    UPS makes it nearly impossible to get a hold of an actual person. It’s bad business to hang up on a customer, but it happened several times. I will never use UPS for personal delivery and if I could talk businesses out of using them, I would. If I could give a zero, I would. Depending on the driver, they sometimes “attempt” one delivery, drop packages at an access point where I have repeatedly been unable to pickup packages. When I try to re-route packages to a new access point using UPS MyChoice, it often takes multiple attempts, and sometimes is unsuccessful and packages are returned to the sender. The whole process is a nightmare.

    WHY UPS makes it so difficult to get a hold of an actual person is beyond me; I’ve never thought it good business to hang up on a customer, but it happened several times. I will never use UPS for personal delivery again and if I could talk my business out of using them, I would. If I could give a zero, I would.

    As a small business I ship not a lot but spend a few thousand each year shipping with UPS. Due to the damage rates of my shipments reaching 60-70% I can no longer use y’all as my shippers. I insure my packages and 90% of the time damages are said to be my fault. I use packing and peanuts. If I could send a pic I’d show how my packages reach my customers. From now on I’ll be using FedEx. Have to drive a little farther but at least my shipment don’t get used as a football

    I waited most of yesterday, 05/16/19 for UPS to deliver a package that required my signature. I saw the truck driving off with no knock on my door nor did he ring my doorbell. I called UPS four times immediately after seeing a note left on my door. The first time I called I was put on hold and then disconnected. The second call the rep said he would put in a dispute and have the driver return and to expect a call back within an hour. No one called so I called back only to be disconnected again. My fourth call back the rep said the driver would deliver the package by the end of the day. That never happened. So I had to cancel plans for today, 05/17/19, to wait again for the UPS driver. When he finally arrived I asked why he didn’t ring my doorbell yesterday and he said he did, but he DID NOT!!! I’m home most of the time and UPS never rings my doorbell and most times don’t even knock. Worst service ever and I’d give a rating of -100 if I could!

    Unacceptable customer service. Not only did I have to make FIVE phone calls yesterday to track down my package, I was sent to do THEIR job; THREE employees were unable to add my apartment number to my address (even though it was listed on the original order), so I was finally sent to the distribution center to pick up my package. After driving there during my lunch hour, I find that that location is closed between 12 and 2pm. I called UPS again to make a complaint, and I was told that their HQ doesn’t have local phone numbers or hours, so there’s no way someone could have told me that detail. Absolutely unacceptable.

    A package was sent from the Texas Hill country to my house in Sugar Land by mistake even though the correct address was originally on the package. Even though I was not a customer (just an innocent receiver of someones package) I went to 3536 HWY 6 in Sugar Land to a UPS store to help get this package to the right place for a stranger. The middle eastern owner was rude and told me “it’s been opened, I can not help you”. I said “I’m being nice to a stranger, UPS screwed this up, you’ll take the package and route it”. He was again rude and said “it’s not our problem”. I stared at him and put my hands in the air and said “bye bye, the package is your problem”. He was a total moron. I will not use UPS if I need this service. Just ignorance, that’s all it is.

    Had a fraudulent charge to my sons (away in college), B of A debit card. Bank used UPS for next day delivery this past Wednesday. HUGE MISTAKE! Finally received tracking info and the card appeared to be on the way. ALL OF A SUDDEN, there’s a problem! I see a tracking message that “there has been a sorting error by UPS relating to your package which may cause delays,”. I called customer service. Total waste of time! It’s now Friday, and the site has updated to say, “expected delivery by Monday by 3pm,” My son has been waiting on a replacement debit card to pay for graduation necessities, etc. What was supposed to be 1-day turnaround will be 5 days! Thanks again UPS – just when I thought the service couldn’t get any worse, you managed to get a bigger SHOVEL!

    UPS are the pits. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am 100% never going to use them again for sending products to customers and I am going to refuse to buy products if the delivery method is UPS

    I checked the status of my package this morning when I got up. It said the package was delivered, but I didn’t see it by my front door. I checked the other front door of the duplex but it wasn’t there, either. I then checked by the garage and there it was. The driver was too lazy to take it to my front door! My walkway was clear of snow, so that’s the only thing I can think of.

    I have never been so disappointed in my life. I live in the country where I don’t have access to stores so I online shop. I ordered a backpack and they tried shipping it but couldn’t find a secure hold location and they didn’t try re delivering the package the next two days. When they should’ve. I rather drive two hours to the nearest town then to ever rely on UPS ever again

    We would like to thank and compliment our UPS delivery person Alex for his excellent customer service to us for many years. We have heavy items delivered periodically but the last delivery was a furniture item of 78 lbs. He is always professional and friendly regardless of the size and weight of the delivery. All of our UPS delivery people including those who substitute for our main carrier have been excellent. Thank you.

    I would like to suggesting something to improve customer service of UPS
    GPS should be install on delivery trucks and customers have access to found out the distance remain to final destinations. its ridiculous customers at wait all day for delivery.
    more over I don’t think people like access point. advice what is the point shop online.

    The worse. Paid for next day air. Still 3 days late. Been sitting outside all day, now driver lied about knocking on door. Gotta wait 2 more days. This is 3 time with experience like this. There drivers are locals, that really a don’t want to work! Now I got to wait another x amount of days for money back. Never had bad experience with Fed x. Next time I’ll know!

    Ordered 2 day delivery for a package. 2 days after the expected due date, I’ve been waiting all day at home for my package to arrive. UPS doesn’t let me know until 8:40pm on a Friday that they “attempted to deliver” my package, but weren’t able to and would try to deliver again the following Monday… I was home all day and no one tried to deliver anything to my home.

    Called customer service who spewed the same information that I could read in my tracking information. When I informed him that I was home the entire day and no one attempted to deliver my package, he responded with, “What do you want us to do about it?” He also refused to give me any information on the driver that was supposed to deliver my package, and refused to give me any information on how I can report the driver.

    So now, I’m going to have to travel across town after leaving work early just to pick up my package because UPS could not be bothered to deliver the package to begin with, or offer any sort of weekend hours… Thanks a lot for nothing.

    The worst customer experience ever. My package was delivered to the wrong location, and after contacting UPS they admitted to delivering to the wrong location and said the driver would pick the package up and deliver it to the right location. But that never happened. Called customer service and get the run around and no answer as to where the package is or when it will be delivered. Get the same answer every time wait for the next business day. HOW MANY NEXT BUISNESS DAYS DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR A PACKAGE THAT I PAID FOR ARRIVES AT THE PROPER ADDRESS. YOU WOULD THINK AFTER MAKING THE INITIAL MISTAKE OF DELIVERING TO THE WRONG ADDRESS AND ADDMITTING THEY MADE A MISTAKE UPS WOULD PUT A PRIORITY ON CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. The last time I called the customer service rep was extremely rude and unhelpful.

    I paid expedited overnight shipping and never received it.
    I called and asked for it to be held but was told that it was actually delivered
    Now my package is lost and no one know where it is or what to do about it.
    Customer service is very, very poor. The workers and supervisors are incompetent and ignorant and don’t seem to care about their customers. I will never recommend UPS to ANYONE! WORST COMPANY EVER!!!! My rating is a 0, but apparently that is not an option.
    Even their customer feedback process is terrible. Terrible company terrible workers

    They Ups told me my 2 boxes would be held at Alderwood rd. Facility Portland.I drove 10 miles one way to pick them up on fri nov.23.The ups cust. Serv. Person said the shipment is at Basin av.facility portland.That upset me because I saved you a delivery and took one hour of my time plus gas =$23.00.I want compensation.     IS THERE A ZERO RATING? Only wish I had read these reviews before sending my package. After being told twice, it would arrive on time—it didn’t and I wasn’t notified even after I signed up for delivery status updates. Will not use again. Fed-ex just gained a new customer!

    I resent that my package was returned without so much as a phone call or email. I tried reaching out to you in various ways last week and got a
    Run around. If you cannot handle a
    Backlog due to a hurricane you should rethink your policy of notification or go out of business and let a company that is competent get it done.

    VERY POOR performance: I was expecting a shipment of a repaired electronic device and followed the UPS tracking number the shipper had supplied. According to the official UPS scan the package was delivered at 1:23 PM and left at the front door. My wife was home at that time but nobody rang the door bell. I came home 2:35 and did not find any package. After checking with my wife who did not have the package I called UPS. It took them several hours to find out that my package was delivered to the wrong address. I saw them picking it up from a neighbor who a) doesn’t have a house number, we do have clearly visible house numbers at the front. Also the package was not left at their front door, as the front door is not accessible because of a locked gate. The package was apparently put next to the garage door. Not only was the initial delivery very sloppy as there should have been no question which house had the house number on the package. Second, the “delivery scan” with information “left at the front door” was totally inaccurate and misleading. VERY POOR UPS performance.

    On two separate days we waited for a delivery we were told would happen. It was not delivered and is apparently now lost. All UPS can do is refer us to the shipper to start an “investigation”. Can you say DHL?

    When I didn’t receive a package on the day expected I tracked it once again to see where it was. I was surprised to see that the delivery wasn’t made because I had not been home. That wasn’t true. I was at home waiting because the package was expected. I actually wonder if the delivery person was at the correct address. That’s because no note was left on my door as it should have been. The tracking site said I had 5 days to go pick up the package but I had no idea where I was supposed to go. I drove to several UPS sites searching for the delivery. I was told it would be at one of the sites next Monday. The package will probably be there, but this has been a very frustrating and unnecessary waste of time.

    UPS sucks! Will NEVER use them willingly again! Paid for 2 day air delivery. UPS delivered package to wrong address , had the nerve to place blame elsewhere, and refused to refund shipping charges after package took 5 days to be delivered and we had to drive 2 hrs round trip to retrieve. Wasted hours of my time and theirs trying to resolve this. So, for a paltry $34, they lost my business, my families business, my friends business, and I will continue to spred the word….which is unfortunate, because our ups driver, who is a great guy, jokes that we give him job security with the number of packages we receive. Shame on UPS management!!!

    MY package was shipped to my neighbor. This neighbor is TWO houses away from me! When I got the notice indicating the package had been delivered at 8:03 PM, I was very annoyed — because I knew it had not been delivered to my house. I went to the neighbors on both sides of me looking for the package, thinking that perhaps it had been delivered to one of those addresses. Of course, it wasn’t there — just as it wasn’t at my house. It never occurred to me that a UPS driver could be so off in his delivery. That’s the kind of service I’ve come to expect from USPS, but I expected better from UPS.
    Also, while I’m on the topic of service, another comment. Someone needs to work on your tracking system. According to it, the original estimated delivery date for my package was Saturday, August 4th. So, thinking information from UPS meant something, we’ve been watching since then (5 days) for delivery. This is somewhat inconvenient for us, as we have a security gate we like to keep locked at night and when we’re away from our property. So for the five day period we modified our schedule, thinking it was our responsibility to be available to receive the delivery. But UPS has a responsibility also — to give reasonable estimates for the delivery date and to deliver to the correct address.
    NOTE: UPS has been delivering packages to us at this address for decades. We’ve always liked our drivers. Also, I believe this is the very first time a UPS driver has delivered one of our packages to a neighbor by mistake. However, this certainly is not the first time the estimated date of delivery has been way off.

    It is now 7 deliveries in a row that somebody has to go to the neighbors house to get our delivered package. I just love it when the driver marks it as having dropped it off on our porch and notified the customer of such. I have to say that since we have lived at this house we have had to chase over 80% of the UPS deliveries. In fairness our drive is 400+ feet long but FedEx and USPS don’t seem to have a problem. Lazy drivers and no follow up. BTW, this survey wouldn’t allow me to leav e the rating at zero. UPS doesn’t deserve a 1 rating.

    UPS is an excellent company. Always going above and beyond for there customers. I spoke to an representative name Malicka at the Customer Service center. She was very knowledgeable and showed outstanding customer service. They always get there packages out on time. Keep up the outstanding work. Thank you.

    ups takes days in each state before it moves HUNTINGTON WV TAKES A DAY for each scan by the time they go through all scans it takes many days to get package. a few days ago they said they had another delay due to A mechanical failure has delayed delivery. We’re working to resolve the problem and deliver your package as soon as possible. I will give sellar bad review every time package is late .and tell them they need a good postal service. dhl much better.and any package damaged will be replaced. I would like to have job that takes 1 day for each scan of package.

    everytime I get package and ups is the one that delivers it stays in one place for days then it moves. then it sits in another state for a few days. maybe not enough workers .or maybe problem with employees .still not good business . worst postal service. and that’s bad because we have some very slow postal service.i think ups should paint snails on side of truck i think no mail service should not get no more than a 2 star rating.i wished ups would let me put 0 stars

    Very dissatisfied with the service. Didn’t pick my package up as arranged for 11am had to ring and a right mess about, finally it was picked up by Ups at 4pm. One minute I was told it was picked up and on the van, when it hadn’t even been picked up. The cost for this service was £52.27. Then they decided to take another payment of £157.27 without even invoicing me or telling me. The customer service is second to none, no help just transferred around the office and didn’t care. So the cost from Winchester to Leeds was £204.61 not £52.61 as arranged. Rubbish company will never use this service ever again.

    I have always thought that UPS is more dependable than FedEx or DHL to deliver on time, but I was wrong. Today 3/23/2018 with TRACKING NO. 1Z2637E90357762732 our shipment never came despite of the facts that it was scheduled for “delivery on time as per their tracking”. Since 11:00 am up to 6:30pm I called maybe about 5-6 times just to ask them about our shipment 2 representative in the morning, said that the shipment will be delivered by 3pm as scheduled but still they will call in an hour to confirm that it has to be delivered by 3pm because our warehouse will close at 3pm. No one called so I called again and all I received as answer is a run around that it is scheduled on time, then in another call I was told that the package is still in their trailer and will be processed to be unloaded and they will call in an hour to confirm. An hour later no calls, so I called and the customer service representative said, ” they do not know yet if our package is in the trailer because they have to scan it yet. This is really absurd, because when you ship, they pick up the package the trucker will scan the label that they have it in their truck and I am sure when it reaches their facility, they will scan it again to prove that their facility received it and will be ship to the destination. But the supervisor which I insisted to talk instead of the customer service representative, has the nerve to tell me that kind of reason as if he is talking to a moron who does not know anything. Surprising, UPS are hiring an inefficient customer service reps to just make a round around their excuse and that was the supervisor that I spoke with. Too bad, UPS used to have a good reputation about their service and now the decline, they do not even know whether they have my package or not and yet we pay a lot because we thought they are dependable so they should charge more than USPS. I need to be refunded!!!

    hit or miss like today got message saying in early a.m. message saying iteme here buy lunch time, so i stayed home. its now p.m. no package and the day is all but over ans i accomplished nothing behave as tho they and their time are the only ones thats. seem to be inefficient and unsupervised thinking of quitting amazon i pay extra i expect reliability and respect they should stop using these guys

    We all know how to complain loudly and meanly about errors from delivery drivers, etc., but I have to issue a big thank you for extra service I received. I had a delivery today at 12:40 pm of 2 boxes to my front porch. My porch had snow blown up to the door and not a dry spot to place the boxes. Our thoughtful driver put the boxes in the best possible spot, took our snow shovel and cleared a spot to be dry enough for the boxes. My husband is handicapped with a broken foot and I am on oxygen full time, so we have to wait for assistance from our children after work to clear our walks and porches.
    This was such a wonderful service not part of his job description, but extremely considerate. THANK YOU. I wish I had your name, but the tracking number is 1Z A17 7A6 02 3408 1116, if it is of any help to the supervisor. THANK YOU again.
