We visited Cinnabon at universal studios on Friday 19 July at 1015
Your staff were so inefficient I waited 15 minutes despite being the first in the line
And after 15 minutes left in disgust at the fact your staff would not serve me
I also run a business and it would go broke if I had staff like yours

I was at Cinnabon ordering 2 classic rolls and the employees were so sweet especially Jillian. She even gave us an extra, small classic roll.
My children really enjoy the classic roll. I ordered the 4-mini bon bites and the classic 4-pack. They said the icing was tasty.
I was at the Tucson Mall in Arizona on December 19th at noon and When I went up to the counter the employee was cleaning it. I just stood there & finally had to ask her if I could order. I asked for a regular size bun, noticed that there were several buns with sections of other buns attached. So I asked her for a corner one & for the frosting melted off in the corner. Not only did she not give me the corner frosting but told me I needed to purchase extra if I wanted more frosting.
As she rang me up, I asked for 2 forks & a knife. Not only did she not put them in my bag but she slid the silverware container over the counter & I had to get my own.
She never said thank you or have nice day, nothing.
I have NEVER been treated so rudely.
My family loves Cinnabon but after this I highly doubt any of us would ever spend another penny there.

I ordered a cinnabon this morning and I noticed the bag was really light so I opened it before leaving the girl gave my a crappy smashed tiny Cinnabon I went back to confront her and ask her for another one and she gave me attitude and didn’t want to give me a bigger Cinnabon that wasn’t smashed

I was so excited to walk into Flying Ja an noticed a Vere excellent smell of sweets. Almonds caramels an more an had to try 1.Y did u do that they are awesome anyway u get them Cinnabons are the best. Glad I tried them. I would tell everyone to try Cinnabins.
