    Horrible experience in Lebanon NH. No follow up from waitress on how our meal was. I ordered a half order of nachos (I’ve had them before and liked them) and they were so bad I ate maybe 3 chips. She never asked me why I was leaving a full plate of food. She never stopped to refill waters or coffee. We didn’t even see her from when she brought the food till she dropped the check. When paying the cashier never really looked at us. Absolutely no eye contact. He did ask how our meal was (robotic like question) and we said “just ok” and he never questioned us as to why. Just a very bad experience. Do not plan on going back.

    I was traveling through Phoenix,Az. on my way to Texas. We stopped at Dennys #8574 The service was great.We were greeted with a bright smile and sat immediately by Monique who was also our server. The food was hot,drinks refilled in a timely manner without even asking her. She even suggested we have the lava cake for dessert. Best service I have ever had hands down.

    I just ate at your Denny’s location in Vernon on 32nd Street. I was seated and served by Erin W. I asked for a cheesecake with no sauce but whipped cream instead. She served up the best version of what I ordered that I have seen. She also offered to refill my hot chocolate without me asking. She was pleasant and asked at each stage of my meal if everything was to my satisfaction. I eat at Denny’s often because of my travelling, your restaurant’s 24 hour service, history with the Gaglardi family and great investment that the stock is. Erin is maybe the best employee I have run across as an ambassador of your organization. Keep up the good work.

    I visited your location at IH-35 in Schertz, TX where GM Clorissa was running show to encourage and support staff responding to a very busy weekend. Although this occurred on 10/27/18; she assisted server Dorothy and others to make sure orders were done properly; timely; and all of this with a smile.

    The communication with staff was refreshing and friendly that it got my attention, and I shared my observation with her. Also, I mentioned same to Clorissa’s Regional Manager Sonny: Keep great work going!

    I went there today and they took our drinks order really fast , so we decide to order some wings and a order of wraps, 45min later no food on our table but the table that got seat ten minutes after us got there appetizer and food and we are talking about the same waiter so I finally decide to go to the front and ask to pay for the coffee and drink that we got at the beginning, so the manager as the waiter about the order and he reply’s I put it in, that’s all he say so I told the manager I just want it to pay for the coke and coffee and leave, she got mad about it and didn’t even say sorry or apologize at all. I won’t go back to this location anymore ..

    Food was good but took over an hour after we ordered for Out breakfast The server was not available took me over 30 mins to get a drink was not happy at the end we asked for the bill and the server didn’t come back for 15 mins we had to go to the front and get it reprinted

    How can I start… we order milkshakes and water forty minutes later still no water and just got to put in orders of simple breakfast order 15 minutes later sorry batter is no good do you want something else still waiting on water “ excuse me !!! “ act as if I don’t see you and walk away.. finally get someone to get us water hour later still no food if there was something else around here I would have left long time ago never been to a place that is so unorganized and full of excuses…. half empty restaurant and you cannot even get eggs and French toast out in a timely manner…. thank god im not the boss because I would have closed the placed down and fired everyone..

    Food was decent but the portions were very small, less than 1/2 of what we used to get for this meal! Very few vegetables in the food other than onions. Service was average at best. Not likely to go back there for a meal unless there is a reason for us to believe that our experience next time would be much better.

    Visiting from out of state, this store # 1297 San Antonio TX. I gave a score of 5. Dianna our server made us feel welcome, and the food came to us in a timely matter and hot. Dianna you’re doing an exceptional great job. No matter what keep that positive attitude.

    STAY AWAY from Denny’s #7700!!! With the exception of 1 waitress, these people have NO idea how to serve folks! First, the tables hadn’t been bussed and were dirty/filthy. Next, we waited for over 20 minutes to have our order taken. Third, the order wasn’t right and the iced tea tasted like it was a week old. When we complained, the waitress copped an attitude and refused to come back to our table, so we spoke to the manager and another waitress (she volunteered to take-over our table). If not for her, we probably would STILL have been waiting for our food!

    My husband and I went for breakfast at the Willowbrook Denny’s this morning! As usual Our waitress Kim was amazing! She always provides us with such great service! Always checking to make sure everything is perfect! My husband ordered the veggie skillet as he always does! It was delicious! Excellent breakfast!

    8739 Use to be verygood but now salads are dry rusty ends,vegetables are soggy,Meat did not taste good or the sauce.Hope they are not using hala meat or milk.We were in one in calgary and he told us people from okotoks were coming there because this store had gone down.Did not believe but after yesterday will not go to that store again

    This Denny’s my husband and went to was dirty and there were flys flying around us and on the blinds and it took a long time to be seated and there were 2 people ahead of us and empty tables and the girl that asked how many of us there were had stains all over her shirt and didnt hav her hair up in a bun and it was very long empty tables and there were water stains on the ceiling at the front entrance and the glass goor at the entrance was dirty and the door to the kitchen could be seen from where we sat and it was very dirty and gross and we never got a ticket so we went up front to pay and they found the ticket .

    I habe bsen a big fan of Danny’s since i was a kid. I completely understand there are busy days. But my boyfriend and i waiting more than 20mins before anyone took our order we not including the 5min wait just waiting to be seated. It was completley empty. As other customers loaded in they were seated and served right when they entered

    On July 15th at The Denny’s Restaurant #6840 My Wife an I were seated at 2:10 pm an had our drinks.
    We sat there for over 20 mins an No waitress would acknowledge the fact that we needed service. They would greet other Customers an walk right by our table an ignore the fact that we were waiting for service.
    At 2:30 I approached the Girl at the Register an Voiced my concern. order taken at 2:33 pm we had our meal at our meal served at 2:46 Pm
    That’s 20 mins wait time.
    As such when a waitress walks by an does not acknowledge the fact that you need service is Very Bad Buisness.

    I went into dennys in Klamath falls Oregon, the server was very rude to me. When the food finally got to me the hash browns were burnt on the outside and raw on the inside my eggs were fried and over cooked and my sausage tasted like dirt. I will never go back to dennys in klamath falls! Disqusting and disappointing!!

    I put in an online order at the Denny’s in New Whiteland In, about one week ago. The order was not complete I had to get soup I didnt order because they said they didn’t have the soup we ordered on that day anymore, then the didn’t have another Item I had to get replaced with another item on top of that I had to wait an extra 20 minutes we really enjoy eating at this Denny’s but there online ordering and service has been horrible if ur gonna do online service do it right, we are just as important as the people u serve in ur store to top it off they then charged me for the items I had to replace and didn’t really want terrible customer experience, again I hope they get corrected because we like going there.

    I have no survey code but I want to express my total dissatisfaction at Denny’s in O’Fallon, Illinois store 7522 this evening. My husband totally stressed that he wanted a Cali club and said to the waitress to make sure as we have gotten the regular club and guess what , they brought a regular club , and when we brought it to the waitress attention she blamed the cook , but it’s her job as well to check the order before delivering it to the table . Also I ordered spaghetti, it had no sauce , was cold , so I went and got the manager, she brought me out cold sauce and stale bread , not garlic toast. They didn’t even offer to comp our meal , 22.07 totally wasted money,

    First time using the order online app does not work advise to call the Resturant to order and when I called the march lane and Waterloo location was put on hold for a long time and hung up on ended up ordering elsewhere

    Our server, Ismail K, was outstanding: polite, efficient, humorous, and professional. The food was quick to arrive and was exactly what we were looking for.

    Unfortunately, our exceptional experience with our server and food was soured a bit upon paying at the front. The “hostesses” did not greet us, choosing instead to ignore us while discussing their next cigarette break. They eventually deigned to acknowledge our presence by saying, “Really, we’re not supposed to talk about our cigarette break in front of customers.” They then continued to discuss their cigarette break!

    What really sucked, however, was the same “hostesses” wishing us a “blessed day” as we left. We don’t feel we should be subjected to religious anything while enjoying a secular meal in a non-religious setting. We find that highly offensive, especially after their prior rudeness.

    Again, Ismail our server was spectacular and should be commended. The “ladies” working the front of the house could stand to learn from his professionalism and welcoming demeanor.

    My husband & I live in Terrell, Texas & are retired we eat your Denny’s every two weeks on the weekend & sometimes lunch during the week for 18 years at this location.
    We travel on vacation from Vegas, Wyoming, to Georgia & the Carolina’s & eat many meals.
    Today during breakfast a small roach crawled out from my napkin over my phone & continue to go towards my plate I squished it with the syrup bottle.
    I could no longer eat & we only ate half our meal. We our waitress came we whisper & told & showed her. The waitress said oh no & removed it & said I’m going to show my boss. Our meal was $22.50 & we left a $4.00 tip. The boss I’m assuming not a manger just looked away from her & said something but never even made a commit to us. This was a very disappointing breakfast & quite serious made us feel a little sick. I would have thought a manager would have more concern about your Resturant & guest.
    We will now drive to Rockwall maybe once a month or two over an hour way.
    As a manager for Safeway for another chain & a retired Vault teller with TI I think you should know of this situation. Thank you for your time. Donna Streetman

    Stay far away from the Denny’s at 1746 W Shaw Ave Fresno Ca. The Manager Christina is rude, disrespectful and put a customer in the hospital this past week, yet the owner will not do anything to stop her. Not only have people found hair in their food she won’t even take it back to remake it and tell customers it’s fine….eat it. Last night to top it off she was going around to customer and employees telling them, “this is my store if you don’t like the way I tell you to do things….then leave MY store”. Please someone help stop this lady… corporate please step in.

    This morning I went to Denny’s at 2526 San Pablo, SanPablo, Ca. 94806 for my free Birthday breakfast. The waitress was great, food very good. Upon paying validating my ID for date of birth the cashier was really looking at my ID. I ask her what’s wrong? She says “Are you sure this is you” I say “Yes it’s me do you like it” No response…I ask her what no response? Still no response from her. Paid for my coffee and gave tip to the waitress. Upon leaving I said to the Cashier “I feel insulted” Still no response from her.
    I thought that was really rude and uncalled for!! I told the cashier I just got my hair and you can’t tell it’s me I have the same glasses as the picture…Still no response…No apologies, no nothing.
    Very disappointed especially when I go there all the time…Which today I believe will be my last!

    Me my husband and our two children came into your Denny’s in Cullman,Alabama this morning. We were sat at a table by a older lady.
    We sat there for about 10 min. Before asking this waiter to help us. He was great Daniel was his name. After we got our food and was eating I overheard a female waitress cursing at Daniel. For taking her table. This waitress was very loud and using foul language. I hope Daniel dose not get into any trouble for taking care of us. We asked him to help us and had a very pleasant experience besides having to hear the foul language coming from a person who is supposed to be a representative of Denny’s.
