    I liked to give an extra kudos for second delivery attempt made by the UPS driver on August 8, 2020, as my father is a senior citizen and needed the package on this day. I called customer service team to inform them of the missed package. The supervisor had the driver bring the package back to him. He was so elated to see the driver arrive. Thank you everyone’s promptness in helping him get the package in the same day!

    Soooo due to the Pandemic, I found out after the late package arrived that there’s no refunds. So disappointing. I’m about to light up the business too. So you’ll with enjoy my $55

    My Dad and Mom both get packages and pay for there safe delivery to your HOUSE by the UPS, Right!? NO Not at my parents house, my parents are Retired, I was born in 1965, so you can get an idea of their age, my Dad is a retired Veteran on top of that, no they wont drive there truck out to the house via 400 or 500 foot, slight curve in the driveway to where you cannot see the mail box or the packages from the house and we try hard to keep the driveway maintained, along with trimming over hanging trees, keeping brush and branches trimmed away from the edge of the driveway to keep from scratching vehicles, but instead they leave the packages just inside the driveway where we have a gate that stays open for other people to see from the road them packages, and it gives anyone the ability to steal them packages, which has happened, and was glade it was just $10. worth on EACH, and that’s not counting the things my parents may have ordered that has been forgotten that I didn’t know about, and wasn’t in a dire need of, or life threatening, but that adds up!! Just because the driveway isn’t crusher run graveled with some puddles of water in it they won’t drive on it, man alive , there has been a few Cadillacs, and plenty of other fancy cars along with tandem trucks, dump trucks you name it, it’s been down that driveway, EXCEPT UPS TRUCKS!! ALL OTHER VEHICLES HAVE TRAVELED OVER THAT DRIVEWAY… Whats up with that?? FOR approximately 20 YEARS My parents and I have made umpteen call’s about that problem to no avail! I also agree with having to sign your packages, weather its a neighbor, relative or a friend, or at least someone you know that would take care of your package til you got home.

    After UPS attempted to deliver my box they left a note by my door bell , I called UPS & the girl contacted my UPS delivery van thru just the number on the note left on the door bell , UPS called me to say that she would be attempting to deliver the box again so I waited . In 15-20 minutes the UPS Van pulls up to my house , she said due to the Virus they have restrictions on person to person deliver, so she Identified me and gave me my box AAA+ service UPS Thank you again !

    I should rate you a minus zero in understanding customer services. People hang phone keeps turning you around, no one is really willing to help you. They just don’t care. They got mu package to me after 1 month and half and even with the covid situation, they don’t even make any consideration about customers and their hidden fees which they just pup it up to you at your step. Since they know sometime you don’t have choices, that’s why they never tell you that when you st the office to send something. What a shame!

    Why people choose UPS? May be they didn’t know that these people just hiding behind their agents to lie to their customers. Charging people money without telling nothing to the shipper is a fraud. You need to stop surprising customers with your unveiling fees . Stop it cause not everybody can efford everything like you. Stop being selfish and tell truth please.

    i really want to leave a survey for the ups management but i can’t find any online survey about UPS.
    Lucky they are cause i was readey to let people know how bad they doing their business. Shame on the heartless people; look what situation we’re all living now snd they still act selfish and greedy about people.

    We got the most worse experience from UPS recently. They pick shipment on 10th June 2020 and today is 25th June, 2020 still its on same place where it show on 10th June. I will give them rating 0/10  Such a poor rating i give them.

    Delivery driver is very courteous, polite, quick, and even beeps when going by and I wave to him! Super worker!!

    The Useless Parcel Service has out done themselves in being the worst shipping company to deal with in the world. From incorrect delivery date to terrible brokerage abilities to awful customer service to one of the worst websites they never have an issue of doing a worse job than the last time. My shipment is still struck in customs, for the last 12 days, and the brokers have no ability to complete the shipment. Was listed as arriving June 1 and now going into June 12 they have removed the expected date to pending with no predictions at all. Spoken to several departments and all you hear is I understand your frustration but no one can help you. Every time you use UPS it is just a recommendation for Canada Post or Fed Ex. If Amazon is the Pros, UPS is little league. Can’t say enough bad things about this company for this shipment and truly countless others. Avoid them like the plague

    make a shop that works with self-service supermarkets or business operators or just aa, such as convenience stores, etc, open sales or order applications that work with UPS around the world so that delivery of goods can reach customers as customers of the courier service, in our country there are two payment systems first pay cash by transfer to the company account that accommodates the order system or trade applications such department stores, there is also the term COD, namely ordering goods from trading companies that work with courier service companies scattered throughout the country us and pay after the ordered item arrives at the hand or the nearest office in the customer area, the packaging period and arrives at the customer’s location in about 2 weeks or 14 working days. but usually 8-10 days the ordered goods have arrived at the nearest location, so sometimes we ourselves go to the courier / expedition office listed on the application. the data is up to date and certainly, that’s all my listener.

    I was in the Flemington NJ area this evening. On 206. I was stopped at a light. I was lost. Before I knew it one of your ups trucks came right up to my bumper almost hit me. I moved up since he was turning right. He yelled out his window to get off my phone. I had it up to my dash to use for directions. Not cool. He drove quickly into the CVS parking lot!! Very disappointing to see him be so reckless.

    First Off UPS Truly Sucks! You track your package they say it loaded on truck for delivery before end of the day then,leave a note on door no knock or bell ring then,the note reads pick up at a location after 1:00 the next day…Go to that location to pick up package Nothing There! Call UPS only for them to say it’s still on the truck for a second attempt so why leave a note to pick it up at a location the next day? Once it’s all said & done you’ve waited another week trying to get this package god forbid it be a holiday in between…I Hate UPS & Hate Is A Strong Word!!!

    No exactly impressed with the fact my package went from Tucson back to Goodyear (Phx). Only to be shipped back to Tucson then south to where I am. A waste of gas and time. Leaving me not happy about the delivery. Still don’t have the package. I understand we are in trying times. Who’s running the show?

    UPS drivers are masking up to enter businesses during this time. YEA FOR UPS!!! FEDEX drivers are refusing to mask up and making businesses (even hospitals) FETCH packages for them! What a bunch of jerks!!

    Package should have been shipped “no signature required!” But it wasn’t! Driver wouldn’t leave it! I had shipping company call UPS to tell them to leave it! UPS said NO! NO to the shipping company! My neighbor left a note on the door! Driver still didn’t leave it, sent me “last chance tomorrow!” So now I asked that it be held at UPS Queensbury NY! I am disabled and this is important meds! I now have to make a trip to pick it up!! Why couldn’t they just leave it with my neighbor!!! Why!!!!!!

    This company is disgusting! Your website is broken, automated systems SUCK, there’s not a phone number to actually speak with a human ANYWHERE and then they cannot speak English, my package was sent out ,then 2 days later I got this from UPS (We’ve incorrectly sorted this package which may cause a delay) now its going to be 9 days before I get my package so I called and was told nothing they could do the package would get here when it gets here and to contact the shipper (lol) like it was his fault that they (incorrectly sorted this package which may cause a delay) needless to say a waste of my money in hard times with covid-19 running wild but there again big companies don’t care about anyone but them selfies

    I greatly enjoy writing nice reviews about the great experiences I’ve had… but I can’t do that with UPS. This company is disgusting! Your website is broken, automated systems SUCK, there’s not a phone number to actually speak with a human ANYWHERE, and I now have a $12,000 rifle that is just out there somewhere and I can’t get any answer where that is. Tracking says it’s here, I got a text saying delivery attempt was made, and I went to the office (30 miles) in person to ask how we can resolve this.
    Your automated system decides to change my address to another house 12 miles away. For the 5th time.
    When I type an address, THAT’S THE ADDRESS TO GO TO.
    I hope the idiots in charge of customer relations catch an Ebola/Covid19 hybrid. The world is better off when people with a brain are in charge of companies.

    Overall Clarice, an associate at UPS supplied overwhelming customer when she assisted me to get my packages shipped within a reasonable amount of time. Also she saved me the time of packing the shipment to ensure that it was shipped and packed correctly. This was at the Middletown, Delaware location. Thanks again for all of her help and supplying customer service.

    Your survey left me very disappointed with my unpleasant situation regarding undelivered mail. certified letter was sent to me and received at my post office (16662) on or around January 17th 2020.I was unaware that it had been sent and that it was a certified letter. Apparently it wast o be delivered the day we experienced an ice storm. My mail box is approximately 1/8 mile uphill run to my house. For this condition the mailman chose not to attempt to go up my lane to deliver this certified mail and supposedly placed another attempt to deliver slip in my mail box the next day. box the next day. He noted that I had not picked up the first notice. For the same reason he chose not to come up my lane I chose not to go down my lane as I did not want my car to be stuck where I could not see it at the bottom of my lane . When I got my mail 4 days later there were no notices in my mail box. there should have been two but there were NONE!

    After looking up our local UPS hours I arrived to a note on the door that pkg could be picked up between 7- 9 that evening. So I walked around to find someone….no one around but the drivers. So I got in my car to go over to talk to them and they were yelling – no screaming at me to get out of the way. I asked where I could find someone to speak with and they didn’t know nor did they care, get out of the way so we can go….actually rather funny because when they go out of business (and Amazon will make sure they do) and don’t have “customers” to yell at….we will have the last laugh.

    A delivery was attempted on 01/08/2020 of tracking number 1Z69662R2967208151. I was not home and a note was left on my front door. It was marked that the package would be at a ups store for pick by 1pm. The paper was also marked that it would be sent out for re-delivery the next day. It was also marked to sign the back if we wanted it left the next day. I went to the UPS store to pu but it was not there. I came home and signed the paper and put it back on my front door the evening of he 8th. It was never delivered on the 9th to my home. The signed form is still on my door. This driver did not attempt to deliver the package or he would have seen the signed form. On line it says my package is at Earth City ready for pick up. I called the UPS sTore and it is at the UPS store. I will not use UPS if I cab avoid it! Not happy about trying to talk to a foreigner I could not understand.

    The 800 customer service number is worthless! You cannot speak to a person. If you are trying to track a package, a recording will ask you your name and telephone number. You are then told that you will be called back within an hour with info as to where your package is and/or how to pick it up. I called four days in a row and got the same message four days in a row. No one ever called back! I finally gave up and just told Amazon to refund me since I could not get my package.

    Hi, I just wanted to comment on the Great UPS driver that comes to my House on Pratt Dr.Oneida,NY 13421 His name is Chris he has provided excellent service. treating all packages with the utmost care.He is a Fantastic employee for UPS.     Tracking package arrived Belleville, IL on Dec. 5 and as of Dec 11 still not delivered. Received a call from Belleville distribution center I can pick up the package tomorrow Dec 12. Tracking # 1z691053yw03191166 you will note arrived 12/05 and was out for delivery 5 times. If ups expects heavier demand during the holiday why can’t you employ sufficient numbers of drivers and rent trucks to get the job done, As you can see your service for this a not acceptable. In the future I will have packages delivered to local stores and discontinue using ups.

    I just spoke with a UPS agent, that did not know what she was doing. I was put on hold to many times and I could not understand a lot of what she was saying. I asked for supervisor at least two times and was ignored.
    I hope I got my message across. I have two employees waiting for these packages so they can work. They were suppose to be delivered yesterday and the tracking said they were; but they were not at the location that I was given. They are picking them up this morning at a UPS center.
    When I have an issue it take too long to get pasted the virtual phone answer machine.

    Very disappointed in the driver and delivery of 35008 Stices Gulch Road, Baker City Oregon. When the driver delivers my packages he delivers them to the wrong house. I was supposed to receive a courtesy call today, this has not appended. I have many packages coming for Christmas, they will be delivered by you company and drive. I would really appreciate if you could make sure your driver delivers the package to my house. He can call to make sure he gets the right house. 208-369-6189.

    i just like to say how bad ups customer service is.the dumass driver deliver 2 of 3 packages the say day.he scanned all 3 but dropped of 2 of them.now hes saying hes trying to delver when hes not.i was there watching for him and NEVER SHOWED UP ON THE TIME HE POSTED ON THE TRACKING SYSTEM(with in a 1/2 hour time window).when you call thay dont do what the (out of country)call center say what will happen.I GOT BETTER SERVICE FROM FEDEX…IS THERE A 0 FOR RATING…

    I want UPS to know and truly understand and comprehend that what happened to my daughter when she had her break down and cried for hours on end on Saturday it really did do harm to my daughter and it is serious especially with a child who has mental disabilities already

    You know what do UPS workers should come face-to-face with my daughter and look at her in the face while they explain to her why they failed to do their job in the first place to get the package here then fell to corrector negligent do what what it took to make sure that that package got here last Saturday and then watch her break down and cry and ask why why why to a little girl who is mentally disabled and watch her cry because tell her that wasn’t just some package or costume to her that was the biggest and most important thing in her life she loves frozen so much she was analyst year for Halloween and this year Oishi could talk about was how she can’t wait to be Elsa that little girl that’s all her heart is set on is Anna and Elsa and that to her is the biggest and most important thing ever

    I will continue to keep stressing about my situation with the ups and my daughter until I get herd by somebody and the people who are in human resources in the CEO the corporation of UPS knows that I am serious about how UPS is lacking in there job and customer service and the decency of just doing their job and going out of their way to make sure that their job gets done right and the customer is satisfied

    I have been living in Billings MT 59106, different addresses, for 8 years now. I have had two wonderful and professional and always happy delivery drivers, during this time. One was Trent, kindest man ever and Kevin, very nice gentleman. Thank you UPS for this wonderful service. I only wish that I could choose UPS for every delivery.

    I had a package scheduled for delivery Friday that was not delivered. When I tried to find out why I was given a runaround. when I finally got a call back today after filing numerous complaints I was told it was because it was an international package. My package not being delivered friday has nothing to do with being an international package. It cleared customs days ago and you received it early friday and it should have been delivered Friday.

    I ordered next day delivery with ups on friday before 12pm from austin to dfw. Its now sunday and package is not delivered. Feeling foolish and that I wasted my money on this service. Will not be paying for this again.
