Safeway CARRS is listening to its customers, now tell CARRS what’s your impression about it and what should be improved at Safeway CARRS Customer Satisfaction Survey, you will have a chance to win one of five $100 Safeway Gift Cards. The sweepstakes is open to legal resident of the 50 United States, District of Columbia (U.S.), and Canada (excluding Quebec) age 18 or older at the time of entry, or if a Canadian resident, who are above the age of majority in the province or territory in which they reside at the time of entry.

    The older lady working in the Deli today had a combative attitude, very rude and not helpful at all, I will bring this up with the Store Manager Brandon Stebbins.

    these people are right, survey doesn’t work. however, Glenda at the store on northern lights
    & Muldoon in anchorage Alaska, is the BEST. she made me another b/d cake for sat . there was quite a bit more to it than usual. 2 people, 2 designs, but the cake was just like I wanted. everyone was impressed & there were no leftovers. so KUDOS again for making our
    b/d great. just like every time she does a cake.

    The survey is not working… I just want to comment on my shopping experience at store #1817…
    This is the ONLY store I shop at on a regular basis… for a reason. The entire staff is absolutely amazing! I take my special needs foster son early in the morning to avoid crowds and loud noises. We are greeted immediately on our arrival! We always have a great experience shopping here!
    I’d like to point out Scott S. that works in the produce dept. He is the kindest, friendliest, most helpful person!!! He goes out of his way to make us feel welcome and to see if we need any assistance! We now look for him when we head to that department.
    Again… the entire staff is incredible! They all deserve a pat on the back and recognition for their consistency of being a store a family like mine enjoys returning to!

    Now… get I.T. to fix this site!!

    Survey wouldn’t open! I will,however, compliment Denise Janson the store manager at store #1809 on Debarr Rd, Anchorage, AK. Her friendliness and professionalism are to be commended.

    My husband and I bought 16 piece chicken and it was dry to the bone. We asked the associate name Rommel at the Abbott store and have no clue how long the chicken have been sitting. He didn’t say very much but seems annoyed by asking him to change one check in leg to a better one but all of them were dry. Customer service was sucks, not work of money.

    did anyone get to do the survey .none of them work .goin in a circle to no where.i wanted to say the guy named randal working at the debar oken keg liquor store in anchorage is a very rude person.he does not reinact with customers at all he alwayes has a poker face and will not interact or conversate with customers acts like he hates his job .i think he needs to find a new job.and i might let his manager help him

    I cannot open the survey at this time either, which is just as well, because I wanted to share just one thing. Carr’s Safeway 1809 associate Galen in the Smoke Shop/Liquor Store deserves recognition for his follow through and care in knowing the importance of good customer service. Thank you. 1/10/17

    I cannot open the survey on my work computer. The men’s room in Store 1739, Palmer needs attention. For the past 2 days the stench of urine is over powering and there has not been any paper towels. I did not check for toilet tissue. The rest room does not appear to have been cleaned since Monday or Tuesday.

      I would to recognize Ms.Erma (floral) she is always helpful and happy whenever she helps me with my purchases. If i need any help with other areas of store, she is always available. Wonderful lady.

      I also would like to recognize Ms. Cheryl (floral) nice to see people that enjoy there job.
      Great and helpful Staff addition to this dept.
