    Entered Belle Vernon store absolutely no one wearing face covering manager’s Quote to another customer when asked why he wasn’t wearing a mask all while standing away from plexiglass “ I’m vaccinated I don’t need to wear one and don’t care if I spread the virus” As for me I will no longer be shopping at this store ever again

    12/7/20 Customer Service was a lot to be desired. When I entered, one of the associates behind the counter did not have his mask on. No greetings other than “what do you want?” He did finally put on his mask. When I responded, he left the register as if I was bothering him. Once the transaction was complete, he put his hands back into his pockets. I had to ask for the receipt as well as removing my purchased item from the counter. Didn’t even ask if I wanted a bag. I would think twice before going back to the store.

    Went to the Charlottesville VA. store, Pantops Mt location. Waited on by a guy names Issac I think-that’s what the receipt says-and he was outstanding – The web site you have for this survey is not working-please fix it so I can enter my review and a chance to win

    I needed a bulb for my blinker so the Lenny R gets it.I ask him if he has someone that can install it for me and he says No we don’t do that here.Well is it easy to put in i asked.I don’t know i dont even know what vehicle you drive ,he replies.I told him about my car and he says :you unscrew these two bolts and stick it in.I thought to myself this guy should be working somewhere were he isn’t around customers because he is rude.I didn’t see a name on his shirt so I asked a guy that works there what his name is and he said:Lenny, I know he is a jerk.Im sorry.wow…teach that guy how to read people ,please.

    Your employees are lazy they ask customer to help them out they don’t get pay for help your employees our make them do there job well. Laziness at work don’t get payed make them do there job women are man do your job stop asking customer for help with your job that you get payed to do LAZINESS

    During this pandemic(COVID-19) reckless and total disregard for others exhibited by sales associate

    The state of NC has mandated masks. I asked the clerk where his mask was. His response: “In my pocket!” I again asked, “Why aren’t you wearing it?” His response was, “Because I can’t breath!”

    I work in healthcare so that was a lie by Shawn C (receipt name). It’s apparent that customers ARE NOT VALUED at store #6052. Why else would he have total disregard for my safety. This was my last visit to this establishment. There are two well established auto parts stores within a two block radius that I will using in the future regardless of their prices.

    Very disappointed with my encounter with you all and the customer service rendered via my pick up person for my order. Unpleasant purchase experience, to say the least! I was sent a reminder this morning and when my pick up person got there to retrieve my order, she was first told there was no order for me and when she showed her order number in addition to her email notification, she was then told she would be refunded her money. Again, extremely underwhelmed with how things were handled! Terrible customer service. 4592 Jonesboro Road, Forest Park, GA 30297 definitely needs to do better!!!

    Donald was very helpful on Saturday 11/9/19. He went over and above to get my new wiperblades put on my car. He cleaned my windshield and put wiper fluid in my car. This was at the Greenwood,SC store on Route 72 Bypass

    There was tags saying the t6 oil was $19.99 so I get 5 jugs of it get up to pay n its 25 a jug so dead so we went back to look at the tags I was right but it still came up 25 so I dead no big deal I will put them back on the shelf n pay for a few things I had the guy was a ass from that point on I said thanks n sorry he didn’t say nothing. I guess I will b at auto zone for now on

    str# 09401 Mulberry,fl.10/09/19 20.04 I bought some RAIN X silicon windshield wipers at this store. The service here was excellent! Both employees helped me find the right kind of wipers.I believe the guy at the register was Alberto T. because that is the name on my receipt. The other guy who installed the wipers I believe was Marcos. He introduced himself, but I apologize if I got his name wrong, because my memory is not what it used to be. Both gentlemen immediately asked me if I needed help the minute I walked in the store.You’re very fortunate to have employees like this working for you! Thanks, Mike!

    Needed new battery, car just made it to store #06212 @7:30pm. Staff checked my battery. Indicated that my car battery is bad, told me they can sell me a battery. However can not put it in my car “until tomorrow”. After telling “James D”. That my car will not start, he said he could give me a jump, but it’s only 2 of them in the store and for safety reasons he could not put the battery in. I purchased the battery and waited for help. Worst customer I have ever experienced :(
