    It was ok there at amf Goldsboro. But the manager acted like she didn’t care. Was not very friendly. Appeared to be manly dressed.no personality. Name tag said assistant manager. People really need to regroup on who they put in that position

    New league started back .was very saddened to find out collene was no longer there. She was awesome. She could run that place. Always friendly and nice. Place is not the same without her…. feeling sad

    Service was horrible. Said all you can bowl on the sign started at 6 got here was told it didn’t start till 8. Went to the bar to play pool only one table worked. Tried to order food was told I had to walk halfway across the building to do so. The Manager was sarcastic with me. Really get I together people.

    Rachelle at the front desk was the most wonderful person last night aug 24. She was so helpful. And really went out of the way to help my children have the best night ever. They all were able to get something from the prize section because she gave us the 500 ticket roll that had been jiped from that clawgame. I was soooooo mad how rigged it was. I had gotten it and the claw relesed it right on the ledge of the prize hole. She not only heard me but looked and saw and believed me. I had 2 kids with me that I’m fostering and 3 of my own. Because of her and the wonderful thing she did those kids had the best day in years. Thank you so much.

    I usually go to Mardi Gras but today I decided to stop at Land Park just because I was in the area. My visit went fairly well. The food was really good. The front desk guy (Nick) gave outstanding customer service. He helped me with setting up my lane. My family and I were having a blast! Everything was going really great until I noticed that the lane server was serving everyone except us. I’m not sure if it was because we had children with us? But still I believe that the service should’ve been provided to everyone. I kept giving the lane server (Michelle, according to her name tag) a look as if I needed assistance. I even waived my hand and made eye contact but she continued to pass our lane. Now I would be a little understanding had she not have been just hanging out at the front desk doing absolutely nothing. I was so upset that I just wanted to leave but my kids were having a good time bowling. After waiting 30 minutes for service, I clearly seen that it just wasn’t going to happen. I was then forced to walk to the bar to order drinks and food myself. What made my night positive after that was the bartender. Katrina as well as Nick did nothing but satisfy my night with the excellent service they provided. Honestly if it wasn’t for them I probably wouldn’t even consider coming back. Bowling prices are waaaaay too ridiculous to serve myself. I’m rating this place 4 stars for the friendly customer service besides our lane server.

    My experience at AMF bowling center was very unpleasant. We asked Raquel to put up bumpers for us once and she said she’d send someone over. After waiting 20 minutes, we decided to ask her again and she said “someone should be over in a min”. We then waited another 20 min and I sent my brother over to ask this time. The big guy told him the “bumpers are broken in that lane.” He did not offer to switch our lane even with multiple open lanes around us. We went back to our lane and out of curiosity tried to pull up the bumpers and to our surprise they came up with no help from the workers.

    Tried to get coupon for $ 3.00 off bowling from my visit on 4/3/17 at AMF Christown in Phoenix. The respond was that only 1 coupon per month. This was my first attempt for April. What happened?

    Joseph was our guy behind the counter and was extremely understanding in my technotardism. Always glad to help us w/any questions we had about the score machine. I’m not sure what the girls’ names who wer minding the the bar & helping Joe behind the counter but they wer also VERY friendly & helpful. My wife & I are very pleased w/our experience, & our friends too wer happy & had a great night out.
    We went to your 29th St. & Bell rd. location on Thursday March 23rd @ 7pm. We will be back solely because of the service and fun atmosphere. Well done AMF.
