    My food was made wrong. I was upset asked for the manger early in my meal .. on 09.13.2017 . I never seen the manager and was told shell be right there since she didnt see us i asked for her name and corprates number. Feleesha . I did notice how much she was on the phone and sitting at the counter. I was not helpes so me and my wife left .

    My server Brittany did a very good job. She came to our table every minute to make sure we was okay.

    Blinds were Dirty! Leftover creamer on the table from the ppl before…i asked for new creamer and the waitress tells me all the creamer is ‘left out’. Food was legit Cold!!! Asked for the Santa Fe Skillet along with the meal….never got the Toast to go with it yet got charged!!! Food dropped off…and waitrless never even came to see how we were doing!!!!…..oh…but did ask from 3 TABLES AWAY if we needed more coffee!!! And to TOP IT Off….i noticed Dirty Dish!!!!

    Soy cliente habitual y en las últimas tres ocasiones no han tenido los ingredientes completos para el desayuno…luego la gerente de turno del día 27de agosto 17 (7:30am)en el dennys de mayaguez despues de haberle informado la situación no fue amable al tratar el asunto, entiendo q la misma no representa los mejores intereses de tan importante empresa…el trato del mesero fue excelente.

    We drove 40 minutes just to get there ,they seated us and left us sitting for half an hour w/o asking us what we wanted to drink!Not only us but a bunch of other people started complaining about it too!We asked if we could get our order done and they never did,not only that the waiters clothes were all dirty and some other waiters were laughing at what was going on.We were tired of waiting so we got up and left.Terrible Service.

    I decided to take a friend who was in from out of town to breakfast at Denny’s located in Akron on I think home or how Avenue what a bad idea that was considering it was my first time there and definitely my last first of all they did not have the juice that my friend ordered that was featured on their menu I believe it was a mixed berry juice in my server got an attitude with me because she didn’t have the juice we wanted we should have got up and left right then but we decided to stay because we were hungry long story short food was terrible service was terrible and from what I could hear from the kitchen from where I was sitting they were having major problems as well I definitely won’t be returning to this location

    I was in Denny’s on home Avenue this past Saturday, August 19 I have been in there a few times in the past and they never seem to have it 100% together but this last time that I was in there I had a young lady named Shannon as my server and it was the absolute most horrific experience I have had at a restaurant no one seem to have it together and my server seem to be in a very bad mood now I am scared to go back to Denny’s again not only were they out of half of the things I wanted my server was mad at the world over all just a terrible experience and I would not recommend it to anyone

    Today is my Birthday and thought I would treat myself to breakfast at Denny’s . It has been a while since going there .I ordered. Offer juice and omelet the 55 plus and a side order of bacon . When it arrives I open the omelet to look inside and a lot of bits of Burnt bacon or scraps from the grill !! Very Disappointing !!!!i sent it back and still was asked to pay for my bacon and coffe Really??
    And I’m a Retured combat veteran . Really didn’t expect my meal to be that bad …

    We eat breakfast at the Denny’s on power Rd. near the 60 freeway and have a wonderful experience. Tracy is our favorite waitress because she has a marvelous personality and cares greatly about her customers.

    i worked there about 9 months and so far i had a great experience. The customers are great the cooks and one of the best and the server assistants are even better. the servers are really good to there customers. The mangers are one of the best mangers you could ever have and care so much about the company. Dennys store is one of the best store you can go and eat and enjoy anytime of the day. so if anyone is looking where to eat come at anytime of the day and you will enjoy!

    On 6/16/17 from 12:00 Pm we had excellent service from Jo our waitress she very efficient and so pleasant with a smile. THE FOOD WAS ALSO VERY GOOD IT REALLY HIT THE SPOT. THE RESTAURANT WAS ON Transmountain El Paso. We Thank you so much for an excellent day at your store.

    I have to pay before my order is taken noone else did i recieved cold coffee no sugar the pancakes are not buttermilk cant get a refill and it takes an excepcionally long time toget my all you can eat pancakes no wonder they want you to pay first the service sucks no buttermilk pancakes no all you can eat after ypu paid for it you do follow what is advertise and very discrimitive could i get what was paid for i come to dennys almost every morning and 3to4 timesaweek besides the mornings never a problem until now no wonder they want you to pay first the service and food sucks i see others getting refilled ive been waiting for a refill and my all you can eat pancakes at least 10 15 mins. What is this bussness problem besides ripping you off could i get alittle service or hot coffee some sugar and the rest of my pancakes buttermilk would be nice your advertisement not mine but that is probaly impossible what about hot coffee and some sugar with it this is so discrimitive wow

    I eat at the Denny’s 8667 Napanee ON whenever I am in Napanee. My fav dish is the burbon chicken. My total surprise and disappoint came on May 25/17 when my order arrived. There is now only 1 chicken breast and the sides are all about 2/3 the original size.. Denny’s is quite expensive to begin with but the food is good so I suck up the overpricing. But to keep high prices and cut the portions to such an extreme is not acceptable. Sadly this was my last visit to Denny’s. I drive truck and like to eat where the food is good. I will now have to eat at another family restaurant and will pass along this information if anyone asks for a recommendation …Also I tried to post my e-mail address in the requested box and it wouldn’t let me??? Wayne

    I eat at the Denny’s 8667 Napanee ON whenever I am in Napanee and fav dish is the burbon chicken. My total surprise and disappoint came on May 25/17 when my order arrived.     The waitress (Alaina) was terrible. Brought our drinks of unsweet tea which they had no lemons for, tasted like swamp water. When our food FINALLY came almost 45 minutes after ordering a burger n a skillet, we could tell her the tea tasted horrible. She said sorry and walked away. Never seen her again until we were at the check out.I asked for my receipt so I could do this survey. She said as long as you say only good things about your server. I said taking my receipt from her if I had anything good to say that would be an easy task. However she made that impossible since she was not good at her job. We couldn’t drink the tea at all and neither of us drink pop, however we would have ordered juice or a milkshake, even a glass of water but never had the opportunity. Reading other comments I’m glad none if these had the same experience we did and hopefully we don’t again either.

    El dia de ayer 14/mayo/17 fuimos a Denny de Mayaguez… Estaba deseosa de comer una pasta junto a mi familia…. Ya q estoy en un regime de alimentación q el unico dia q me puedo dar un gusto son los domingo!!! Fuimos no se si por el dia o no se prepararon para la demanda de ese dia la pasta parecia sopa no se quien autorizo a salir esa pasta de la cocina, no soy de devolver la comida porque suelen pasar peores cosas. Defraudada total todavia hoy estoy igual… La chica q me atendió no tiene en absoluto la culpa. La supervisora paso en esos momento por la mesa luego de comerla y le deje saber de lo sucedido y ella opto por ofrecernos un 10% descuento.
    Espero volver algun dia otra vez y q todo este excelente… Importante la calidad del alimento. Gracias

    Ow my God. You built a Denny’s several years ago at the Flying J in North East MD, and I have been trying for years to get dissent food with no success. Tonight was just another one for the on going saga. I ordered a “Grand Slam Belgian Waffle”, we waited and waited it was well over 25 minutes when I gave up and we walked out. When I ask the manager what was the problem, she claimed they burned the waffle. I hate cooking, but I can make a waffle without burning it. IT TAKES NO SKILL. If they did burn my waffle I guess my friends food had to just sit and get cold while they messed with another waffle. So you think that is acceptable? Not to mention we were told nothing till I questioned the manager and walked out. I hope you get some better help, and or sell this location to a company who can do the job and stop embarrassing the Denny’s name. Anyone can make a waffle.
    Yes I am angry, I wanted to eat, but you couldn’t process a simple order.

    i went to Dennys on 2297 2nd street on May 3rd. I was so impressed. We have a Denny’s in the town next to this one and I do not go as it is not that nice. I entered the store and was greeted by Vaughn, who sounded so professional and was so personable , it made me feel like I was in a higher end establishment. The place was clean, service great and I can’t wait to go back.

    I was at Dennis #8057 in west 22nd St Oakbrook Terrace. our server was Jose F
    he was incredibly nice and gave us the best service we had ever had at this location he definitely made my day. I wish everyone else at this location was as nice and helpful because I seen the girl on the front cashier acting so unprofessional with José, I think she was a manager witch makes it worse since she acted like that in front of me when I was paying. Is people like that girl that make us customers not return to that place again. No one wants to see a person in charge take advantage of her employees. My Rating was 5 stars for the server I got Only.

    I was at dennys Saturday afternoon with my family when we arrived we were greeted and seated by Tanja she was very attentive always made sure we had what we needed I have never been to any dennys that made me feel like I was in a 5 star restaurant amazing service and we will be back hope we get Tanja again best server we have ever had

    On Easter Sunday, we visited your restaurant located at 9340 Marketplace Rd, in Fort Myers Florida (33912). After being seated, our waitress took our drink order, and served our drinks, then took our order. We ordered two meals and a third meal to go. Another server brought our meals. My coffee cup was empty, and sitting on the edge of the table. No one offered a refill throughout the entire meal, no one came to our table until our meal was completed. Upon complaining about the lack of service, my coffee was refilled, no creamer was offered and there was two packets of sugar left on the table. My husband’s sweet tea was refilled with unsweetened tea. We had to ask about our to go meal, and our bill was wrong. Instead of charging for a classic burger, we were charged for a build your burger. The manager was kind, polite, apologetic and took $10 off our bill. Considering we traveled a half hour to visit your restaurant, the lack of professional service was disappointing. Having patronized your company since the late 60’s, this was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had. Not sure if or when we will return.

    On 4/15/17 I went to Denny’s on bee ridge in Sarasota fl for breakfast I had the grand slam slugger.when I got it my eggs was not cooked and my pancakes also my toast was cold and I even order a side of grits’s and they was not good I almost vomit so I left with out eating that morning and a very and I mean very upset I would not go back and believe me I will tell my friends about it. One good thing the lady that took the order was very nice she try to do all she could . And that rating is to high for me I would give it a 0 . Oh yea the bathroom was very nasty as well

    My sister and I came in there what time will waiting on someone at the hospital our waitresses name was José Fina this was the nicest most courteous waitress I think I’ve ever had to serve me if I could give her 50 stars I would very pleasant young lady
