    I often stop at a Denny’s when I am traveling. The Denny’s in Warrenton, MO on Veteran’s Memorial Parkway is the worst one I have experienced. The wait staff is young and inexperienced. The young many who waited on my did not know the menu. I ordered a Cobb salad with prime steak and a side of mashed potatoes. The prime steak and mashed potato were great. The salad was dry and tasteless. I told the waiter that the salad should have had dressing. His reply was “Not to disagree with you but customers usually ask for the dressing.” He did not ask me about my dressing choice, which is a reflection of his inexperience.

    The card machine and entrance door were greasy and filthy. This wait staff crew needs training.

    Service was horrible. We can hear the kitchen fussing about food orders. Waited 45minuets of my meal break to get undercooked food. My waitress was awsome all the other service was horrible. I come often on my meal break. The manger says that it is the fault of the kitchen because they are new. So I am suppose to have horrible service beacuse the staff in the kitchen is new. I really wated to give no stars

    Kim who works at the Denny’s location in O’Fallon, Illinois is a 5 star waitress. So is Nate who is the cook at the same resturant location.

    PLEASE Please please let the Norridge Denny’s restaurant go back to being OPEN 24hrs!!! Us older or disabled customers are loosing too much weight. Thankyou, Dennis B.

    We ate @ Dennys’s Restaurant # 7372 on East Harry in Wichita Kansas yesterday, Saturday July 18th @ about 12:30 PM. Our city has a mask requirement as well as social distancing due to a high incidence of covid 19. The hostess did not have a mask on, one waiter & one waitress wore masks, however, our waitress & the others wore theirs on their chins leaving their mouths & noses uncovered. 2 of the 3 people preparing food did not have their noses covered & one I couldn’t see & don’t know if he wore one or not. I know masks are hot & uncomfortable but this is putting people @ risk. If they aren’t compliant with wearing masks I question their compliance with cleaning (my chair had food particles on it when we were seated) and washing their hands. We weren’t offered refills on our water until just before finishing our meals.
    I can’t use your survey because the security on my computer flags it as unsafe!

    went to the denny’s restaurant store #7868 in everett washington , the service was slow , and the food was cold , ordered the original grand slam , the eggs were stone cold and the pancakes were cold and the bacon tasted old

    Friday, 1/31, three friends and I decided to give Denny’s (#7188) in El Cerrito, CA another chance. For months we’ve not had good experiences at this restaurant. It’s understaffed and those working there are run ragged attempting to keep customers happy. This was our latest experience:
    Walked into the restaurant at 5:50 p.m., one of the two workers working in the restaurant area was attempting to ring up a customer’s order. Unable to get this done she had to find the other worker to enter whatever was needed to complete the order. There were only these two individuals working in the front. No manager was apparently on site.
    Then another customer arrived to pick-up an order. More waiting, worker did apologize for the delay in seating.
    Finally seated at 6:00, given the menus, waited 20 minutes before order was taken. We were offered coffee, one included decaf. There would be a delay for decaf since it was being brewed. Decaf didn’t arrive for another 10+ minutes.
    The couple at the neighboring table was so frustrated waiting for their meal, the husband got up to look for a wait staff member. They had been waiting 30 minutes for their order.
    We finally placed our order, then, the wait began again. Thirty minutes later our meal was delivered. One friend ordered an omelet; it was to come with hash browns. Would you believe it came with French fries!
    I felt so bad for Mario G who was attempting to keep all of his customers happy.
    This franchise used to run so well when the original owners ran it, but it has gone downhill for several years. After talking with a former employee it appears hours are kept to a minimum I would imagine to not have to pay health benefits. I realize that’s the way many restaurants operate, but changing that mindset would most likely make an operation run more effectively. Maybe they should part with some of their profits to make working there enjoyable for the workers and guests.

    I’m very satisfied with the service and staff at the Denny’s location in East Colonial and Alafaya, is a big change from the 90s to a present time how the improvement and Innovation transform this location with a very professional staff and and the manager I just met Mr. Laboy who always greet us each time we are there. Nice and clean restaurant compare to others. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    I wish there was a NEGATIVE RATING.
    This is the second time we went to Dennys at 1758 w Hunt Hwy, Queen Creek, Az. 85242 and had to wait a veeeeeeerrrrrryyyyyy. long time. Was not even busy. The lady came in after us and had her food before the customers who came before us even had their order taken. we walked out another time, no one would seat us. waitresses at this location are bad, ours was Krystal S.

    I just wanted to recognize Michael S, an employee who works at the Denny’s at 3960 Everhard Rd. in North Canton, Ohio. 44709. Michael was our waiter on the eve of Friday, November 22, 2019. Michael was awesome and the best waiter we’ve had in a very long time. He smiled and was very nice, pleasant, polite, attentive, and was just an overall excellent waiter. He always came around at just the right time. He was hesitant to reach in front of my husband when handing me my coffee. I thought that was so nice. So I met him and took my coffee. Denny’s should have more employees like Michael. I think he should be recognized for his excellence. Thank you!

    Only because negative rating wasn’t an option! Several things-
    Messed up order
    Sent the order back twice
    Glasses dirty
    Cooks mocked the order loud enough to hear for my table
    Cook showed lack of pride in the food they sent out
    Waiter did the best he could

    Sat oct 19, we try to having breakfast @ dennys San Deigo # 9501
    hostess name Joanna is really bad…. she can see when I walk in with 89 yrs old man which is my husband uncle, his sister was big ( we re 4 persons )
    How could you put us in 2 seat table in this restaurant ?
    which is you have the other table
    I believe when you took this job …you should know better ???
    So I ask her …this is not gonna to fit all of us in here .
    Do you have another table ??
    lucky….dennys rest, i was with the other sibling if not i will get out from this stupid place

    Excellent Service at Denny’s Restaurant #8065 at 5570 Pacific Coast Highway Long Beach CA 90804. Everyone is really friendly. Angelica G was our server “Great Customer Service” and always asking if we needed anything else and if we liked our food. Thank you

    The service at Latrobe Pennsylvania (store 9571) is a restaurant is very good my servers name was Ava and we got her last time two very sweet girl great service went above and beyond. Definitely a raise! Promotion maybe?

    My husband & I visited your Dallas, Tx #8607 location on Fri 7/26 @ 8:42am. Had the 55+ Scr Egg/Chz Breakfast..Awesome Meal. Awesome Job Kitchen Staff! Waitress Ms Belinda B..The GREATEST!! THANK-YOU BELINDA!! What A Value! Way To Go Denny’s. Will DEFINITELY BE BACK WHEN WE COME BACK THRU THE AREA!! KUDO’S! KEEP UP THE GREAT JOB!!!

    Worst experience ever at the Genesee st. Buffalo N.Y. Dennys. Took 20 mins just to get regular drinks. Took 20 more minutes for my family member to get the sauce he ordered, just a cup of sauce. Server never came back to our table. Watched our food sit in the window for at least 45 mins and it was all ice cold when it got to the table, all 6 of us had cold food. My husband’s sandwich was not correct. Neither the manager or the server apologized for the inconvenience or the situation. Would not recommend eating there ever again.

    First off,
    I would like to mention that I enjoy your restaurant. Today I had a server her name was Charee this was in the Wenatchee Wa. 98801 store #6206
    I don’t know if she is a racial type of person. But we got there before the other party got there they were a bunch of elderly women caucasian. Charee when over to their table and tended to them first. I didn’t pay no mind. I just wanted to be served. When she finished with them she came over to our table and asked what Would it be. My daughter wanted chocolate chip pancakes i wanted to substitute some items. I had mentioned;
    I would pay the extra cost. She mentioned back that she wasn’t able to do this. I said yes you can I have done this before. She started to get aggressive.
    I was there with my family and I did not like her attitude .I had mentioned to her she did not need to get angry.
    I am a customer and would like to be served like everybody else. She then left angry. I had talked to the manager mentioned what had happened he was kind and said he would take care of that situation. We then got a different server and her name was Daniela. She was very awesome. I left a heavy tip for her. I have been coming to this restaurant for a long time. I am a repeat customer. I am palled that I would have to deal with such negativity. And that my children had to see this womans aggressiveness she needs to quit or find another job that does not deal with the public. Sincerely Tomas Urbina.

    No where on your survey does it ask if your silverware, or coffee cup was clean. The answer would be no. Did the sever ask if all was okay? No, didn’t get wheat toast, not sure what it was. But no one cared. And I am pretty sure the waiter could feel the crap on the handle of my cup but brought it to me. I had to show him. Wow, just wow is all I can say. First and last trip. There has to be other places in Augusta to eat my next trip but Dennys will not be it. With flu as bad as it is vetting clean stuff to drink and eat from should not be to much to ask for but I guess there are many different types of clean depends on the person.some are higher then others I guess. Sorry but I like clean stuff to eat with or drink from kind of makes you nervous about the shape the plate was in before they put the food on it. Was not impressed with your idea of clean.when checking out cashier never even asked about our sevice, but she did come up to check us out with food in her mouth at least she wasn’t rude and speak with food in her mouth.

    Horrible experience in Lebanon NH. No follow up from waitress on how our meal was. I ordered a half order of nachos (I’ve had them before and liked them) and they were so bad I ate maybe 3 chips. She never asked me why I was leaving a full plate of food. She never stopped to refill waters or coffee. We didn’t even see her from when she brought the food till she dropped the check. When paying the cashier never really looked at us. Absolutely no eye contact. He did ask how our meal was (robotic like question) and we said “just ok” and he never questioned us as to why. Just a very bad experience. Do not plan on going back.

    I was traveling through Phoenix,Az. on my way to Texas. We stopped at Dennys #8574 The service was great.We were greeted with a bright smile and sat immediately by Monique who was also our server. The food was hot,drinks refilled in a timely manner without even asking her. She even suggested we have the lava cake for dessert. Best service I have ever had hands down.

    I just ate at your Denny’s location in Vernon on 32nd Street. I was seated and served by Erin W. I asked for a cheesecake with no sauce but whipped cream instead. She served up the best version of what I ordered that I have seen. She also offered to refill my hot chocolate without me asking. She was pleasant and asked at each stage of my meal if everything was to my satisfaction. I eat at Denny’s often because of my travelling, your restaurant’s 24 hour service, history with the Gaglardi family and great investment that the stock is. Erin is maybe the best employee I have run across as an ambassador of your organization. Keep up the good work.

    I visited your location at IH-35 in Schertz, TX where GM Clorissa was running show to encourage and support staff responding to a very busy weekend. Although this occurred on 10/27/18; she assisted server Dorothy and others to make sure orders were done properly; timely; and all of this with a smile.

    The communication with staff was refreshing and friendly that it got my attention, and I shared my observation with her. Also, I mentioned same to Clorissa’s Regional Manager Sonny: Keep great work going!

    I went there today and they took our drinks order really fast , so we decide to order some wings and a order of wraps, 45min later no food on our table but the table that got seat ten minutes after us got there appetizer and food and we are talking about the same waiter so I finally decide to go to the front and ask to pay for the coffee and drink that we got at the beginning, so the manager as the waiter about the order and he reply’s I put it in, that’s all he say so I told the manager I just want it to pay for the coke and coffee and leave, she got mad about it and didn’t even say sorry or apologize at all. I won’t go back to this location anymore ..

    Food was good but took over an hour after we ordered for Out breakfast The server was not available took me over 30 mins to get a drink was not happy at the end we asked for the bill and the server didn’t come back for 15 mins we had to go to the front and get it reprinted

    How can I start… we order milkshakes and water forty minutes later still no water and just got to put in orders of simple breakfast order 15 minutes later sorry batter is no good do you want something else still waiting on water “ excuse me !!! “ act as if I don’t see you and walk away.. finally get someone to get us water hour later still no food if there was something else around here I would have left long time ago never been to a place that is so unorganized and full of excuses…. half empty restaurant and you cannot even get eggs and French toast out in a timely manner…. thank god im not the boss because I would have closed the placed down and fired everyone..

    Food was decent but the portions were very small, less than 1/2 of what we used to get for this meal! Very few vegetables in the food other than onions. Service was average at best. Not likely to go back there for a meal unless there is a reason for us to believe that our experience next time would be much better.

    Visiting from out of state, this store # 1297 San Antonio TX. I gave a score of 5. Dianna our server made us feel welcome, and the food came to us in a timely matter and hot. Dianna you’re doing an exceptional great job. No matter what keep that positive attitude.

    STAY AWAY from Denny’s #7700!!! With the exception of 1 waitress, these people have NO idea how to serve folks! First, the tables hadn’t been bussed and were dirty/filthy. Next, we waited for over 20 minutes to have our order taken. Third, the order wasn’t right and the iced tea tasted like it was a week old. When we complained, the waitress copped an attitude and refused to come back to our table, so we spoke to the manager and another waitress (she volunteered to take-over our table). If not for her, we probably would STILL have been waiting for our food!

    My husband and I went for breakfast at the Willowbrook Denny’s this morning! As usual Our waitress Kim was amazing! She always provides us with such great service! Always checking to make sure everything is perfect! My husband ordered the veggie skillet as he always does! It was delicious! Excellent breakfast!
