  • Enter the  enter the 11-digit ID code. The ID code number will be imprinted on randomly selected store receipts received when making a purchase at a participating Jared Jewelry. Then, within three days of the date you make your purchase (date of purchase is printed on the receipt) and receive a receipt with Code.

    Picked up my “Master Piece” ring which Leo designed for me at Jared at Collin Creek. My ring looks “AMAZING” one of its kind! I LOVED the design and the way Leo took such care in how he not only designed but how he made sure it was perfectly fit. I had purchased a diamond ring 3.9 diamond at Jared in Frisco one year ago and wanted to complete the band. I met DeAndre and he knew right away what I wanted and took me to meet Leo. I would not have this amazing ring without both of them! Thank you DeAndre and Leo for your excellent customer service.

    I will never shop at Jared again and I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone that the inexperienced sales staff is trained to lie and the managers intention is to do the same and rip off customers like it’s a game. Bring in a conversion chart for grams and penny weights and see how they steal money from you will lies and deceit. Never again!

    Julian at the Great Lakes Crossing outside store has bent backwards to get me what I wanted. He was always pleasant and smiling and so helpful. In fact all the employees always greeted me with a smile.I will be going back. Thank you.

    Don’t ever finance with Jared through comenity bank! There are LOAN SHARKS!!! Worst bank to deal with ever!!! They are fucking idiots and thieves!!!

    The Memorial City store in Houston has the nicest people working there. Miss Alma in the Repair department is the sweetest lady. She took care of checking in a couple of pieces that needed repairs, made sure that I was satisfied when I got those pieces back and has offered to clean several other pieces. I appreciate her so much.

    I visited the store in Elpaso, Tx (Fountains at Farah) I was very pleased with their customer service. The employees were very pleasant & very helpful. I can’t remember when the last time I was more pleased with customer service. I would also like to thank Cassandra Ciriza for going the extra mile to make my purchase even that more meaningful to me. She is definitely a great asset to the team.

    I was immediately greeted by Richard Scott Butler when I walked into the Tyler, Tx location in the French Quarter. I purchased a watch that I love. Scott was very professional & the entire store looked great. I am very happy with my purchase & experience.

    I hate Jared’s. My husband went there to buy my a gift card for Christmas then realized it was the wrong store. It should of been James Avery. He immediately turned around and went back. The clerk told him not a problem she would take care of it and told him she would cancel the transaction. She gave him another slip and told him that was the credit slip. He showed it to me today and it does not show a credit. I have heard that Jared is known for lying the customers and now I see why they gave such bad reviews.

    The Aurora City Place location was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I was ignored and looked down on from the moment I walked in to pick up my $7k ring which was being repaired. I stood for 20 min with no one assisting me and two sales people with other clients yet two chatting with each other by the watches. Someone could have signaled that I needed help. As I walked to get assistance, another customer walked in and was promptly and told someone would be with him. Where was that courtesy for me? I have purchased and had repairs at other locations so I have an account and several pieces from Jared, but to be treated like I wasn’t welcome is not ok.
    I will share my disappointment with all of my contacts.

    From beginning to end my experience was excellent. I was warmly welcomed by the gentleman opening the door; as he was inquiring how I could be helped, a lady immediately came to assist me. She was very personable, accommodating, and informative. I was there for a jewelry repair and felt the cost was very reasonable as well as meeting my need for a rather speedy pickup date.
    I look forward to receiving my jewelry and feel confident it will be done correctly.

    I want to say walking into Jared Jewelers in Manchester NH was a very friendly environment. My husband and I introduced ourselves to Serah who was at the counter. She was such a vibrant, happy people person. We told her we were looking for a special ring. Our 25th Anniversary was coming up and we were looking for a new Bridal set. I’m sure I was Serah’s hardest customer to handle. I was So indecisive, and unsure of my choices. Serah was always so patient with me. She worked Very Hard and made many change-ups for me. She was very social and made me feel comfortable, and never rushed me. The Manchester branch truly has an awesome team there. Everyone is so pleasant and eager to help one another. Thank you Serah for being you!

    A lady named Gina at the West Town Knoxville location was VERY UNhelpful to me, treated me like I had no idea what I was doing in the store when I was simply trying to make a payment on my fiancé’s ring. She wouldn’t tell me what my payment was, what I owed, nothing. She told me I wasn’t able to know, she even laughed in my face. She was extremely rude and I will not ever purchase jewelry again, really ruined my expirience. On the other hand, the lady I always work with Lisa, is great.

    Recently went to Jared Jewelry Store in Westminster,Co. Had the most wonderful experience there, Amanda and Louie were very nice and acknowledgeble on how to put my ring togueter, you can get confused with their large selection but Amanda was very patient with me and she help me to get the right pieces, I recommend this Store, if you go there ask for this girls and they will help you

    Very unfriendly and unprofessional. Was only customer in store and treated very rude. When I asked about the coupon I received in an email, was treated like I was ignorant and actually the man that was there seemed to get very upset over it. I have been buying Pandora for several years at this location , but I will be going elsewhere. Spent $300 today and still feel bad about the way I was treated. I work in retail and their is no excuse for not just one but several employees attitudes.
