    It’s just about when you order coffee they don’t ask for the size and sometimes costumers forget to inform the size they prefer. And for sure you will give the more big size for added sales. But the impact on this for the customer I guess is not good coz aside from paying more. This not the size they prefer.
    Can I suggest to ask the information needed before punching it on your pos.

    I visited the cafe in Aylesbury High St this afternoon and was completely satisfied with the service, warm smiles and excellent coffee. Good job. I will return to that place every time. Thank you Costa

    I visit the Costa drive through in Bromborough regularly, good service every time, inside is very clean all the time.served by Paola, who is a credit to your team there. Although all are stars!

    Costa in Aberystwyth The Costa in Aberystwyth staff is very friendly and very helpful. and polite. They make a very good latte.The place is very clean.

    I visited the Gloucester King’s Square Costa this morning and waited over twenty minutes from entering to collecting my coffee. There was four people in front of me and four staff behind the counter and one drifting between. Tables were left uncleared and when they were attended to the process was bewildering; items were removed and placed on another table quite a few steps away. The staff member then walked back to the table to spray it and then returned to the other table to pick up the paper towel to wipe it down. when I spoke to who appeared to be the manager to complain about my waiting time there was no apology offered but I was told “that we live in a new world now”. I shall not return to see how Costas “new world” develops”.

    Yesterday the 17th of March of 2021 I visited Costa coffee in Glossop – Norfolk Square. There was a few customers who was waiting ages for their drinks, anyway. I did not have very nice experience with these 2 girls who works there. I did not ask for their names but I am pretty sure you will know who they are. At first I ordered 2x medium cappuccino with whole milk at the till and the girl was looking at me and had difficulty to understand through the glass. I repeted myself minimum 3 times and on the end she put throught the till only 1 drink. I asked her again that I would like to have 2 same drinks and I made my purchase. Next step was the another girl behind the coffee machine. As I mentioned I did order whole milk and the girl poured in front of me semi-skimmed milk into the jug and start steaming. I came to her and said what I asked for. She looked at me and even without checking or asking her colleague she said: “I have NO whole milk!” Really? I told her if you do not have a whole milk why your colleague took my order without informing me? Then she looked at her colleague and said back to me: “maybe I can go and check the back if I have a whole milk”. Excuse me????!!!!!! She came out from the backstage with full hands of whole milk. Ok then, I looked at her like nothing happened because I tried to be calm and just get my drinks. She steamed the right milk but she gave me 2x late instead my cappuccino. I politely asked her to remake my drinks and she got very arogant. On the end I got what I requested but I am not happy with their customer service at all! I am sorry but I did work for big coffe company chaines and I know how things are and how to make a coffee. These two been very unprofessional and I found them very rude towards to customer! Customer service at Costa is very poor. If I could give you 0 star I will do that but unfortunately I can not post my feedback without rating 1*

    It was so nice to be able to visit Costa again. Now the lockdown is over it was lovely to visit and get our usual service and lovely coffee.
    Your cafe at Sprowston Tesco is excellent and staff always friendly (as usual).

    We visited you shop on Sunday at 10.30am the que was out the door wewaited a long time but when we reached the lady concerned she was so polite and courteous and so was the barista the both of them were so polite and friendly nothing was too much trouble it was very easy to see they were rushed off their feet and you do need to employ a few more stsffas your shops are a very busy meeting places on a Sunday mornings the customers were also being every patient waiting as they could see the staff were doing their very best at s very difficult time well done Southport and the lively staff that work there

    I am not going into Bicester Costa again, the 3 staff members are rude, unapproachable, unhelpful, not to mention unwelcoming for your early morning coffee! This has been on my last 3 visits! What a difference the right staff make!

    2nd visit to oldbury retail park and again tables not cleared I had to pile up someone’s else’s used plates cups etc onto another table just to make space . Pretty poor to be honest as it wasn’t a one off as it was the same when I visited a week previous

    What wonderful staff at your branch at Lakeside, Doncaster. Totally overwhelmed by customers yesterday and run off their feet but kept calm and professional. Felt they were understaffed!

    Waited 12 minutes for two drinks of which one was poured more than 5 minutes before the other and therefore cold. Drinks eventually arrive after 18 minutes. 2 hot chocalates, £7.60.
    Disgusting and a coffee house with people queuing out the door and one coffee machine and one person making hot drinks, doesn’t take genius to see that EVERYONE was annoyed and why they cheered when I moaned about the wait. Some were on a 15 minute coffee break from their work.
    I will not be returning.

    Coffee was Good. The Shop was untidy with uneaten food on the Tables. The Serving area was untidy with dropped Coffee on the Floor. One of the staff had an attitude problem and spent time with the only other staff member searching for something they had lost whilst the Queue built up.

    I love my local Costa, in Sittingbourne, Kent. Most of the staff are friendly and efficient and make you feel so welcome. I use it alot whilst on my way to and from work and thought they were so lovely because I’m a regular but today I witnessed true compassion and care towards a new customer who was having a really bad day. Sam really took the time to make the customer feel that she cared. Its lovely to walk into a shop and feel truly valued. Customer for life here. Well done Sam and the other staff!

    Staff member doesn’t listen and puts wrong order in at till. Manager is rude and blames a busy and noisy shop. It’s chaos behind the counter and service is slow and very poor. Not impressed!!!!

I been on Costa Coffee in Luton Airport last night waiting my flight and i want say thank you to have a very good professional workers Both dealing with a lot preasure with all custumers, very lovely coffee from the lady she made and special thanks to the young man, its a hard worker, very professional, very kind.

    Visited Fleetwood Costa this morning, and was served by a young lady who is a credit to your company.
    I stupidly ordered my mocha without asking for it to be skinny. At the last minute, after realising , when I asked she changed it with no bother at all and a smile. I explained I was dieting and she asked if I had tried the coconut milk as an alternative to skinny. She explained the fat content and calories , all with a smile. It was in fact delicious, but that aside this young lady, was the epitome of good service, something that is sadly lacking in many a establishment nowadays.
    Her name was Kylie and it was a pleasure to be served by her on a cold windy miserable day.

    I went in to order a hot chocolate and he left it on the counter without acknowledgement that it is ready and I didn’t know so I was standing there for 5 minutes like a muppet until I saw he is serving other customers, then I asked the lady if that was hot chocolate and she said yes, he did apologise but I found that extremely rude, I am paying for my hot chocolate, he is not paying me to buy it. I work in a catering environment and it is extremely hard but I never would treat my customers like shit. They think their job is crap or not worth it, they shouldn’t think like that because the customers appreciate it.

    I went on today costa coffee oman near seeb city center I saw there one staff unconcious suddenly standing near the cashier place .all staff came they taken him hospital I listen there words .because of torchiring in him on duty from manager and higher manager I ask there security guard of mall they told they taken near seeb hospital .I went to that hispital to meet him because one lady crying to much on front of her boy I think she is him sister ..please dont give any torcher stress for the staff .may allah bless that boy he will be fine

    We came had a coffee in this shop yesterday service was bad then today it is worse just got our drinks and something to eat paid for marshmallow paid 45 p for them didn’t get them when my son went asked for them they looked at him stupid gave one til my coffee back as it was cold he seen customer with four to five in there cup so asked is it 45p for one hats what we just paid and got looked at him again stupid other management and gave him three they wouldn’t have to look at him stupid and him haveing to go and ask if thy done there job in the first place I came in for a coffee not to be served like that I have sent you this has I am haveing my coffee to let you know I haven’t enjoyed it the store reference is 43032100

    Visited Costa in Brixton . Roberto hospitality is ACE. The best I’ve come across. Went in on Thursday 15.2. 2018. Didn’t get the young lady name. She look worst for wear. Seemed drunk and hair Al over the place.i didn’t make a purchase. Today Friday I’m happy Roberto is back with the boys and great service again
