I ordered boneless wings for $11.19 and all I got was dried out wings with celery. My daughter ordered chicken fingers for $14.78. Plus $8 for our two drinks. So you expected us to pay $44.84 for our our disgusting lunch. You have lost our business!!!! Thank you, Kari Manteufel (720)369-1420
I’m sorry to say but the experience I had tonight at Fridays was absolutely terrible( Fridays in Everett) . We used to love eating out there but unfortunately will not be returning thats how bad it was. The food was just ok.. Not great but okay. The service was the problem. Not only did she have a bad attitude she was talking about us to another party who I believe were her friends by the way they were talking. That party just kept staring over at us and shaking there head as if we we wrong. Back to the food. I ordered steak and she never asked me how I wanted it cooked. So when she brought out the steak it was rare and I asked her why she didn’t ask me how I wanted it cooked. Her reply was ” I’m not that kinda waitress. Exact words. We had 4 drinks on the table and asked for refills which she wasn’t happy about. As she put down the refills she just left the old empty cups so there was 8 cups on the table. That’s just petty compared to the way this lady treated us. Very very very unprofessional.
We use to take the children every other Friday to TGI Oak Park, IL, Woodridge, IL and when traveling south Champaign, IL. Today, we have grandchildren. Oak Lawn, IL was “horrible “ The Host was not a greeter, The Waiter/Server took our order, brought our food and we didn’t see the person until we ask for the check. The Quality of the Food was not hot, not tasty, bland and dry. The only positive was the Facility was clean and it was comfortable.
The TGI in north Miami Beach on Biscayne are no longer accepting state issue ID’s that are not horizontal. I’m sorry but your going to lose a lot of business because my ID is not expired and I (With many others) refuse to buy another ID just to get serve drinks here. My state ID is still valid. I have no problems with any other restaurant but this one. Please have this ID policy reviewed it makes no sense and it’s unfortunate your turning down profit because my ID is not a printed going a certain angle.
Store #2108, Fridays in the New Orleans casinos Las Vegas. We were greeted so graciously at the door and was ask if we would like to have a seat but we told them we would sit at the bar. After sitting at the bar for 7 minutes or so the bartender Kelly came up we asked if we can order here. After receiving some type of a look in a long pause she ask for one of the other waitress to help us. Now mind you the store was busy in the restaurant that’s why we sit at the bar, because the only thing that she was doing was complaining to another employee that was standing at the door. Kelly came off very very rude and not only did I recognize it the other tables around us recognized it, but the only good thing that came out of this was Madison. She overheard and asked if she could take our order even though it was not her section . In today’s time I know it’s hard to ask for good customer service but I can say Madison gave the best customer service that I have ever had at a TGI Fridays. All 5’s for Madison and 1’s for Kelly.
You know it is quite annoying to get sucked into all the rewards programs offered by Fridays resturants especially around Christmas . being told you have enough points for a entree meal or more .
Then plan a night a night out choosing Fridays over other resturants only to be told that they have improved the loyalty program and we have to reset our password.
In doing so it will not take any new password ….in essence losing any points..Making a customer feel bad in error over something that is beyond there control.
This is no way to keep a customer as something that sticks in the memory will not be quickly forgotten. There are just to many other places to spend ones money.
waitress have been sympathetic but have no power to fix the problem only being able to add point.
My wife and I brought our son (20 and special needs). We entered the restaurant at 11:40 AM on Sunday and sat ourselves in a booth in the bar area. There were three other people there at the time and no one in the restaurant portion. Our server (the bartender) was at our table fairly quickly and introduced herself. Good so far. She took our drink order and appetizer order. She couldn’t explain the lunch for $12.95 table stand, But, ok. We also gave her our food order – a sizzling omelet for my son, a fajita salad for myself and a steak for my wife.
She went away, delivered my son’s iced tea in 3-4 minutes. My beer came about 10 minutes later at around the same time as our fried green beans. Another 10 minutes before my wife’s mojito showed up. The young lady had a recipe card out to make it, so clearly se was new at this. And, she was by herself. It showed up 30 seconds after my salad.
So, we now all have our drinks, we have the appetizer, and I have my meal. My son’s omelet cam about 20 minutes later, and as I am waiting for their food to arrive, I’ve not eaten mine. Another minutes and I asked her of my wife’s food was coming anytime soon. She looked confused, and went to check. She clearly did not place the order, or they didn’t make it. In either event, when she came and said that they could make it “real quick”, I instructed her to cancel it.
So, we got drinks one at a time, spread by pretty big increments in time, and food delivered one at a time over rather large periods of time. Again, my wife never got hers.
My wife said not to blame the bartender/waitress as she was obviously training, but she had no help (if she was training), and the rest of the operation was equally inept. As she was our face to the franchise, I could only consider her.
The store was the one in Columbia, MD.
We have been long-time users of TGIF at this facility, and use the points system.
They also couldn’t quite figure out how to get us the points applied and use of points toward our meal, and had to have a manager come take care of that. So, 5-10 minutes later, I asked the waitress if we were getting our bill. Again, she looked confused.
Overall, we spend 70 minutes.
Perhaps one of the worst dining experiences for a long time!
I went to TGI Fridays Sunday afternoon to enjoy a boubon burger before the diet started back on Monday.
I was promptly seated and Kaitlyn offered prompt service. I ordered my burger and a glass of water. I actually had my food on the table within 60 seconds of ordering it. Sounds good? Not really. Shortly after, Kaitlyn returned with my water. She said wow (with a confused look on her face). I said, yes, quick service, but it is cold. She very willingly took my food back to the kitchen, where they put the whole plate in the oven.
I was obviously eating someone elses food that had been sitting out. I was afraid to say anything else because of what may have ended up on my burger (dirt from the floor, a little spit? Who knows.
This was the worse experience i have ever had at any restaurant. It seemed like moral was lacking in this store, which may have had something to do with the lack of pride and professionalism.
Due to the amount of retailers going out of business, i feel its important to share these experiences so things can be corrected as needed.

Steak was fatty and not worth the $23 I paid. Service was great with waiter.
I recently was at TGIF on Solomon’s Island Road, Annapolis Harbour Center. Was there around 2 P.M. There was just a handful of people there before me. I waited a bit to be seated to my table, waited some more to give my order. Then I waited almost 25 mins for my food. I actually had to ask my server, Eddie, how much longer it was going to be and that I was getting annoyed and was going to leave out. He told me that a woman came in after me and ordered take out and that they were taking care of her first. I told him I was going to leave if my food wasn’t ready and within 30 seconds, he appeared with my food. The food was horrible and dry and the shrimp was the smmallest I had ever seen. Not only did I wait a long time for the food, in the end, the food was awful. I was totally disappointed and will never go back to TGIF again!
Sara Latt was extremely helpful and genuine when I and my wife dined while at store 1904. She put effort into making us feel welcomed and pleased. The food was great and I,in particular, was in great need of food. The manager, Jason Taminsky, was also very concerned about whether my wife and I were pleased. He also was very professional and genuine. Please do all you can to retain and promote them. I do not think that to do so would be a mistake. Please also take note of the fact that Caren also did a very good job serving me and my wife. She was indeed very attentive and kind. John Duncan
Your Parsippany NJ location needs your attention. I visited your location on 03/31/19 at 8pm and it was as if the place was closed. Walked up to the bar to order take out, bar unattended, waited at least 5 to 10 minuted before anyone even acknowledged me. Placed my order , got home to find a side missing. This location reminds me of when my local kmart was going out of business. You guys better WAKE UP!!!!!
Very disappointed. For location at colesville road in silver spring, MD. Servers were great but food was the worst I have had in a long time. Front entrance had obvious sign of neglect. The music was tad bit too loud. Location needs better cook and oversight.
Looking for a bite to eat and decided to give TGI FRIDAYS @ 24 Ocean Shore Blvd Ormond Beach, FL 32176 a try….BAD DECISION! The first thing that caught my attention was a table of guests who brought their pet along…. My thought was, I had no idea that pets were allowed, but decided to stay…Once our food finally arrived, a different person other than our server brought out our tray of food. She looked for somewhere to sit the tray of food. Her options were a CLEAN table or the DIRTY table that just happen to be the one where the guests and dog DINED..
To my surprise, she chose the DIRTY table!! When did it become OK to serve guest meals from a DIRTY table?
Dining at Alabang Town Center TGIF, was really a disaster!! They served our chicken without a rice for about 15 mins after we ordered.. then after 30 minutes rice came in .. the chicken was already cold then when we’re about to leave to Tony Romas theres this manager named Anne said she will give us a complimentary whatever we like.. just not to leave and she actually assist us til the end but when bill came in she still charged us for the brownie which she said was the complimentary…then when we asked her to explain she aint come.. the real manager came in named Julia said Anne aint a manager she was part of the sales team etc.. the complimentary is not granted.. three things happened.. First is slow service, they’re bein disrespectful from not getting Anne’s explanation re the scenario, then fooling us with the cake?? how about i dont have enough money to purchase it.. what a disaster!! train ur managers how to communicate and do the customer service! Fuck alabang TGIF worst service and disrespectful.. We’ve been so loyal to bistro restaurants.. we never ever treated like this… especially dennys tgif .. moa, glorietta, bgc.. Alabang!!! worst!! ever!!!
Good Customer service and support
Absolutely great tasting food, can’t put details in for survey, there goes my 20% off by next bill, if I go back!!!!
OEBXJC6IWQDZ We can not complete the survey…3rd time. Fix you stuff
My husband and I usually go to the TGIF in Rockville Centre but we live closer to the Valley Stream location so we decided to give them yet another chance. We sat at the bar which was not crowded and waited 20 minutes to be acknowledged. The bartender was not friendly in the beginning but made a good drink. We ordered our entrees only and waited 30 minutes for one order and another 20 minutes for the second order. By the time the second order came, we had already shared the first order and just returned the second order out of disgust and frustration. The manager Derrick was unfriendly and unconcerned. This was our second time giving this location a chance since it’s so close to home but trust me we won’t try again because the service and the manager suck.
I went to Tgif friday night and had a terrible time. Me and my friend went to get dinner and was seated pretty quickly. After that it took 20 minutes for our server to even greet us. I ordered water and my friend orddered a long island ice tea. After 10 minutes He ended up getting his mixed drink before i got my water. We were not given straws and my friend did not receive silver wear. We had to ask another server to bring us straws and when he did, he threw them and darted away. At this time i am starting to get frustrated because it was about another 15 before we saw our server again. We were both starving and just wanted to eat, but at this time we were not happy with the service we had received. So we paid for his drink and left. We ended up eating at applebees and had a fantastic time.
The TGI cimment app sucks as bad as their service in the Manchester NH location. I dont have a receipt, because I gave up eaiting for them to help me. I took the time to fill out the service because it is not finding the location, even though I am using the correct zip for the location I teied to order at. So I will post the whole thing here.
Manchester NH location is aweful. Manager was too busy bs’ing and flirting with the waitresses to notice. After waiting over 10 minutes to place a to go order that the hose said would just be a minute and someone would come take my order, I walked out. In that 10 minutes, I watched 3 waitresses come up and complain to the host that they were bored or unhappy, but none ever acknowledged my presence to take my order, just 5 feet away from them. One of the 2 bartenders was active, but the ither was standing around waiting to do something.
On several different occasions and different waitresses, when paying cash, these waitresses give NO CHANGE for the odd cents.
By example if your guest check total $22.03, and you give her $30.00, your cash change should be $7.97, instead you are given $7.00.
The receipt total is rounded to the next dollar in the waitress favor.
I’ve experienced the thievery, and yes, I do me stealing on more than two occasions. I recently asked the waitress WHY?…
…and she gave me
E a weak excuse of how much trouble it is to give or make the change. Imagine a world where all change and receipts are rounded up in the establishments favor . TGI Fidays is not the Internal Revenue.
Stay away from store number 00245
Very bad experience on three different visits. Please contact me, for detailed examples of my experience.
In addition your web site and physical telephone contact is not user friendly for inserting information.
It seems you don’t really want to improve your business or customer loyalty.
Thank you
Brilliant food..so prompt seeing there was 15 of us. Service and smiles brilliant. Just a brilliant night
The waitress was a terrible server it took for ever for us to get our food and we had to ask for things several times before received them it was a bad experience for my first time eating in this establishment
We visited your outlook in One Utama 1-5-2017 (Malaysia public holiday) at 12pm and we ordered Grill Lamb and kids pizza.
Waiter came back and informed these two is off the menu today.
I replaced it with Taco and again he came back and informed off the menu.
I asked how come? Waiter said due to yesterday peak on Sunday many items off the menu.
~isn’t it every Sunday will be peak?
~Public holiday quill be more peak? More customers?
~Fail to plan for replenish?
~estimate of after Sunday is public holiday which is more customers, but many items off the menu???
This is very disappointing….
Had dinner at TGIF Green Acres mall yesterday evening. The food was served before the beverage. The fries were limp and cold. It took the server over 35 moninutes to serve the main course. Never again. I asked for a strawberry daiquiri and supppisedly it had captain Morgan rum. It tasted like a slushy. All ice and one frozen strawberry. Disgusting.
Sunday night… after a long shift at work at just want to stop by one of my favorite place for a drinks and some appetizers. Everything was going smooth not until one your bartender (Ruben) decide to do his job… I place my (Food)order with him and it took over 30 minutes for simple order of mozzarella stick…. he didn’t even bother check on my order and even let me know the status on muly order. My glass drinks was empty he didn’t even try to offer me another drink… I finally decide to ask him about my order but when I did … he literary give me a nasty body language…. as customer I felt like his action were a very poor customer service. I use to be a server and Bartender… Let me tell you that when you work behind the bar … it means that you got own it… by doing your job and making sure everyone is happy. Last I had a bad experience thanks to your bartender…

Wednesday evening about 7:00 pm we tried to have dinner at your amherst nh restaurant. we walked in and about 30 seconds later a waitress came up front and stated that the hostess would be right with us as she was a trainee. another 30 seconds and the hostess did show up. we requested a table ,just 2 of us.she fumbled at the desk with 2 pieces of paper.i believe table locations .there were at least 10 tables available.she rechecked the papers and said she would be right back.we waited for a bout 2-3 minutes .when she didn’t come back we decided to leave.at this time i did not think the place was busy and this should not of happened.when i left i drove past the front doors, still nobody there at the desk.will most likely not be back.i have never had this type of problem here before .whats going on ?
TGIF should invest in margarita machines for the restaurant. The blender makes the drinks watery. If you guys had a margarita machine your margarita sells will sky rocket.
You could tell that our Survey was torn off on the bottom of my receipt. Apparently they didn’t want us to fill out the survey!
Our experience at TG I Fridays #2476 in Syracuse , New York was terrible. We didn’t have any dressing on the Cesar salad, We asked for it and the waitess came back twice without it, finally 15 minutes later we got the dressing, the waitess said she had to wait for them to bring it out to her, our fries didn’t come out until we were completely done with our dinner and that’s because we asked were they were, it took several minutes to get to alcoholic beverages from the bar when we first sat down and there was no ice in our ice teas. The waitress sent the manager to our table and he apologized. The manager should’ve taken the fries off of the bill.
