    My mom and daughter and myself were customers of Joel at the Belk in Wilmington mall and just had to leave a comment of thanks to him for such wonderful customer service and helpfulness. He has such a bright shining personality. We need more Joels in this world:)

    Ms. Kyung is always very helpful at Parkside Belk. She reaches out to customers without being overbearing.
    She knows what style looks good on you and she is very honest when customers ask questions.
    One can tell that she has worked a while at Belk because she is so efficient!
    Lastly, she dresses very professionally, as if she is truly representing quality in retail.

    My friend and I went to buy clothing for a special occasion and got the best customer service and individual courtesy I’ve ever received in a department store. Don’t usually enjoy shopping but associate was very fun and made this an enjoyable experience. Would definitely recommend this store to friends and will be getting my business in the future. thank you!!

    WORST Experience ever! Item arrived 5 days than initial standard delivery date. Color was different than shown couldn’t use for the event. . First customer service member Derria just ended chat. Second one, Asha was polite but unable to provide refund as requested. So WASTED a lot of time to remain without any guaranteed satisfaction and will still have to wait on a paltry refund for another 2-3 weeks judging by my last experience

    Your employee Anna at store 514 in Brunswick Ga has the best customer service I have ever received!! She was so pleasant and helpful. I live in NY and NEVER have I ever enjoyed my encounter with a store employee like ANNA!! Even came around to give us a hug after our transaction. I wish we could have spent more time with her! Even informed us of a discount we didn’t k ow about.. Thsnk you Anna. You are a delight!!!

    It’s nice to see an old face back at the counter! And the fact she could remember who I was and some products I used was astonishing. Even though you were out my shade I needed she made sure I still left with what I needed and ordered my foundation! Kudos to Brandi! My daughter, mother and I are very pleased to have her back!!

    Marcia at the Dunn/Erwin Belk store was the greatest help I have ever had in any store where I needed help. She is worth every penny she makes and some. I’m a 47 year old man who never shops for myself and Marcia helped me with everything!! Even the coupons. Bless you !!

    Took my wife, that has dementia, shopping for clothes, not sure what I was doing so I asked a sales associate, kim lively for help, she was super in helping me find what I need, kim is a super employee and person, foothill mall on maryville, tn

    Julie at the Murrells Inlet, SC store was so helpful to my teenage son. She went out of her way to help him get measured for a dress shirt for graduation. Few stores have clerks that know how to measure properly.

I have never posted a comment like this previously, but Rachel’s friendliness, knowledge, and professionalism were so outstanding that I wanted to pass this on to her supervisors and managers. I needed help in matching a blue blazer with an appropriate shade of gray slacks. Her previous training and experience prepared her well to assist me. But, more than giving me suggestions, she treated me with respect and valued me as a customer. Rachel demonstrated the way customer service should be done. Thanks, Rachel.

    I purchased a 3-tier server as a wedding gift. Tracie ( Assoc 005762) was working in the housewares department on 3-10-19 in the Laurel, MS Belks. She assisted me with my purchase at the cash register. She asked if the purchase was a bridal gift and proceeded to offer gift wrap. Her attentiveness was exceptional. This is by far one of the best shopping experiences I’ve had recently. Tracie is an asset to our Laurel Belk.

    I was profiled from the minute I hit the door. There was a sales associate passing by me every 5 seconds. Believe me, I don’t steal and I don’t appreciate LUFKIN, TEXAS belk treating me this way when I am a loyal belk customer. Please do better. Customer service is what makes people come in your store. I don’t even fit the profile of someone who steals. Well I guess I did on Jan 21st around 2:30pm. Oh and while your employee was watching me, there were 3 people in her line to be checked out. Poor customer service. You got one star because I couldn’t give you zero.

    Belk in LaGrange Ga I ordered fragrance on 12-13-18 & it supposed to had been delivered on 12-20-18 to the LaGrange store. Needless to say it wasn’t delivered, I went there some much to get to the store manager once I got in touch with her she was very considerate. My money was refunded back on 12-27-18 IM HIGHLY UPSET WITH THIS LOCATION. I forgot to mention this was a Christmas gift & I meet the deadline for the package to to shipped & delivered in time

    I will like to take time out to acknowledge Alison, Assoc:001635 at the Eastdale Mall in Montgomery, AL. She was knowledgeable about the fragrances and helped me made a purchase. Honestly, I thought she would have been irritated & annoyed with me because I wanted to smell this and I wanted to smell that but instead she was polite, honest & kind. Thank you Alison for taking out time today to help me; I will forever appreciate you!

    I have had a TERRIBLE experience with Belk.com this holiday season. I ordered a blanket and a pair of pajamas (gifts for my grandmother and my mom). They send me an email FOUR DAYS after I placed my order, to tell me the pajamas had been cancelled. That’s it. No explanation at all. Just “We’re sorry. It’s been cancelled”. So I had to call customer service and find out why, and it was because they were “suddenly out of stock”. Fine. But those pajamas were $15.99 and I was only given $13 back. This is because my order total for the blanket, pajamas, and shipping was a total of $38. I used a $25 gift card, then put the rest on my debit card. They only gave me the $13 back on my debit card. So I lost money. It might have only been a little, but they took it and did nothing. Then, my other delivery (the blanket) was LOST by FedEx. FedEx is AWFUL, yet Belk chooses to use them. I had to call Belk again and explain the situation. They told me to “wait 48 hours” to see if the package showed up. I said no. FedEx claimed they delivered it, but then said they lost it, so no, I was not waiting on a refund. I was told they’d give me back a full refund for the blanket ($12) plus shipping ($9). That’s a total of $21 that I was guaranteed to get back. But because it was on a gift card, the person I spoke to says she’d have to “talk to a supervisor” to make sure they could mail me a new gift card. I was told I’d hear back from someone that day. I never did. The next day, I received an email saying that Belk is mailing me a gift card in the total of $15.04. Are you kidding me??? That’s not even kinda close to the right amount. At this point Belk has stolen a total of $10 from me. Might not be much, but it’s mine. Stealing from your customers is a TERRIBLE way to do business.

    Huge Thank You to Allison, sales clerk at Griffin ,Ga store. I dropped one of my credit cards at the counter when paying for an item and didn’t realize i had dropped it. Since she didn’t know how to contact me, she searched Facebook and sent me a message. What an awesome employee to take the time to find me! Not everyone would have done this. Belk is lucky to have her as an employee.

    Just left Bridge street mall in Huntsville Georgia worst experience I’ve ever had while in any department store spent 25 minutes wanting to purchase a $700 watch laugh with nothing in hand but a dirty look from associate

    I have been shopping in the designer purse section for gifts for my sisters and friends for the holiday. Leslie Linzel at the Crabtree Valley Mall Belks is the very best. She always tells me about available sales and discounts and is so friendly to everyone-employees and customers. She is so knowledgeable about all the purses and I consider her a part of my family-I just love her!!!! She is an exemplary example of customer service and is always willing to help me pick out gifts for my daughters, as well. She helps me pick out possible choices of purses, I take pictures on my phone and wait for their pick. (One lives in South Kore & the other in LA) She is so helpful-and her choices are always the right fit & in the right age group for my daughters. She is definitely my friend and now knows my family members as well if not better than I do. She always let me know about the latest styles & what’s trending! Ten out of ten stars for Leslie!!! She deserves kudos & a raise for being the wonderful lady & employee she is !

    I just did a phone order over the phone with Kimberly at Cool Springs Tennessee in the Chanel department. She was rude and kept humming. She did not want to see if she had the products I wanted. She said she would check when I got off the phone. If she didn’t have them I wanted something else. I wanted to know now if she had them. She had to get help to ring it up. She was annoying.

    I was shopping in Your Winston Salem store this for my husband. I received the best customer service from Robin Jones, she was so professional and pleasant, good customer service is hard to find. Her patience and suggestions, very knowledgeable! What a great experience that couldn’t go without appreciation! Robin Jones I will always look for you!

    So, my sister was trying to find an outfit to take pictures in before she left for basic training. We obviously went to the clearance area! She found so many cute things, but because of her busts:waist ratio most tops don’t fit her bust area. But we finally found a super cute outfit that screams her style!
    Erin checked us out and she was pretty sweet. It helps having a toddler as cute as mine to shower with compliments!
    But my card didn’t go through because my husband put it all in his account and instead of being rude or annoyed she kindly reset it and gave me a second re transfer it into my account(although my sister jumped in front of me and paid for it anyways)!
