Our favourite thing to order was the cheesy artichoke dip before our meal. They have taken it out of the menu and now we will most likely not return as often. Such a bummer. We ordered it for years. My family and friends are disappointed. Why take out something so good and popular?
I had a few modifications to my order and they were met with full accuracy. Taylor, the hostess even pointed out that I had asked for no almonds on my Cauliflower Bites that there were almonds in the spot salad and asked if I was okay with that…I was! I just don’t like them with the Cauliflower Bites. My food was all prepared with the modifications I asked for and I couldn’t be happier as other chain restaurants often do not get my order correct. This was at the Delta location at Scott Road and 72nd Avenue.

Ordered over $50. In food get back home with it and they had placed the burger and sandwich on the bottom of the bag so when I got back home it was smashed and flat. Some items that were ordered were on the receipt but not in the bag. An item in the bag wasn’t even ordered. No care or attention to details were provided by the manager as he himself packed the order. I called the store to explain but the phone rang and nobody picked up after 20 rings. I drove back to the restaurant and showed them the error and one of the servers was more than helpful to rectify the situation. I sat and waited another 15 mins while they re packed my order only to get home and find that they just took out the burger party and added to a new bun they also added wilted lettuce and tomatoes that looked rotten, needless to say we ended up throwing it out as well as the dippin chicken, nobashi prawns, 3 orders of fries as they were stone cold. I’m not impressed one bit with the way things were handled and be sure I will be following up this matter on food blogs, social media, and the Langley times. I will never recommend this restaurant to any of my friends or family. Is this how you teach customer service to all your employees? Shame on you guys. When I got home I felt so mad that all they were doing was giving a fake smile and lieing through their teeth. Not impressed, not impressed one bit. You guys require a star rating before I can post this it should be negative 5 stars seriously.

Turkey removed from menue Burger was not up to the usual , waitress rushed and not pleasent.

A halibut burger should have some seafood sauce and maybe some lettuce and tomato but it shouldn’t be ruined with 4-5 scoops of cut up CABBAGE! I have a hard time believing that this is actually the recipe—- ff’n unbelievable !!!

Always a good experience at the Walnut Grove location. Usually come for dinner and enjoy the Seafood Pasta dish but today was here and enjoyed their brunch menu. Leanne was an an exceptional server.
Shelly, our sever, at the Scott Rd location, was awesome and when Pam took over after Shelly’s shift, she was very good, too. Thank you.

Worst customer experience ever. Walnut Grove location. Waited 10mins to be seated while the hostess sat texting on her phone and the server acted like waiting our table was a huge inconvenience to him even though we were the only table he was waiting on. The restraunt was near empty. Tried ordering food and he walked away without acknowledging anything we said
White spot: legendary buger with fries , 5.30pm
1. Food taste: hot, bacon very crispy, fries hot and good. Free hairs in fries
2. Staff: friendly, had came to our table 2 times by the time we done eating
3. Bathroom: urinal cakes full, overall smell good, music good volume, garbage recently emptied, soap toilet paper and hand paper full, water cold too warm. Lighting very good, outlet
Overall opinion, good experience, bathrooms were there best feature. Would come again.

I went to your Whitespot restaurant today near the woodgrove mall, the food was awesome and me and my wife was happy. There was only one thing I noticed. Natasha the host, the one who sat us, wasn’t smiling at the whole time she sat us. My wife asked for the soup of the day and she didn’t know. It was fine, but when she came back and wiped the table across us, she didnt wipe the chairs and it was so greasy. The table was halfway clean since I still see some grease. Overall my experience was good but could have been better.
Great food and wonderful service. One of my top choices to enjoy a wonderful meal and relaxation.

Page at the Leduc Alberta white spot is wonderful. Excellent serve and a friendly face is what she brings to the table and she does it to the best of her ability. The food was also good. 10/10

My server was fabulous. We were sitted in a table that did not even have a server till 5pm. So 15 minutes of waiting. The server just started her shift. Was apologizing for the delay. Gave us the appy promotion. Then said we will take care of this for you and are meal was out with a timely matter. She gave great service and kept coming to check on us to make sure we did not need anything else. I wish all their staff were this informed on customer service. I would hire her in my store. Great job Dakota. We will be asking for you everytime we dine at this establishment
