I went into the store on Saturday looking for a new wedding set and all of the associates were very helpful. I had a very positive experience and they both helped me to find exactly what I was looking for. We will be returning to the Veterans location!!
First of all let me say my sales representative Sonya White!! did a amazing job and she was very patient and professional. On the other hand Her coworkers were very rude I believe it was a black general manager and also one of the other sales associates I don’t know their name but I felt that they was be very rude and unprofessional and I could tell that Sonya was new to the job and seeking help from one of her fellow team members I have a team member was very rude to her over and over again in front of me that I thought was very unprofessional the way she handled the situation I was showing her what to do but she maintain her professionalism and help me out and did amazing job. And the other sales associate I believe that may have been the manager because she was taking inventory .I asked her if anyone could help me ,at the time my sales lady had walked off so I was looking at some jewelry and I asked her could anyone help and she replied no !!without even looking up or even with a friendly face just a few things that I noticed and this was my first visit to the store that was very bad and very Ralph

Good afternoon my name is David and I like to give a shout out to my customer service rep on the phone yesterday that handled my account her name is cheri, She was super helpful super nice super calm and very knowledgeable she gave me options for my situation with covert 19 and I was very happy that Jared and cheri were able to help me……I also want to give a shoutout to annie gallo in San antoinio at the north park location who had been taking care of me every step of the way
Loved the service! Took extra good care my jewelry. Everyone even the manager asked me if I needed anything! Bringing my father back in to do his next purchase here!! We will be returning!!

I had the most wonderful assume incredible experience. Pam at the Aurora City Place Shopping ctr was excellent. I was directed to her by a black gentleman Sale rep to the Pandora bracelet area. There Pam helped me find and select the perfect items for my Pandora bracelet for my sweetie. She is the Pandora expert and was kind very patient, sharp and made me feel like she really cared about me and my selections. Later she was joined by a CO-Worker Alex who teamed up with her to assist in gathering all the sku numbers and calculating the prices of each item in the system, and also helped with some of the selection of the charms. He was so very helpful and the 2 of the made a excellent team. Wow they made it so much fun too as well trying to figure out everything. This are is not like to other part of the store, the sales Rep has to have a lot of patients with the customers. The Store manager Leo also came over to help with store discounts and pricing options she was such a joy to work with as well. I love coming to this store and it’s because of sales force there I will continue to do all my Jewelry shopping there. After we were done the bracelet turned out perfect. I gave them all High 5’s for a job well done. Thank You All So Much For Making My Valentin Shopping Experience Incredible.
Store manager Zack and sale associated Rosario was well motivated and well respected in there sales .My decision was made up the moment they know what I was looking for and that’s what customer service is all about
Customer service at this store has been less than satisfactory between the sales guy insulting me on tattoos and not giving me my diamond appraisal card and refusing after two days of trying to call to return my calls. Staff does not seem to care that I have spent a lot of money in their store and would like to insure my purchase. At this point I’m wondering if I actually received what they sold me or is there a reason why they refuse to call me back to work this out??
My husband and I went to the Jared Jewelry store in Greensboro, NC looking for a watch for me. I had checked online for watches but not one was what I liked or wanted. We always dress very casual just to see how we would be perceived at jewelry stores. Our experience was wonderful we bought a watch, it was sized for my wrist, while we waited (3 min.) and we will be returning. Thanks for the wonderful customer service

My wife and I went to Jared in Syracuse at the Destiny Mall in NY and always work with Crystal (since the Summer of 2016). She has been fabulous. Today we went to show her that we got married a week ago and to see what we could do about my ring. I recently lost almost 25 pounds and my ring no longer fit properly like it did almost 3 years ago when my wife bought it for me. Firstly, Crystal was so happy for us she was near tears of joy. Secondly, my ring has a continual design so we were concerned that it couldn’t be sized. We were correct in our guess but Crystal had options for us and we were very happy with the resolution. Crystal even cleaned my wife’s rings and made them shine and sparkle to perfection! We love working with Crystal so much that even though my ring will be ready tomorrow, we won’t go get it until Wednesday when Crystal returns after two well-deserved days off! We highly recommend that store and seeking Crystal out upon arrival!
Took 40 minutes to pay for my merchandise. Employee did not know what she was doing and none of the three other employees there helped her for thirty minutes. I’m standing there with my Jared card in hand, which I’m now probably going to cut up since they’ve lost my business. Jared at Dulles Town Center in Sterling VA sucks with customer service
Went to Jared here in Memorial City area in Houston, Texas to pick up my ring for repair. I met a beautiful jewelry specialist by the name of Mrs.Roya Mir. This young lady was very helpful and she help me to pick a ring for my wife while I was there. My wife will be receiving this ring for Christmas this year. Mrs.Roya assisted me as well as gave me some $ off my purchase which I really appreciated. Thank you
went to duluth,ga jareds and left feeling disappointment.just let me say that i understand the need for security but this store severly overdoes it. i left the store feeling like a criminal. im at this store nearly every holiday to buy something, including halloween and easter. but today they acted like i was some criminal in there to rob them.the securtity guard dressed like a combat mercenary followed me around.the woman that was showing me jewelry was taking everything away whenever she had to move to another part of the counter. i mean geez i was just there two weeks ago buy jewelry for my wife to celebrate our anniversary. but the same people acted like they never saw me before.i had on hospital scrubs and a id tag.my car was parked right in front of the front door with disabled veteran plates on it.ive never felt so weirdly uncomfortable in this store……maybe the security could wear a suit instead of combat fatigues..idk survey id# 303-543-376-74

Went to Jared in Murray Utah and felt like i was putting the sales rep out. She didn’t want to get me the only size Pandora ring off the display and literally said it would take her 3 hours. I said that’s about how long it look us to get here sue to the massive storm we just had. She Calls silvia over and it took her like 3 minutes max. It was a return and so they didn’t want to be bothered with me. She said I could get a refund and order it online. I was literally the biggest put out for her. I understand it was only a $70 ring and not a several thousand dollar ring, but they chose to sell it, not me Not going back there.
Jordyn made me feel right at home. Fantastic sales associate. Knows her job well. I definitely will be going back to Jared’s.

Phenomenal service and accommodations were extended to me during my visit by Damia Scott and Marcus Hudson at the Jared located in waldorf Maryland . Upon my arrival the associate Ms. Scott did exceptionally well to assist with upgrading my ring she displayed great professionalism and knowledge of the merchandise and point me in the right direction and overall made me feel comfortable and excited about my purchase. Mr. Hudson the general manager went above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied he was very knowledgeable of the system made the process so seamless I was astonished he displayed customer service beyond what I’ve ever seen at one moment even jogged to put my ticket to ensure I’d my ring that same day. Me. Hudson and Ms. Scott deserve high praise and recognition they do their jobs extremely while very seldom do I experience service this top notch energy of Chick-fil-A times ten to paint the picture.

Excellent service from Roger Hancock manager at Jared’s in Seriverville,TN. This was the first time of visiting a Jared’s store period. I was so impressed with the selection of jewelry, we had already visited 2 competitors, no comparison. Wish I had not wasted my time in the others. Roger was so helpful with all my concerns. Never pushy, made me feel really comfortable from start to finish and promised to help even after the sale. Believe me when I returned to Seriverville,TN I will look Roger and Jared’s up.

Roger Hancock is the manager @ the Jared store in Tanger Outlets, Sevierville, TN. I have purchased jewelry from him for ~ 30 years. He has managed several different stores, and I follow him as a customer wherever he goes. He has always gone above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service and ensure I am pleased and happy with my purchase. I wouldn’t buy jewelry from anyone else!

Store in Aventura has ALWAYS provided outstanding customer service, as evident in my YELP reviews under Vida L. That being said, I have accompanied both my parents to this location to purchase jewelry & this was the first time I found out that you had your own internal customer satisfaction survey!
• On 10/16/19, my mother asked me to accompany her to exchange a Michelle Michelle watch that she felt was not in keeping to her personal style, and felt embarrassed to return it. Jose, the new Store Manager assisted us, but she had mentioned that Carey was the original salesperson who assisted her. Not only was Jose gracious & accommodating, he assured my mother that it was okay to have second thoughts about her purchase. She ended up with a far more elegant watch that suited her style, plus she purchased me a Bold Movado I’ve been eyeing for months & Esther had so patiently shown me and followed up with a call to see if I was ready to purchase it. That and a new Ever Us band was purchased, which made it such an amazing experience.
• Esther cleaned my jewelry and is just always so thoughtful and calm, especially with another customer who was in a bad mood & being rude to her.
• Jose was able to give me 20% off my watch, and as always, we purchased 2 Teddy bears in support of St. Jude’s hospital. Truly a noble cause. My mom kept talking about Carey and how pleasant she was throughout the process of her choosing the watch initially, and I am truly grateful that my mom was very well taken care of, & feels comfortable going to this store without me.
• I can’t tell you enough how grateful I think this experience was as a consumer & this is the type of customer care that has us coming back again & again for our special moments in life. Thank you so much for taking care of my beloved mother; Jose, Carey, & Esther.

Picked up my “Master Piece” ring which Leo designed for me at Jared at Collin Creek. My ring looks “AMAZING” one of its kind! I LOVED the design and the way Leo took such care in how he not only designed but how he made sure it was perfectly fit. I had purchased a diamond ring 3.9 diamond at Jared in Frisco one year ago and wanted to complete the band. I met DeAndre and he knew right away what I wanted and took me to meet Leo. I would not have this amazing ring without both of them! Thank you DeAndre and Leo for your excellent customer service.

I will never shop at Jared again and I will make sure to tell everyone and anyone that the inexperienced sales staff is trained to lie and the managers intention is to do the same and rip off customers like it’s a game. Bring in a conversion chart for grams and penny weights and see how they steal money from you will lies and deceit. Never again!
