Costco focuses on selling products at low prices, often at very high volume. These goods are usually bulk-packaged and marketed primarily to large families and businesses. Furthermore, Costco does not carry multiple brands or varieties where the item is essentially the same except when it has a house brand to sell, typically under the Kirkland Signature label. This results in a high volume of sales from a single vendor, allowing further reductions in price, and reducing marketing costs. If Costco management feels the wholesale price of a product is too high, they will refuse to stock the product. To go further on both product assortment and customer service, Costco needs more service-oriented people to splash more constructive suggestions.     Very happy with your service we visited the store #181. And we were able to get the membership fixed, found everything we needed. Vette was fast in her service. Thanks.

    Today I visited Store #364 in West Bayamón and I almost had a panic attack beacuse I saw employee’s using a face shield and no mask. The amount of customers in the store was too many in order to comply with the social distance during this pandemic. Also there was a customer coughing really bad inside the store. I thought about cancelling my membership but I decided to do this survey to give the company a chance. Also, customers should not struggle trying to find this survey, it should be printed on the receipt for easy access. Please upgrade your safety standards.

    No suelo llenar encuesta, pero en esta ocasión ya estoy cansada y muy enojada, porque cada vez que voy a Costco ya sea en Carolina o Bayamón PR (filtros) en busca de un artículo no la hay disponible, sin embargo me anuncian que en el inventario de Bayamón Costco se encuentra el artículo, cuando procedo a viajar de Carolina a Bayamón me voy con mis manos vacías porque no tienen el artículo q ando buscando o peor aún que está en los vagones que lo ponen al día siguiente o no se sabe con seguridad hasta que haya personal de sanidad. Pido ayuda algún gerencial y lo que hacen es pasarme de gerencial a gerencial no pudiendo ayudarme de ninguna manera. Siempre me hacen lo mismo y de verdad estoy muy enojada y mi negocio depende de ese artículo en donde solo lo puedo comprar de manera costofectivo todas las semanas. Pero desafortunadamente el servicio se ha puesto peor luego de la pandemia COVID y ya el servicio al cliente que brinda es muy pobre y no eficaz.

    Costco is doing terrible business in these trying times. If you place a order online, no not expect to receive it. But they will collect your money right away. No problem with that. They will give you all the excuses why you haven’t receive your product if you can reach them by Chat line , telephone numbers, email or etc. nothing works. Very bad news for what you pay for membership. They do not follow up on their complaints to see if they are resolved. I don’t no why they don’t tell you they are out of stock. They just say they ship it out but the shipping company didn’t get it. Just blame everybody for their bad service in these trying time. It is the Corona 19

    SHAME ON YOU! The ‘Free’ gift for taking your survey is a total scam. I chose the ‘free’ Tactical Flashlight and was charged $9.95 shipping. The ‘flashlight’ was not the one pictured, as far as I can tell, and actually more of a pocket penlight. I have subsequently found what appears to be the same ‘flashlight’ on eBay for $9 for TWO shipping included. I call bullshit on your survey and scam. Also, the partner on this promotion is some nut case survivalist group that I wish did not have me in their database at all. Overall, a terrible experience. Thanks for nothing. If I could give NO STARS I would have. ZERO

    Costco surveys for ‘FREE’ gifts are a scam and a sham. Shame on Costco for participating with this service provider.
    They are not gifts or free if one must pay in order to receive them are they? Come on people don’t do this survey. My opinion of Costco has seriously diminished and I will let all those I know that Costco is no longer a cut above the rest.

    Costco requested that I took a survey and I would receive a $50. gift certificate. I lower the survey to come back to it in a few minutes and when i click back to the survey it was gone. I did not get a chance to put in my information as to my name etc.
    How would you be able to retrieve my responses.
    the survey was to how often we visit the Costco, the prices, time to wait at the cashier, are the ailes are to small ??
    that type or survey.
