    I just placed a order on May 3 rd I got 50 % off and I suppose to get another 15% off well the 15% didn’t come off and now u have a sale off 60 % off everything with another 15% off I’m not a happy customer I just might refuse the order when it comes

    I have ordered something on the web and my order was estimated to arrive by now and here it has not even been shipped yet. I wanted to give my son a gift and he was left without it. This has never happened to me before. I understand it is a virus time, but I ordered from Zullily and got my items within 5 days with free shipping. I AM NOT HAPPY AT ALL!

    Sales lady made to many errors on my purchase. She voided one sale recharged me. I got home went over my receipts and found out she didn’t take off my discount which was $15. Per $50 and I spent $300.00 and the sale ended that day. I will never shop there again.

    I would like to think Jada who works at store 07059 she took her time and used excellent customer service skills to clear up a problem with my bright rewards. This problem has been going on for almost a year with no one being able to help me this smart intelligent young lady got the problem resolved in 10 min, she is a huge asset to the Gap company and should be put in a managerial position

    My daughter sent me on an errand with specific instructions on what to buy – colour and sizes etc. I had not got a clue but Lynda came to my rescue. She could not have been more helpful and went that extra mile to make me feel like a valued customer rather than a confused Grandad! My Grandchildren were over the moon with my purchases. Why cannot more Shop Assistants be more like that rather than totally interested and constantly looking at their phone. First rate service and full marks to Lynda..

    I was st your Scarsdale store today and a saleswoman by the name of Jill should be teaching the other employees how to wait on people. Yes the girls are constantly working and the place looks great but I was almost afraid to break up their conversation and when I did you didn’t have my size in the pants I wanted regular jeans and was never offered to order them I was simply told don’t have my size. I have lived in Eastchester for years. I’m back after being away for 22 years. The store has changed and the employees aren’t helpful and we’re afraid I was going to ask them something who cares if the close are folded help me make a sale. I was only going to buy one pair until a saleswoman said no I’ll finf them. Then proceeded to reopen my gap acct and I got a discount. I don’t shop in stores but felt like old Eastchester again. Different ppl work there that shouldn’t no personality

    I went to the outlet at empire mall on Staten island . the staff was great. They where helpful , informative , pleasant . I will definitely enjoy shopping here.

    I visited your outlet stòre 09319 in junction one .Antrim. The staff were absolutely fantastic. They helped in every way possible.young Conor who was on the till went out of his way to help me choose the garments that I wanted.He was brilliant. I Will definitely be back

    I wish that GAP would return to using NON-stretch fabric for their Khakis. GAPFlex doesn’t feel the same as khakis I bought 10 years ago

    Great shopping experience today staff member 3116372 store 09315.
    You don’t see service on the high street like I did today it was lovely to have the clothes I purchased folded nicely and the staff member so nice I will definitely return and let my friends know.

    THE MANAGERS, Hiram, Cindy and Yulian really went out of their way to help me! the cashier, Edyta, was so sweet and friendly. i find every time i m in that store(00726 in bergen town center) its a pleasant experience. everyone on the floor is helpful, knowledgeable, and eager to assist me with whatever i need. the atmosphere is positive and personal.

    I went into the location for jeans and I was not greeted and didn’t notice any available help. The store’s appearance was absolutely disgusting. I was appalled at the way it looked. The dressing room had clothes all over the place. To top it all off when I went to check out the associate asked me if I would like to donate and save 10% but did not tell me who the donation was actually going towards. I was very disappointed in my experience here and I would have purchased more if I was able to actually look at folded clothes and pleasant displays.

    Good service at the Designer Outlet York on Sunday. Jack was very helpful to my daughter in law and myself and were pleased with our purchases. Rachael helped me at the checkout with some ‘wet wipes’ to clean some stuff from my hand. Thank you.

    The staff at the Limerick outlet were amazing. I didn’t understand the discount code on my receipt. The lady took the time to explain it to me, despite the fact that the store and checkouts were really busy. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name, but I think she may be management, if so she was a fantastic example to her staff on how to create a good customer experience/service.

    My shopping experience at a Gap store was great.Suzette, the cashier/sales associate was awesome.As customers enters the store,she makes it her point of duty to greet them, while still assisting customers at the register.
