    I was in your store 2015 with my sister yesterday Oct. 26th. when we entered the store we were informed of a 30% off sale on the entire store. we looked around and seen some clearance racks that had a sign saying everything on the rack was 30% off. I asked the clerk if the clearance racks were an extra 30% off and she said yes. I know that is a normal procedure since I do work in retail so I was just being sure. We selected some items from the clearance and went to the cash to pay. We were only given one 30% off. When I questioned the cashier so acted like she did not know what I meant. This is not how it should work and we should be refunded the 30% we did not receive. I cannot at this time get on to your customer survey but would hope I will receive a favourable response from your company on this practice.
