    Up until recently we have enjoyed coming to First Watch, unfortunately our last visit on Sunday September 24th this view has changed for us.

    This past Sunday my family of three celebrating my husband birthday, we waited over one hour to be seated for breakfast. While several tables in and outside seem emptied, when asked the cashier/hostess indicated that she was unable to place anyone at the tables. We waited since my husband wanted breakfast, within that time we watch several potential customers leave without service and very upset.

    Some Concerns:
    • Names not written in the system correctly
    • The person who called out the names, her voice was so low, that many customers wanted to know if she was calling for them
    • Service to the tables and cleaning the tables was very slow
    • The food itself was of very poor quality (Inspired Italian- It came with salad and it lack freshness, no flavor and unsure if they place any dressing on it. The omelet was not completely cooked)
    • Tap water was not refreshing
    • Immediately after reaching home two out of three suffered from diarrhea
    • Receipt – Missing the 15 digit number to complete the survey
    Good:
    • Server Ellen was nice, but looked really tired / over worked. Error was made with the toast, but she corrected it immediately.
    • She was cleaning her own tables, while others seem to have nothing to do.

    New first watch decorations make you feel icky and dirty. Not a place to relax. Bad idea.
